Just got my oil changed and I like those guys on Washington Boulevard they are awesome they nice and respectful but the one over there on Phelan and Dowlen by that car wash baby those people are prejudice they are not nice they act like they didnt see me when i drive up there they just have some f up attitudes the two white men just was walking around looking crazy going in and out the building and never ask what i needed i drove off and gave them the finger cant stand people like that never will go there again i will drive way over to the one on washington blvd before i go there again to all the people that are prejudice you all need to change the way you feel about black people this is 2020 getting ready to be 2021 not the 1900s we are no different than you just the color may GOD bless u all THANK YOU GUYS ON WASHINGTON BLVD KEEP UP THE VERY GOOD WORK YOU ALL DO

The tech say he added windshield wiper fluid, but my light is still on... Receipt says he checked the power steering fluid, and it says checked ok, but when I turn steering wheel its still making a noise.. I dont believe he checked those things.. Usually dont have these issues here...must have been a new tech!!!

The service has changed drastically I will not go there again! I did not get my car vacuumed or the windows cleaned but the receipt said completed. I will have mu husband check to make sure everything else on the list has been done.

I went here to get my inspection during my lunch break. I generally dont like visiting automotive places because you never know what to expect. I should also mention I just moved to the Beaumont area within the last 6 months (and this place is near my office). The service was great. Cheap, friendly, and quick. The technicians were helpful and even gave me directions to the courthouse where I would get my registration renewed. They also had friendly, helpful ladies maintaining the front desk with smiles, which you definitely dont always expect in an automotive environment. Ill definitely go back again.

Oil change was done quickly. The tech told me aboit some great specials and did not try to upsell me anything.

I brought my car in for oil change . After that I began leaking oil i thought it was normal I went to Houston and drove back and forth to work .I had to keep adding oil because it was very low and it made the tapping stop. I went to my mechanic and he said it was leaking from the drain plug that they put into my car oil was all around it . I took it back up there and ask for there maneger and they ask me what wrong and I told them. They added more will and let me go under I noticed it was dry like they wiped all the oil that Id seen previously before I went there that the mechanic had shown me. Then they showed me the new bolt they put it which looked completely different . I drive off thinking everything was fine a few days later my motor died on me I lost 2000 and still loosing money having to pay for rides . Idk what to do

Very unprofessional. I went in for an inspection. I spent a long time waiting in the stall while the staff was focused on other things (an attractive female that they were catcalling the whole time she was there). Rude tech. Then one of the other employees comes and yanks my windshield wipers off without talking to me first. (the wipers were absolutely fine) He eventually came and gave me the bill which included the inflated cost for the wiper blades. When I tried to challenge them on it the fact that I felt like they were taking advantage of me and padding the bill the tech started talking trash and Riling up some of the other regulars that apparently hang out there. The whole experience felt more like a dope deal that a simple inspection, Ill never be back.

One star is too high for this place! I was there to get an inspection on my truck. I was told that I needed wipers for the inspection. It was raining and my wipers were fine. I said yes, anyway. I specifically asked for the cheapest wipers. When I got my bill. They put the most expensive wipers on the truck. 20/each. When I told the tech thats not what I asked for, he called me a liar. then proceeded to tell me these are the only wipers that would fit my Chevy Truck. I have been in the automotive field for over 20 years and this statement is absurd. I called him out on his accusation of this and he went bizerck on me. Not before long I had 5 of technicians around me like they are about to give me a beating. The service manager said he has someone right down the street to take care of me.I do not recommend this place unless you are out for the full gangsta experience. This business will not last long with these people running it. This use to be a very nice place to get your inspection done.
