We have had AAA out three times to work on our furnace system. The first time, Austin did a routine diagnostic maintenance check on our very aged furnace. He was professional and honest. He clearly defined what maintenance was suggested and associated prices. He installed a surge protector, which actually came in very useful, when our power went out for a week a few months later. The second time, they installed a new air filter box and HEPA filter, which was much needed because of how old our old metal filters were. Before beginning work, they clearly explained what they would be changing and installing and the benefits of it. I don’t remember the name of the tech who installed it but he did an excellent job. Finally, Garret and Caleb came out to clean our ducts and dryer vent last week. They were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of space. They answered our curious questions about the process and were excellent ambassadors of the company. Prices for duct cleaning were very reasonable and they showed us before and after pictures to help us understand the work they did. We will absolutely use AAA in the future for any of our heating/cooling needs.

AAA was great. Kyle came out to give me an estimate which was very competitive. Gave me a few options based on questions I had about changing the system. He was super quick to communicate and great to work with. The installers were quick and professional. There was an unexpected electrical challenge they’re got an electrician to come out and fix quickly.Overall great experience and value. Good people to work with.

AAA Heating & Cooling helped us find the best solution for replacing our furnace that unexpectedly went on the fritz. These guys are great! Boomer got me set up with the right equipment and Josh and John on the install crew got me all set up within two days....super clear communication, met all expectations, had me all dialed up and told me what to expect with the 5 year service plan.additional: as a follow service on the new heater Caleb and Garret from AAA just wrapped up cleaning my air ducts and the whole process was super convenient and smooth. 90 minutes start to finish. They were masked and wore sanitary covers for their work boots. They put everything back in place and Im super satisfied with the entire experience. Thanks AAA!

Garrett from AAA Heating & Cooling came today and did a maintenance check on our furnace and AC unit. Professional, polite, friendly, on time, couldnt ask for better service. They hire well. Terrific company. We have purchased our furnace and AC unit from them and we have used them for service for nearly 20 years.

AAA were highly professional, quick to respond and very flexible to meet my heating needs. They worked me into their schedule quickly and were competitive in pricing against other companies. Kyle was fantastic to work with in Sales and very positive and responsive to all of my questions and requests. Matt installed the furnace and was excellent. He communicated well, was punctual, hard working and took extra time and attention to get everything perfectly installed. The warranty on AAA’s furnace was better than every other bid, and I would definitely recommend them!

Recently, the electricity went out in our neighborhood and when it came back, the heater stopped working. It started to get very cold and I was concerned for my wife and baby. But AAA Heating & Cooling came to our rescue. We called the 24-hour service number listed on our unit. They were very responsive. They moved quickly to assess the situation, get the necessary component for the repair, and by the next day we had heat again. I especially like that when they know there is a baby in the home, they move even faster to complete a job. This is maybe the second or third time this company has helped my family. We have been customers for 1 -2 years. My family and I will be staying with AAA Heating & Cooling forever.

Our heat pump and furnace went out on the first freezing night of November. Kyle was able to come same day to look at our system. He was very professional and Covid conscious when in the home. He educated us on systems and helped us choose the right one for our size of home and comfort preferences. Chris and Matt were professional and friendly during the install. What a great experience we had with AAA Heating and Cooling! Eric, our sales person was wonderful in helping us identify which unit to get within our budget. Genuine, helpful and knowledgable. Then in walk the installers Josh James and Jacob. They called ahead, showed up on time, performed a difficult install(our crawlspace was very difficult to navigate), cleaned up and left the place chilling for us upon our return home! AAA replaced the A/C and Heating to the house with 2 nice new units. The installers did a great job and very professional. Kudos to Josh and Jacob for working with us and being extremely courteous, professional, on time every morning, and very informative. They made some suggestions that made perfect sense to prolong the life of the new Units. The new HVAC units are perfect. Josh took the time to explain not only how the system was better than the old system, but also how to get the best use from it. They made sure the areas they were working at were spotless, and they were very considerate working in and out of the house since we had a new born baby in the house. Both wore protective gear such as face masks and would even call me (I was working upstairs in my office) to make sure it was okay to enter the house since my daughter was sometimes feeding the baby. I must say, both of these young men showed they were very experience in HVAC installation and maintenance. I would highly recommend the company, and if I ever need any additional maintenance to our Air conditioning or furnace, Ill be asking for Josh and Jacob by name. Thanks again Guys!!!! My furnace was acting strange in a very inconsistent way. Would start sometimes and not others. Anthony from AAA H&C came by to do a diagnostic. He was super knowledgeable and checked each component to ensure each was working properly and ultimately found a random electrical short that wouldnt be obvious in normal situations.
