4 months ago I was there change the oil and when arrived my home mi car trow all the oil because they don’t put the correct filter so. My son spent time $49 dollar in buy correct filter and more oil. , again I pass ti close of place , and again they change the oil , y the same problem when arrived to my home and trow all the oil…. So two ti mes they do the same problem

First time at this particular valvoline. Very friendly and knowledgeable techs. Also get a huge discount for the car wash next door. Only one drawback to this particular store. The ones in riverside allow you to stay in your car, this one does not and the waiting room dies not have a heater and it was cold and the wind was blowing. But the service itself was awesome.

They only change oil nothing else anymore

Just walked in to a bunch of dudes laying around on the furniture. I walked up to the window and the guy looked at me like I was interrupting something. I said I need an oil change and he just said okay, that was it. I just left and went to the castrol oil place next door. I dont know who owns this spot, but check your cameras, your place is ran by idiots.

John is a very good professional manager. I send people I know here and they are pleased like me.

We stayed in the car while they worked on the vehicle because thats how they do it in Colorado and we didnt know any better. The guy Jorge working on our car was very polite and professional. However his coworkers are something else. Dont ever let any of these guys drive your car. They dont car. The car wash guy bout bashed 2 vehicles into other vehicles. To busy standing there talking about hungover they are to actually work on cars. I wont be returning but props to Jorge.

I went there for a carwash and noticed that it was free with an oil change and it just so happened I needed one.The service was excellent. They didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need (I did need a new filter).The price was fair and competitive and the car wash was great too! I was pleased overall!!!

Terrible job. Talked and goofed around most of the time. My car wasnt vacuumed properly. Didnt wash my tires. And windows had more smudges than before. Paid the most expensive one with everything included and didnt do a good job.

It was nice to get a free wash with the oil change, however next time I prefer to take it to the dealership I feel there more thorough and go over things with you plus free tire rotation

When you get the car wash with it, they dont really vacuum and they recommended all this work that didnt need to get done

Place is not very welcoming. No one ever came and talked to me about my car. I had to ask the guy at the register to see what they fixed and he didnt know and just went off the paper he gave me. Also the lady at the car wash place seemed like she was more focused being in the office to help anyone out. At least hire some people that know to do some costumer service.

Took almost 2 hours to get an oil change and car wash and deeply personal items were missing from my car after, which they take no responsibility for. SO ANGRY!!!

First they tried strong arming me into synthetic oil and gave me this story about how they would have to flush the engine in order to use standard oil. Lastly not only was I the only one there it took them an hour to do an oil change and after they were complete they decided they needed to figure out a payroll issue before charging me out. Like no body else has things to do very unprofessional and the owners sitting there coughing all over the place. I wont be using this place again and wont be removing this review.

Really impressed. Every other place wanted an appointment and they got us right in for a oil change and tire rotation. Super fast service and didnt even charge me to replace a bad tail light! Plus free car wash...thanks

Yeah I took my daughters car down there they really did a good job took care of everything I could go have breakfast by the time I came back everything was cherry everything was topped off checked out tire pressure synthetic oil all of it even on a dirt coupon so good job guys

Mac was awesome this morning! There was a super long wait. But I had just pulled in for a qt. of oil, on my way to SD. He got me in & out in no time at all! GIVE THIS KID A RAISE!

So I was having a problemWith my Jeep mis firing and as weAll know finding a good mechanic is stressful ... most want to nickel and dime someone and California dose that enough ... well I took it to peter at valvoline express care not only were the staff helpful all of them .. but peter diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and the price was decent . Not only that they even took my car and washed out the outside of it I was greatful for that .. okay so customer service takes kinda long but ... come on there fixing our cars 🤷🏻‍♂️ So I appreciate you peter and the rest of the valvoline crew ... and you too Kenny , Adrian and Johnny over at the car wash you guys are awesome always a great job

If you value your cars...dont come here.I brought my Camaro to get an oil change and they didnt tighten the oil filter and it fell and spilled everything next day on the freeway, they didnt want to do anything about it and ended up just giving me a free oil change. I gave them another chance and brought my Altima and they over filled it with oil and it covered the road in white smoke. These guys arent professional at all.

I would stay clear of this place. I had an oil change done on my new Sonora under 20, 000 miles and they caused an oil leak. Then my daughter had a transmission flush done. They torqued the plug too tight. Damages the pan causing it to have to be replaced. They finally fixed it but treated us bad and a used is of causing the damage

Not to sure what to think about the staff but Im just glad my car is ok. The staff is very rude and seem always be out of air filters. I used to go here often to get my car serviced but with the rude staff and lack of car parts / filters I decided to go someplace else locally. Just to make bad experiences.
