I had a flat on I-10 and my car was towed here. They have a five star average review for a reason. Stewart was extremely friendly and even let me keep the car at their facility overnight while I retrieved a tire from somewhere else. Hopefully I won’t get a flat in the near future but for anyone who is unfortunate enough to be in the same predicament as me, Cy Fair will take great care you!

This is an excellent location to take your vehicle to have it serviced. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about what they do, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Dont take your vehicle anywhere else.They caught a problem in an Enterprise rental vehicle that I was in where Enterprise had installed the wrong tires and had aired them up to the wrong pressure on the truck I am using for work. They were aired up over 20 lb too much and were not the correct tires at all for this truck. After they spoke with Enterprise corporate, Im now leaving with a brand new set of tires that are all terrain tires instead of the street slicks that Ive been driving around in the mud with...I cannot express how grateful I am for everything that they have done for me and if I could give them six stars for a rating I would do it.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I was in a rough situation when I hit a wooden board on the highway and got two flat tires on the left side of my Tesla Model 3. These flats reared their head during lunch time as they were slow leaking, Cy-Fair came out to my location, handled my car with the care and (skipping some details) fixed me up.Since then, Ive used their services for an alignment on my vehicle and I will continue to use them for every service they offer.Its rare to find a company that genuinely puts the customer first and they went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend using Cy-Fair... Customer for life!

I’m loving the new location in Beaumont..the shop looks exactly like them dream shops that you’ll see on TV.. Big and most definitely clean.. Have some of the most state of the art tire equipment. I literally walked in and informed the salesman on what I’m looking for.. had me done in 30 minutes.. Great no wait...Perfect customer service... Thank you so so much... keep up the good work!!!

I was stranded w a flat tire on the interstate not knowing anyone close to come help me. I called right before 5, and they came out to help me as soon as their guy finished another job. Didn’t take him long to get to me nor did it take him long to change my tire. He even checked another tire for me bc I saw a nail in it so he made sure it was aired up for me to make it safely home. Very professional guy. For a single woman it’s scary to be stranded and I felt safe the whole time!

Bought tires back in November. Great prices. Had a low tire , stopped by the took my car right in. Had a nail in my tire. I had my small dog with me. They showed us to the lobby the had cool water , clean bathroom . We watched TV but not very long. Since I bought road hazard for my tires. They even told my that I had about 1,000 miles till they needed to be rotated. They were great.

I am a Texas police officer and I have been involved in search and rescue activities for major disasters since 2002.After the recent floods in Houston we realize that we needed a large vehicle that we could use for extractions. We purchased a airport crash rescue truck from the state of Alabama and I volunteered to drive it back to the San Antonio area. The tires on this truck are almost 5 feet tall and weigh over 500 pounds apiece.I blew out a back tire on the I 10 freeway in Beaumont at about 1:00 AM and we were in trouble. I contacted several emergency tire repair shops that told me they could not help me because of the size of the tire and availability. When I spoke with Tommy from Cy-Fair he went to work, found a tire for us, retrieved it from Houston and then repaired the tire alongside the Freeway frontage road. Tommy went out of his way to get us back on the road. With all of that, he even discounted the fee because we were involved in rescue and recovery missions.This place is great! America needs more companies like this !

Cy-Fair is a great place. They were helpful and able to answer my questions without me having to be called back numerous times. They work fast while being very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service done.

These guys were great! They weren’t officially open but went the extra mile and repaired a flat tire for one of the San Antonio Boat Team vehicles; that is out in the Beaumont area assisting with flood operations.
