Very rude service. I’m from Louisiana and was in an accident in Beaumont Texas. My car was not drivable after the accident and the police officer asked if I had a towing preference but being from Louisiana I didn’t know any towing services in Beaumont so the cop called this guy. He showed up fast enough and towed my car with ease but was very rude. When I called him a few days later to ask if my car could be moved to a body shop in Beaumont he very rudely replied “They are not going to fix that car. They will not accept it and then I’m going to have to move it back to the wrecking yard again and that will be another transfer fee.” Not recommending this business to anyone.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The lady at the front has no customer service skills at all. She is rude beyond compare. I hope you never have to deal with this place.

I was referred to this service by local police after a wreck, the car wasnt damaged at all, I just needed it towed out of a ditch. The guy shows up quick & towed it with ease, I was ready to hand him my debit card to pay it off but he doesnt accept debit, credit or checks, only cash.I asked if he can give me a ride or follow me to a bank to make a withdrawal but he constantly declined, saying I have to pay $160 in CASH... Yet he cant provide a ride to let me get the money. I show up the next day with the $160 in cash ready to pay it off, then he says I now need to PAY $208 IN CASH!! He couldve easily gave me a ride to the bank or home but I had to pay the $160 to get any of that! It was already dumb to charge me all that money because $160 isnt something a lot of people would carry in cash, and then its worse to CHARGE ME EXTRA when he never came with the right equipment in the first place! Why would you charge people extra money for a service when the provider just cant accept the money?Please do not use this service & if this happens to you, report him to the Better Business Bureau
