Scott’s Imports was quick, well priced and communicated very well. I used to live in downtown Houston and have struggled to find a good repair shop in town. I am pleased to know they work on all makes of cars as this will be the only shop I go to. I don’t make many reviews, so if I make the time to write one it is because I am 100% satisfied.Happy to see an honest shop be so successful, great work guys!

First time using Scott. Very professional; kept in contact about repairs and timelines throughout the whole process. Very detailed about needed services, repairs and options. Went over and above to make sure we were taken care of, including checking and topping off all of our fluids, even though he was working on repairs instead of maintenance. It is very evident Scott’s Imports values customer service. We will be using Scott’s for all of our auto repair and maintenance from now on.

Had an appointment this morning to have headlight fixed on my mercedes . After getting there I was told that 2 other regular customers dropped their vehicles off unexpectedly this morning so they would not be able to get to mine !!!! After I had to get someone to watch my baby and my sister miss work this morning to pick me up and Im turned away ...NOT HAPPy AT ALL

Wow! What can I say. I have 2 older import vehicles that are...just that...old. I have used Scotts on both of them for major engine oil leaks, service engine lights and electrical issues. Estimates for time to repair and cost of repair were accurate and the work done fixed my concerns. I have finally found a good shop. Thanks for a great job!

Took my Abarth for AC service. No hassle, got an immediate quote on the price that was about right for the work to be done. It has new R1234yf refrigerant so some shops cant do the work, but they have the equipment so no problem.Dropped the car off the next day at lunch. They said it might be a day or two, as they were busy. However, I got a call the same day before I left work that the car was finished.Picked it up, perfect ice cold AC again.Also talked about some other possible service, and they seemed very familiar with some obscure points about my not so common car.While it was only one simple service I had done, based on that I would highly recommend them to anyone with a European car (or any other car).

Dont ever bring your car here!!! He will overcharge you for whats wrong with your car!!! Then he will sabatage something else on your car so you have to come back in a month or so!!!!

Wonderful Hispanic couple that has been in business for 19 plus years. He did a great job on my vehicle and cut me a break when he didnt have to. He also diagnose something that I didnt even mention but knew was wrong that would have been hard to figure out. Quick work fair price I will be going back with my vehicle when its something that I cant do myself. Take your business here they deserve it. FYI I have a 2006 Chevy Suburban and a 2012 Hyundai Sonata

These guys are great! I was in town on business and took my LX470 to them to check on a light that popped up. Quick service, honest and friendly! Saved me a lot of money in the long run!!! Can;t thank these guys enough. Was driving from Tallahassee, FL to Austin and had major overheating problems with my 99 Miata as I was coming up on Beaumont. I was in a bad hole!Saw the reviews online for these guys and was able to get to them.Scott really went out of his way to do everything they could to diagnose the issue and get me going again. They could not have been more helpful. professional or prompt. Great prices too.Had to change plans and go back to Tallahassee, but I made the 650+ miles with no difficulties at all, and this would not have been possible without these guys.Very, very appreciative of a great job that was very well done. The owners were amazing, Id highly recommend bringing your vehicle here and doing business with them.Were new to the area and Id had my car checked out at another place, a place which recommended that I have $1300 worth of work done. When I searched for an import place to give me a 2nd opinion, they got me into their shop immediately and the owner himself looked over the car and then drove it with me to show me that the recommendations from the other auto shop were unwarranted and unnecessary, and explained why. Cant express how wonderful it was to have true customer service, something lacking from so many companies in this day and age. As I said earlier, were new to Texas and to Beaumont, but well definitely be bringing both of our vehicles here for all of our services in the future.

Scotts imports was great and very friendly. I had a clutch go out which stranded me here (Im from VA). They figured out the issue right away and ordered the parts. Afterward they offered to drop me off at a nearby hotel and pick me up the next day when the car was ready. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE!

Got quoted $2500 to replace a head gasket on a b18b motor then was told they wouldnt even take my car. lady on the phone was rude as hell. Sounds like a shady place. I wont ever have work done here.

I happened to be driving thru Jasper, Tx and could find no one that worked on Volvos, by complete chance I ran into a gentleman whom new of Scotts Import service in Beaumont. I was able to get on the phone and speak directly with Scott whom said, we have the parts you need and I can get you worked on today, mind you it was a quarter after 3pm. Arrived and Scott diagnosed the issue which was exactly what I had imagined it was. Got he work done in about an hour and a half and got me out the door. I mentioned to them that I was just passing through so they did everything in their power to get me back on the road safely. I had a fleet credit card which my company prefers we use for maintenance cost, and Patty at the front office was kind enough to call her credit card service company to make sure we could pay with this method. No fault to them it was not accepted but she did take the time to figure it out. The vehicle runs great again, and I would highly recommend this very professional team.

Guy took a logical guess at what was wrong with my vehicle based on what i told him was happening. Thats cool. Then he drove it and came back and pulled it in the shop. After an hour or so he came up front and basically told me that his logic was my reality. Instead of giving me facts based on the diagnostics i thought he had been doing, he only offered his opinion based on what he said he read in magazines and at some class he took. With that he said it would be $1400.00 to fix it. It should also be noted that when i drove in, or at no time prior, my vehicle didnt display any dashboard lights in reference to the problem i was having. When i got in to leave i had 2. When i questioned the guy about it he said he disconnected power to the defected part. Well my Logical question then was why wasnt the light on to start with if its bad. That struck a nerve i guess because he began yelling and telling me about his education and years of experience. At 55 years old i have experience at life, so if someone wants me to hand over $1400.00 for a repair they best be able to give me something more than their logical opinion about whats wrong. No diagnostics report, nothing visual, or anything. Just attitude because i wouldnt just take his word. SMDH.This was my first experience with this shop and overall I felt comfortable. Maybe theyve earned the trust of their customers but you cant expect ppl who have never dealt with you just to be at that level. Trust and respect are earned....everyday if youre in business.

I kept hearing a grinding noise near the front right wheel when I would make a hard turn.I took it into Scotts and he came out and hopped in the car with me and we took it for a drive to see what was going on. After returning he found that a part of the rock gaurd was loose and rubbing against the strut. He put in a plug and tightened it all up and said no charge.He was very personable and seemed very knowledgable about cars.While it was not an extensive repair I will definitely return should I need a different repair. I dont think I have ever been to a mechanic that hopped in the car with me to see the problem.

Ive used them more than once to diagnose and repair both my 06 Ford F-150 and my 06 Chevrolet 2500 4x4. The Ford was a hassle and could of been very costly but Scott took the time and diagnosed the problem properly which saved me $$$ in the long run. I use the Chevrolet in the oil field and put 5000 miles a month on it. Twice Ive had it there and theyve done a great job and charged me a VERY fair price. Also, they made it a priority knowing I needed it for work. I appreciate all theyve done and will continue to use them. As a matter of fact, Im having my Chevrolet towed to their shop as we speak. Last month, I was in Beaumont to visit my aunt in her assisted living establishment and one morning as I headed to her place for breakfast, my 2007 VW Passat was clearly in trouble. I was chugging along the highway and decided to pull over as it was evident to me I wouldnt make it to my destination. Given that I am not from Beaumont, and generally not trusting of car repair companies - (for one, I am a woman, and my second strike - I am an out of towner). But I had no choice-I had to find a repair service as I needed to get about town and then make it home to Austin the following day. I googled car repair in Beaumont and found that Scotts Import Service was nearby. So I drove my ailing car over and put it in their hands. Long story short, I could not have been more pleased! They drove me where I needed to go, fixed my car in a few hours, came back and picked me up - and the charges were very reasonable. They spoke to my mechanic back home so that I could get comfortable and replaced my iginition coil in a very reasonable amount of time. It was SUCH a pleasant experience that I gushed at them out the door and promised to write a review for them right away. But life got busy and it went on the back burner. That was about 3 weeks ago and I intended to write this the second I got home because I was that impressed. Nice, honest, hard working people. THANK YOU for providing the type of service that we always want but rarely even expect anymore. You guys are doing everything right.

Poor feedback. I have to call for status when they said they would. Took on more work than they can handle and did not give updates kept the car 2 weeks with stories each day. Then the head man goes on vacation. Another surprise.

He is very experienced mechanic for the imported cars. Here you can resolve any kind of problems regarding car in very cheaper cost.
