Quick and very supportive team. Our flight was delayed along the whole journey and the Budget support waited after closing hours to ensure we got our rental. Highly recommended.

They gave us a dirty and banged up car. Other cars were in much better shape and freshly washed. I was certainly dissatisfied.

I have been a customer of Budget for about 7 years and the upkeep of the vehicles, pricing and service have been A1 until Covid. Im not sure if they lost employees but Every time i get a vehicle now, it isnt clean. Also, they hold $250 until you return the vehicle which isnt horrible considering that they didnt receive a lot of cars back after the shutdown lifted. Im only removing two stars for the lack of cleanliness, at a time such as this pandemic cleanliness is major.

I delt with a few different employees all were polite and considerate. Seemed to work quickly towards getting me in my rental and the best one to sewt my needs. Pleasant experience.

The gentleman that rented me the car was very sweet. The car was super nice but it smelled like urine when you turned the air conditioner on.

Scammed me out of $150, called customer service and was told I shouldve read fine print that wasnt there.

It was convenient to rent the car as it was in the airport. The car was comfortable and easy on gas. But the interior was all stained front and back seats. It smelled like cigarette smoke and the windshield was full of smoke I had to wash it. But the ultimate worse was the two mice living in the vehicle. As I was driving a mouse climbed up my leg , it scared me of course and almost caused me to go off the road. I complained about it but your Budget employees didnt seem to care. I was also told that when I return the car that it would be $100.00 off due to a discount that didnt happen. So instead of $610.76 I got billed $710.76. When I returned it your employee said call the number and they will take it off. That didnt happen. So all in all I couldnt recommend Budget to my friends or family.

The process was very easy, start to finish.

The vehicle we were given had minor damage from what appeared to be a collision. The damage was documented on the paperwork but not discussed with us at all. A big piece of plastic from underneath the car started dragging the ground making an awful sraping noise. When it finally fell off we could see It had been held up with black duct tape. Lol! No problems after that!. This is not the usual experience with Budget and it wont keep us from renting from them again.

This was my first time renting from budget at Peoria airport. Everything went well when I arrived. Car was ready. Lady at the counter was super nice. She upgraded me to a nicer SUV. 2019 Buick Enclave. It was worth the upgrade. When returning make sure you have your mileage and spot number where you parked ready.

I will NEVER do business with Budget at Jack Brooks Regional Airport, the car was dirty when I got it, the staff was very unhelpful, they made a unforeseen situation that was out of my control worse due to there unwillingness to assist in any kind of way. While explaining to them in person, I noticed Tyler rolling his eyes and sighing loudly, very disrespectful and unprofessional after seeing and coming to the realization I was wasting my time talking with him and the other worker, I left...

Every time I rent a vehicle they are very clean. All of the employees are very nice and helpful. I live in Bridge City but I drive to Beaumont budget car rental when I need to rent a vehicle.

The cars are always nice and clean . They are always eager to help. They have always been extremely pleasant and accommodating. I drive about 16 miles and pass at least 2 other rental car agencies to rent from budget because of the negative experiences I have had with the other agencies. They really do appreciate your business.

If youre needing to rent a vehicle for leisure or for business, the Budget/Avis car rental in the Jack Brooks Regional Airport is the place to go. The staff is great!! Very friendly and extremely fast. The rental prices are reasonable and they always have a good selection of automobiles. Plus, Ive been upgraded every time Ive rented from them. Check em out. You wont be disappointed.

Picked up a car that had an upgrade but the employee told me I didnt have an upgrade on the full size car. Little did I know they were right on budgets website. Car was dirty smelled of smoke but in a hurry. Car knocks o front right tire, beebs for an oil change every time I start the car. Now I wake up to find 400 worth of charges that were supposed to be 130. This budget rental place is a joke. Do not rent here.

I prepaid for my rental to include lost damage waiver and I was charged an additional $850 when I dropped the car off. It was not completely refunded. Very frustrating!!!

I rent here often (3-4 times a week); I have rented from other local (big box rental places) and NONE of the other rental stores even come close to the quality of Avis/Budget. Each vehicle is super clean (most are fairly brand new), rarely do I have to wait in a line and when I do its usually for only 1-2 customers. I have never rented a vehicle from them that took me longer than 5 minutes to rent and the return can take even less time. If you want to try and save a few dollars and go elsewhere, just know you will spend longer with the rental process and you may not get a car that is clean or new. I have waited longer in line (up to 30 min.) at other rental agencies just to be acknowledged; before the rental process even began. You want to get your vehicle quick? You want it clean? With a vehicle with full tank upon arrival? You want friendly professional service? You want Avis/Budget! 👍 👍👍👍👍

Fantastic car rental experience. We consider Budget an A++++ company and will recommend them to everyone. Our car was really comfortable and clean and was very economical on gas. Overall, this Budget facility is great! Personalized service is a perk many businesses have decided to drop in the last few years, but not this one. They greet me by name better than 80% of the time - even before I tell them who I am. Actually makes it virtually impossible to rent from someone else since these are friends - that I only see when I need to rent a vehicle :-)The only possible complaint is that since the airport has very limited evening hours, so does the Budget counter. Completely understandable, but occasionally inconvenient.Overall, these guys are the best you can find!

Good customer service with no issues.

The car we rented had been in a flood, it sneaked terrible, apparently from Tropical Storm Imelda, my wife is 3 months pregnant and smells really get to her we were in the car for 13 hours one way. Worst experience for I felt so bad for her, she was nauseous the whole time.

When I went to pick up a rental that was pre-paid, I was asked for a major credit card in my name. Unfortunately, I do not have one, thus I was denied the rental. However, I just wanted to express the excellent customer service from a gentleman named Kenny. He was very polite, apologetic, and explained why the company has that policy set in to place. So, thank you, Kenny, even though you were the bearer of bad news, you did it with grace. Youre doing a great job!

Renting from this Budget location is a pleasure. I can leave my car there and have free parking in a safe environment. Staff is always helpful and there is never a long wait. I rent all my vehicles from Budget at the Beaumont, TX Airport.

Told me it’ll be $100 plus a $100 deposit but instead end up charging me $160 without giving back the deposit then charge me an extra $32 for the gas even though I sent it back with 90% fuel the same way I picked it up. It only took $20 to fill up the gas tank but charge $10 a gallon? Lmao Wont ever go back to this ratchet place.

FIRST, THE VEHICLE WE GOT WAS NOT THE FORD VAN THAT SHOWED ON THE SCREEN. SECOND. WHAT WE GOT WAS DIRTY AND IT STUNK REALLY BAD. IF, WE WOULD HAVE HAD AN EXTRA DAY, I WOULD HAVE RENTED ELSEWHERE. YOU NEED TO KEEP THE VEHICLES CLEAN AND AT LEAST THE NASTY SMELL OUT OF THEM.

Very good customer service. They (Hunter) picked me up from the Beaumont airport in less than 5 minutes. Same time for dropping me back there. The only thing I didnt like was the tiny car that was assigned to me. The next time Ill choose to a mid sized car instead of having Enterprise choose one for me.

Horrible experience with this company. Tried to reserve an 8-passenger vehicle in order to take a family trip to New Orleans. Was told that the only way they can guarantee 8 seats is if we rent a 12-passenger vehicle (I know....how completely ridiculous). We decided to go ahead rent a 12-passenger van, but when we arrived to pick it up, they presented us with a 15-passenger van that had absolutely no luggage room at all. When asked about the mistake, the local employees said they could not do anything about it and that we would need to call the national customer service line. After an hour of waiting on the phone (and being hung up on twice), I finally spoke with a customer service SUPERVISOR who said that it was a local issue and that he could not do anything about it. Terrible experience and horrible customer service. Do not recommend. Would give a negative rating if possible.

The car reeked of the smell of marijuana. The car had stains on the seat. If I would have had time, I would not have accepted the vehicle. I was told there was only one car available, despite there being a handful in the budget parking lot. Also, the car kept giving a warning that an oil change was required, and according to the sticker, it was 6000 miles OVERDUE.

They say since I dropped it after hours, they closed it out the next day, no call, nothing. No other rental car company does this. Ridiculous...
