Top Gun Wrecker Service went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I had a load of coils shift and they made sure the load was properly reset on the trailer, secure and safe to haul before they left. Even loaned us some straps to make we made it to our destination safely.

Wow, I have never felt more welcoming and safe in a place after the incident I have been in. I totaled my first car I have bought with my own money on the way to a vacation I already payed for so I was already completely upset. The father and son are incredibly good people and I would recommend them to anybody. The son picked me up with the tow truck and was talking with me and made me feel comfortable already and then the father was at the office and made me really feel at home. They were very professional, knew what they were doing and very welcoming! He had me smiling and laughing after that incident which I didn’t think I would be able to, he took care of me and my girlfriend like we were his own kids and that really meant a lot to me! He even let us stay a couple hours after closing due to us living 4 hours away and needing a ride home. If you are around Beaumont, I would recommend this place over anybody! After a fun cruise with the wife and kids on our boat the axel on our trailer got hung up while loading the boat at the ramp. Th axel was completely tweaked and we couldn’t tow it to a parking space let alone the 4 miles home. Our Allstate roadside service refused to help us and said it was up to us to find a tow service if we could… Top Gun answerd our call with courtesy and understanding the situation immediately dispatched a truck to see if they could help us. Jacob and Martinez not only showed up quickly but instead of just hooking up our busted trailer and dragging it onto the wrecker they went above and beyond to straighten the axel the best they could to minimize the risk of further damage. They were amazing. I did not ask them to do this, they just saw the need in the situation and jumped into action. This was a busy boat ramp with bad weather threatening and the guys grabbed their tools and got to work immediately. The guys towed the boat and trailer back to my house. I will not forget these guys and if I ever need help again they will be my first call. Thank you Jacob and Martinez!!!!

I’m just a small fleetowner and have a few trucks leased on to a carrier one my drivers rolled his truck off the road about 20 feet late in the night he was loaded with freight for Nissan. Police called these guys to come out. Took them 30 minutes to pull the truck out and because it was late in the night and they knew we were hauling high value freight they decided to extort us and demanded $7400.00 for the service. The carrier had no choice but to pay them because they did not want to fail their customer then turned around and charged us back by deducting the amount from our settlement including another $500 interest. This really hurts us as we were already impacted by the pandemic I prayed to the owner to help me out but he showed no sympathy whatsoever told me the truck would be held hostage until the amount was paid. So the carrier ended up paying it on our behalf. I have contacted the attorney general and sent out a letter to the state senator and I will have no choice but to file a civil suit. I also contacted a reputable wrecker company in the same area and they advised me that we were over charged by $5500. They will be our witness in court.

Best experience being towed ever. During the flood they were such a big help towed both of our vehicles, rhinovirus higher ground and our camper from Sabine Pass. They even called the tire shop to coordinate so we could get service asap upon arrival. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely use for any towing needs in the future.

I had need of a tow tonight to help a family member out. I called 11 different towing companies listed as 24h towing. Only 2 even bothered responding and both told me they had no one available. I hit something big and hard on I 10 while staying a night in Beaumont. Tire split, rim busted in a no spare car. Called them in the AM, said they’d be there in 30. Cesar showed up on time and was super professional. Took care of me and I didn’t even have to ask for a ride to the tire shop and back to the seminar conference center. This company does it right.

I highly recommend this company Mr Martinez was very helpful to me. He kept my car there for almost a year let me pay whenever I can to complete the owed balance without charging me extra. He really helped me through a hard time Im really great full for his kindness!

Called to have my Mother-In-Laws, car towed. Wrecker was there within 20-minutes, as promised. My Mother-in-Law had waited for 2.5-3.0 hrs for another wrecker service to arrive. I highly recommend this company if you require a wrecker service to tow your vehicle.

I had to use Top Gun when my cars transmission went out. Top Gun charged a reasonable price to tow my car to their lot. In addition, they allowed me to hold it on their lot for several days while I picked out a shop to make the repairs. I was very pleased with Top Guns assistance for the price I paid.

I cant say enough about how great Martinez and his son were to work with. My family was involved in an accident in our RV in Beaumont. We are from Alabama. Stranded in the middle of nowhere, these guys helped us get our RV secured and everything was taken care of. Even towed our RV all the way to Red Bay, Alabama to be repaired. I highly recommend Top Gun wrecker service! Jacob and Martinez were great! Our car was rear-ended and totalled while we were in Beaumont last week. We live in Dallas. Jacob and Martinez took care of everything to do with the car, drove us to get something to eat, drove us to get a rental car, and when a rental car wasnt available, they drove us from Beaumont to our hotel in Orange. My car stalled out in Walmart parking lot. They came on time As promised. When they were going to load up my car to take to my mechanics shop, my car started for them. Amazing experience! My boyfriend (Robert) was and an accident 11-29-2017 . The driver named Jacob, he got on scene very fast but most of all he drove him to the er then came back and took him to a hotel room . he was extremely helpful we couldnt have asked for a better experience

Cars alternator went out and one of the employees of this company happened to drive by, and decided to stop and help me. They towed my car to Auto Zone for me so that I could get a replacement battery based on my warranty and a new alternator; then, they towed me to my apartment where my friends replaced the alternator. Everything is fixed now. These people are really awesome. If you are a female or have a daughter, call these people and ask for Jacob. He was super amazing and did everything I asked without complaining, very courteous and friendly. They give you the receipt to take to your insurance company and get reimbursed.

Ive used Top Gun Wrecker for two service calls and both times I was very pleased with the service provided. In one case, I had a problem with lug-nuts that I couldnt get off. Instead of just towing me to the shop, he offered to help remove the troublesome lugnuts at half the cost of what they would have charged for a tow. This kind of customer service made them be top on my list the next time I had trouble with my car and needed help. They were quick to respond, friendly, cheerful and helped make the miserable experience of car trouble at least a little less painful.

Awesome experience they were dispatched though my Geico roadside service. They arrived in 30 minutes and the service was superb. I thought I just need air in my spare tire but we found that the valvestem was bad, without me even asking the driver got on the phone and found a tire shop that was opened and had my tire in stock. And they didnt even charge me for the 1 mile over that my insurance didnt cover. I highly recommend this company.

We had a blow out about 30 miles from Beaumont, TX and our road side assistance took forever getting us help and only wanted to pay a fraction of the cost of towing. Top Gun came as soon as they could, called road side assistance and tried to negotiate with them on our behalf. They eventually gave us a discount and towed us into Beaumont. My rim was ruined so they called a friend and got me a used rim with a new tire immediately and gave me a good price. They were very friendly and helpful. Great people to have on your side in an emergency like that. I highly recommend them.

My family and I had car trouble on I-10 between Houston and Beaumont last night; it was me, my wife, and my 10 week old baby. Top Gun was the only wrecker service available in the area to transport a car, 2 adults, and a baby in the middle of the night. They provided 2 vehicles, 1 for our car and 1 for my family! We made it in our home at 11:58 PM and my baby slept great. Top Gun drove from Beaumont to pick us up and drove an additional 60 miles to bring us home. Top Gun was referred by our insurance company, but I recommend that anyone with car trouble should request them or call them directly. They provided great service!

Our car sat for a good while and in the end we ended up getting her back. We are very grateful for first having finances to be able to get our truck out, but to have ppl understand your situation and work with you, that is what brings ppl back. After my accident, I was taken to the hospital. My dog was in my car and the police were going to take her to the local shelter. The wrecker service driver & owner volunteered to take my dog to his residence overnight and provided my dog with food, water, and shelter.Also, once I was released from the hospital, the Top Gun Wreker owner drove me 90 miles down to interstate in his personal vehicle to be dropped off to my family. All at no additional charge.He just asked that I help out others when they are too in need.Great service and friendly people.

I hate to say it but I needed a wrecker after a yoke broke, these guys showed up and took care of me ASAP, got me to Freightliner to get fixed up right now. Martinez & Jacob know what theyre doing, stay away from some of these fly by nite companies and use these guys!
