They rented me a vehicle with tires that are leaking air. The gentleman that rented me the vehicle said that he had to add air to the tire after he put gas in it, he stated it was likely due to the change in air temperatures. 3 hours later the tire had gone completely flat as has sat in my garage ever since. My vehicle will be ready for pick up soon from the body shop. I will then have to put the spare on when I return the rental.

I have been meaning to get around to this review bc I wanted to give a special shout out to the two guys who were working there at closing on July 1st. I was trying to get a rental car at the last minute and, even though they were totally out, the guy helping me out offered me his company car bc he was that willing to make something work for me. Since I couldnt bring myself make him do that for me, I arranged for my coworker to come get me. He and the other guy working at the time graciously waited there with me even tho my ride didnt show up til 15 minutes after close. I hope enterprise can track down who these two were bc they were seriously awesome.

Terrible experience. Falsely advertised “ “Enterprise Priority Pass allows you to quickly retrieve your vehicle once you arrive at the rental branch”. It took me over 26 hours from the time I made an appointment to get a car! Not once has anyone from Enterprise returned my calls. I was told by the district manager that all complaints are routed back to him, so..,

I went in on a spare to exchange my monthly rental. After paying ~200 for a replacement tire BEFORE I could exchange cars, the slick fella that served me INTENTIONALLY put me down for a $29.99 protection after I REPEATEDLY asked for the $5.99 roadside protection for the duration of my trip. Ill NEVER return to this location, and will do my best to avoid ENTERPRISE overall as a USAF veteran and POC. Screw these folx.

Horrible service...I was called by an employee at that location to confirm my reservation got there I was denied a rental after I verified all required information over the phone. Mindfully I had rented the more than once nothing changed with my information well I was told from branch manager and regional manager the crew before was doing illegal transactions so that’s why it’s a new crew of people and apparently the requirements have changed which is fine with me but say that over the phone don’t have nobody drive there waste there time... sit yu in the lobby just to be rude to you and look at you crazy smfh thank God for new technology Bc enterprise is trash

Received an upgrade on the car before I even got to the retail outlet. The lady who processed the rental was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Drivers license and credit card and I was on my way. Car was clean and very nice. My grandkids loved riding in it because they said it was like a sports car. When I returned the car, same lady was at the retail location. Simply check in and I was on my way. I would recommend this rental location to anyone.

It was very busy, when I arrived and none of the employees acknowledged me. I only wanted someone to say we will be with You shortly. Once they began to help me the gentleman was very polite. During my walk around it was 25 K hot in yellow letters on the rear drivers side window. I asked why is that on the window, can we please get this cleaned off, and are we going to ignore this? He responded it cant come off! I asked for a discount and was given one. Just wish he didnt act like it wasnt there. Besides that was pleased.

Lady I dealt with was great. And really the rating is more about the inventory they have. If someone is getting a replacement for a certain sized car they should be able to put them in a similar sized vehicle especially if you are a big guy like myself.

They was not taking my payments out like they where suppose to weekly they had my debit card set up like a credit card after I told this woman this was my bank debit card they took all my money out my account put my account in the negative and I had other bills to pay they took money out my account after I had already returned the car full of gas and cleaned now I have to wait on my own money and have a negative account until then I will never do buisness here again plus I was suppose to get a car they put me in a sub the whole time talking about they going to get a car never had gotten car so I had to pay more for something I didnt even reserve I just want my money back they took out my account

I had reserved a mid sized car and when I arrived there was not one available. They offered to put me in a full size truck, which is cool. I had to wait about 30 minutes for the truck. However the truck was not cleaned and the gas tank was on empty. This was an inconvenience. The tires were also nearly bald.

The managers name was Mr. Adams. He was very hospitable and courteous as he gave me a ride to my apartment and work. When I made my reservation online I thought the price was higher until Mr. Adams informed me of the current specials to save me money. His generosity is why I will keep coming back to this place to rent cars.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!I rented a vehicle from this location while I was in town working and was given a Nissan Versa.First of all, this vehicle WAS NOT cleaned before I was given it, due to finding half consumed water bottles under the seat, teeth flossers between the seat and seat belt, two receipts for fast food places prior to my rental date, and a an Apple Watch band that was left by the previous renters.Secondly, the touchscreen randomly shut down and restarted itself multiple times while in route to locations, resulting in missed turns and dropped phone calls.Finally, I’d had enough and emailed La’Davia who originally assisted me, requesting a receipt of cost to-date and a different vehicle. This email was sent on the 15th of January 2020.... I received zero response.So late Friday afternoon on the 17th I finally took my break to call and advise of my concerns (regarding the car and lack of response to my email) and Ray the store manager advised I could come by the following day before noon and swap it out, no problem. I had to request an early lunch break, just to accommodate their hours and received a Chevy Colorado.Well, since I arrived 5 min before they closed at noon (the earliest so could take my break was 11:45) the walk-a-round with La’Davia was rushed and not very thorough,Although we found damage in both sides of the vehicle. I arrived back at work and shortly after was released from the assignment to return back home.The Enterprise office was already closed and didn’t open again until Monday. So I returned to my RV Park and relished in the fact that I could sleep in, no more was I working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. Woohoo.Monday comes and I return my rental around noon, to which no one offered a walk-a-round or anything just took the keys and said I was free to go.Well, I received a call later that evening around 5pm advising there was a sizable dent on the driver side rear fender - Interesting because I know I pointed out damage to that side of the vehicle - I advised of the situation, that I rented the vehicle, went to work and was released and sat at home on Sunday and then returned the rental on Monday, less than 48 hours of renting the vehicle and that it went no where and I didn’t feel that I created this damage and would like to see what they’re claiming. The gentleman advised that most times someone else probably opened their vehicle door into it and that it’d work itself out.Well they reported it to their Damage Recovery center and are requesting I file a claim with my insurance to get the damage to the vehicle covered.I called the rental location in Beaumont to get photos of the damage and the photos take prior to me driving off and possibly the photos of the vehicle when it was returned prior to my renting it, Ray advised they don’t keep them that I’d have to call their Damage Recovery unit to obtain. I called their Damage Recovery unit and spoke with Robert and Cassie who both advised the original Rental location should be able to provide as they only have one photo of the actual damage being claimed.Hmmm.... I’m getting the run around, I’m not getting what I’ve asked for that would help get an idea of the vehicle BEFORE it was in my hands and am now being pinned with damage to a vehicle I didn’t cause. As tightly packed as all the vehicles in this lot are it wouldn’t surprise me if the damage occurred on site.TO THIS DAY (Feb 6, 2020) I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE THEY’RE CLAIMING THAT I MADE AFTER CALLING AND ASKING FOR THEM MULTIPLE TIMES.This Enterprise location failed to take photos at all 4 corners to provide overviews of the whole vehicle which would eliminate the question of where fault lies. Interesting as 90% of the independent locations I’ve used at home in FL HAVE ALL TAKEN THESE OVERVIEWS.Disgraceful business practices and extremely poor customer service.TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS OR A VIDEO AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM MY MISERY WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AND LOCATION.

Over 1000 people lost their vehicles due to flooding. Enterprises response is to bring in 30 cars per day!!! Not 300 but 30 cars per day. You had one job! We have been told every day for a week that we would have a car tomorrow. Completely unacceptable you whole existance is this world is to provide rental vehicles and you cant even do that.

I received excellent service from Branch Manager Caleb Gray and the others at the Enterprise branch at 1-10 S in Beaumont. I was treated quickly and efficiently. The Ford Focus I rented was a nice and clean, that averaged about 30 gpm or better, in gas. I drove around Beaumont, and to Houston then back the next day with some errands in Houston before my medical appointment. I ended up using right at a half-tank. This is a great branch.

I dropped off my car on a Saturday and they decide to check my car in on Monday and they give it 3 hours into Monday so that they get past the 2 and 1/2 hour grace period Enterprise gives so that they can add on an additional $25 to my invoice. What a bunch of RATS!! Dont do business with these pieces of TRASH!!

I made a reservation for noon, and was called about delays asking me if I was willing to wait until 3PM. I was happy to wait as I was not in a hurry. I showed up at 3PM and the location had no rental for me. I was told I would be called when something became available. Its been several weeks and Im still waiting.I use Enterprise/ National probably for 50-100 days per year for work travel.

Good customer service. My first time couple times I renter from them. I only had one bad experience it was only because the price they gave me in the beginning when I sign the papers was not the quota for the end . One of the workers told me one less then 300 when I went drop the car off I end up owing almost 200 more than the deposit I left . But other than that they were excellent all the other time.

Not only was I told I would be charged ONLY one $50 hold on my card to get a rental from a wreck that was not my fault... they just took $100 out of my account without notice AND their location will not answer the phone to discuss it. Ive been calling them since noon today. Terrible customer service, and this is only the beginning of this dispute. This is not the way customers should be treated as it so kindly states on the recording Ive been listening to non-stop trying to contact someone at this location. Merry Christmas!

Rent car with no spare tire and no tools to take a spare off with. Stranded for hour and a half for roadside assistance, wrecker driver drop the car off at classic Chevy in beaumont at requested by enterprize, this all happen at around 11:30 am. It is now 4:00 pm and classic Chevy wants to know how they are going to get paid. Can not get in touch with no one at enterprize, I know classic Chevy will be closing in about 5:30 pm or 6:00 pm

Have check engine light on car. Went to see if I could exchange car. McKenzie said she would call later that day because they had no cars. Never called still driving a car with a check engine light on. They can come get there piece of junk when it’s broke down on the side of the road. I’ll take an Uber to Avis!

The only problem I had was it was hard to get them on the phone, had to call the 1-800 number because I needed to be picked up. I was impressed with the service and when there was a problem with my credit card they were nice enough to bring me back to my house for the documents to use a Debit card. Thanks Enterprise!

I was going to pay with a credit card but because my credit card didnt match my drivers license ; I had to go to bank and get another one. I was told to be there at 9am and at 8:30 someone called me and told me that the car wouldnt be ready until 2pm and I still had to return car at 9 am when I didnt rent it until 4pm. I have never been treated this way by anyone. I have dealt with enterprise in the past and usually no problems but I am in shock and surprised with all you have to do to rent a car. They put me behind schedule since the reason I rented the car was to visit my grandmother who is deathly ill.
