I live very close to Jamie’s Tire & Service and I just got my car back from undergoing preventive maintenance there and I haven noticed a huge difference in how my car is running. They performed the most extensive check on my car (which is ten years old) and corrected performed multiple preventative maintenance measures that drastically improved the noise, vibration and smooth sound of my engine.I never felt pressured to get anything done to my car that I wasn’t comfortable with. The workers are knowledgeable professionals and their hard work is another reason Beavercreek is such an amazing community to be apart of.

I was 10 minutes away and called to get an oil change and they squeezed me in for the day. Easy to find and received friendly services and enjoyed a comfortable and clean seating area.

My car had a lot of things going wrong with it a couple months before I needed to move out of state, and I was really glad I had Jamies to look after it. The staff was friendly, got the car in and out on time, was honest with what I needed to fix and didnt slap on extra fees when I had to take the car back in for minor fixes. Im going to miss having them around when I move.

I went to jamies in fairborn for a oil change and they said that they could not fit me in . so thats ok. Then they said they would call the beavercreek store to see if they would get me in. They said sure no prob. So I get there and they took every body that came in until they closed even people without appts. They were shutting the lights off while I was paying my bill. Never again for me!

We took our flat tire into Jamie’s early on a busy Saturday morning. The attendant informed me they were very busy, but would try to work me in. In less than 45 minutes our tire was repaired and we were on our way. It is refreshing to see outstanding customer service at Jamie’. Jamie’s will be our first stop when we need new tires.

Honest. Reliable, Dependable, Trustworthy. Recently we had my 2011 Hyundai Sonata towed to Jamies when it totally and suddenly died. The next day Jennifer called us with the news that the engine was blown. She spent time over the rest of the day to locate a replacement engine for our car. She worked to find an engine that was both priced right and would be worth the money. The next day Jamies called and told us they discovered we had several recall repairs that needed done on the car, they had already spoken to Superior Hyundai, explained what had happened, and what they were looking for. Jamies ultimately ended up learning that our engine could possibly be replaced at no cost to us, despite being 75,000 miles out of the warranty period! Instead of keeping this news to themselves and replacing our engine in their shop, earning the $6-8K it would have cost, they told us this great news and sent us to the dealership for our engine replacement (on Hyundais dime). Jamies has always been good to us and this event just drove that fact home. We highly, highly, highly recommend the folks at Jamies Tire & Service in Beavercreek.

These guys did some work on my Ford Focus a while back. I had gotten it looked at a few times already and spent thousands. Jamies was the only one who actually managed to fix it and for a decent price. Wish i had went there first

My family and I have gone to Jamie’s for a few years now and they never disappoint. The owner is the dad of an old friend of mine and has always treated us with great respect! Unlike other mechanics around the area, Jamie’s is upfront and tells you the truth about what is going on with your vehicle. They’ll never pressure you into getting something done on your car unless it is absolutely needed. Plus, to top it all off, they give you the best prices on whatever it is you need done. Only place in the area I go for my car. Great prices, super fast and friendly. They are upfront with what is going on with your vehicle and explain all the potential fixes and costs. Had my tire patched from a nail, took less than an hour from when my car was picked up to when I got back to work with it.

Therefore, if you cannot get off work by 4:00 PM dont even try to visit this place. I have been consistently unimpressed with the customer service at this location.

Always friendly service, skilled technicians, and good appointment availability. I have had a wheel bearing replaced and my rear suspension replaced and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I also like how they are honest with you about the necessity of the work being recommended.

Had a water pump leak on way to Florida and luckily Jamies was within 2 miles of where we were. I took my vehicle to Jamies Tire and Service to have them diagnose and repair an apparent oil leak. They agreed to work it in to their schedule without an appointment on a Saturday. They called me back less than an hour after dropping it off with good news - the leak was caused by a faulty oil drain plug gasket. They repaired the gasket and changed the oil for the price of the just the oil change. This was a great experience and not the first time they have been honest and fair with me. I would highly recommend Jamies (all of their locations) for all tire and auto service needs.

I typically take my car to a mechanic I personally know, but if I need something done right away, this is my main auto care provider. I have a lowered vehicle, so its not always easy to find someone who can work on it, but they tried and did. I find them to be the most honest company Ive come across and that is worth everything when it comes to car repair.

Biggest cheapskates of all time. paid 3000 for new exhaust system only to have the tailpipe break off after a year and half. come to find out that they couldnt bother by replacing the the rubber for the hangars. 3k in the hole over 2 pieces of rubber that would have cost them $10. will never go there again and will warn people to stay away.After a fruitful discussion with Dan and jared and the service they provided in correcting this mistake I was made completely satisfied. when I take my vehicle ba k to them i will only deal with jared or Dan. I thank you 2 for going the extra step to fix this

Just wanted to sincerely thank you for operating your business with integrity. Ive been with you guys for 4+ years and never once have I felt pressured into buying more, in fact, Ive constantly had things taken off my bill when they were found to be unnecessary (very uncommon at other businesses). I pride myself on price checking and learning how to perform as many maintenance and repair skills as possible, the most basic being an oil change. Oil changes tend to be a washin price because I usually pay 23-25 to do it myself and take forever, or can use a coupon and pay the same price for less. I found a 20$ coupon to an instant oil change down the street and, unwisely, chose to explore. Ended up pressuring me and talking me into paying 65$ for an engine filter and cabin filter that cost and bout 18$ in store and take 3.5 seconds to replace. Lesson learned. Ive never felt so taken advantage of and will never cheat on Jamies again if youll take me back ;)
