It was nice that they were quick on getting my oil change. However, they actually damaged my car which I discovered when I took it to the car dealership to do the next oil change. The dealership almost had to crush the filter just to get it off, then they showed me how my threads are messed up where it will require me to replace a part on my car. They crossthread it. Speed is not everything.
