A North Pacific Mechanical Technician came to evaluate our central air conditioning as our house was not cooling. The technician got on a ladder(my ladder), looked in our attic without crawling through the space to do an evaluation and told me the attic was very hot and shined a flashlight to look at the duct work etc. He feathered/adjusted the vents in the house and added a $55 for labor + $35 for Freon to the consultation fee. $210 and our AC still did not function properly. He was very friendly but did not do a thorough inspection. The tech’s recommendation was that we need an attic fan. We had a new company come out and they found some major issues in the attic. Will not use this company again.

I hired North Pacific Mechanical to install central Air Conditioning in my home. The Technician Jim was outstanding, and I could not be happier with the work. Not only was the job done in a shorter amount of time then what was quoted, but the quality of work is exceptional. The Line Hide is flush against the house, and looks outstanding. I compared it to several of my neighbors houses who had their AC done by other HVAC companies, and there is by far no comparison, as mine looks perfect. I could tell that every decision the Tech made was calculated and well thought out to ensure top quality work. I will only use North Pacific Mechanical for all my HVAC needs from here on out. They came quickly in response to an emergency with a fan in my greenhouse. There was a problem and they came back at 8:00 AM the next morning and fixed it. Fabulous service!!!

They replaced my 20-yr old Lennox furnace with a new one. Issac was great to work with and very responsive. All appointments were on-time and professional. They did solid work at a good price. Would definitely hire again!

I have Choice Warranty for my home. They contacted me and scheduled to out within 2 days. That was amazing because I had another warranty company that would take 3 weeks and Never fixed the problem.I had issues with my heating ducts for six months.Brian Castlebury thetechnician came out and accessed my problem Immediately. He received approval and came back witin two days.He fixed my problem. Thank you Lord. He really went the extra mile to make sure that my Problem was fixed. Thank you Bria, we now have heat upstairs. I contracted North Pacific Mechanical to install a 2nd floor HVAC system. They worked with me through the design process to the install with complete professionalism. They explained the process, answered all of our questions and trained us on the system. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of their work. If that isnt enough of reason to contract their services, then perhaps I should also tell you that their bid was very competitive!

Excellent service; would call again if any problem

They strive for good, old-fashioned service but could use some training in the logistics and business side of things. Small inventory means they will have to probably order the part or at least go to the parts store on your time. The service manager is very passionate about quality and the service team gets weekly training for non-stop learning. Again comes to logistics. The tech who responded to diagnose may not be the tech rerurning for the repair. Also the communication is foggy and could use some attention.

10/7/16 This company exceeded my expectations. They lived up to their quote despite it took them a bit longer to do the repair than they originally anticipated. We had a small error on the invoice, but they were very honest about it and gave me the benefit of the doubt. I highly recommend their services.Amending my review 11/8/16. Had them out for a second repair. Both times they came to my site with the wrong part and had to go back to the other side of town to get the right one. This caused my operation to be without a walk-in refrigerator for even more time resulting in my crew not being able to make cold food and having to pay overtime once the repair happened. Not easy on a small business. Probably will not hire them again.
