After waiting an hour and a half on the first company on the side of the interstate in the searing Texas heat, they call and say they are not coming!!! 😡 We called TNT. They were there in about 30 minutes, were super nice, had the AC blowing for us to cool off, and even had water available! They were Lifesavers! And so nice. They really went the extra mile for us. We were 2 females traveling. If your wife, daughter, sister, mother, etc breaks down, this is who you want looking out for them! 💐

I had purchased a large roll off container truck for my business in Wisconsin and needed assistance in loading on to a semi trailer for the 22 hr ride home, Tammy in dispatch was pleasant to deal with and had a truck on site sooner than promised, the driver was seasoned and wise along with efficient and got the truck loaded safely and swiftly.i was 1,200 or more miles away and they could easily taken advantage of me but they did not, the operator even assisted my driver in securing the load in a downpour of rain and extreme warm temperatures.i have been around and worked with heavy equipment for close to 60 years and these guys got it goin on!!!!!!thanks Tammy and crew @ t & t for a job well done.Highly recommendChris RanumLP Tree serviceJanesville WI

Crooks!the sheriff department recommended this company to tow us.upon arrival I asked a price to be towed to the next exit which would be less than 10 miles.Smiley told me the cost would be $650 I agreed and had him tow my medium duty freightliner m2.after we got there he charged $950 and wouldn’t drop my truck until I paid him, so we paid to end the situation.stay far away from companies in this town

Stephen is an honest to god good person. He saw that I had broken down on the side of the road, mind you I didn’t call his wrecking company. He just saw a person in need and he stopped and helped me. my level for my trailer airbags had gotten worn so while I was driving I saw my trailer tires smoking I pull over and try to give it a temporary fix with absolutely no luck. Thank God Stephen pulls his wrecker begging my truck jumps out his wrecker and not only fixed the level for me but refused a payment and then followed me till I got to shop. He was really professional and genuine. You don’t find too many people like him these days an honest, helpful, kind person. Not all heroes wear capes. Thanks Stephen, I will definitely do business with you and your company in the future.

We were traveling from lake Charles la. To Laporte tx for a funeral and had a blowout between Winnie TX and Beaumont TX in a construction zone. I called TNT and they were there in 15 minuutes. The driver was very professional and made sure we were safe in heavy traffic. He also towed us to a good tire shop in Winnie. Great prices and service. Thank you TNT. Oh we also made the funeral on time. 👍

Amongst a terrible series of misfortune, I ended up broke down in Beaumont Texas. Not a great place to break down. We called TMT and at the drop of a dime at 11pm, a truck arrived. The truck pulled in front of my busted whip and out jumped this big dude named Justin. An absolute stellar Dude. I was not in a great mood and Justin’s positive humor and quick work made my day. He hooked us up and made sure that we were aware of where we were and even helped up the next day with local information to help us get back home to Florida safely. I appreciate people like Justin. Amidst a pandemic and whatever else is wrong with the world, Justin stays on the gring and brings a bit of light to the people he encounters along the way while he conducts himself appropriately through his job. Justin is a credit to TMT and upheld an outstanding quality of his craft. I hope I never break down in Beaumont Texas ever again…. But if I do, I’m calling TMT without hesitation. Thank y’all. On Jan 29th we broke down in a 31 foot RV on I-10 in the middle of nowhere. Phillip from TNT cane to our rescue and he was everything we needed and more. Seriously to most amazing customer service skills I have ever seem. He was calm, reassuring, professional and very concerned with our safety. Phillip was just awesome!!! My semi trailer was stuck on a high center train track crossing. Police arrived, then they called TNT. Tim of TNT came out moments later and made life better. He made some adjustments and pushed the trailer off the tracks. I was floored when he said, No charge. Im a company driver and surely dont want any error on my company record. The driver of the black flatbed that had his whole family in the truck the other day is very rude and unprofessional. They were shopping at the store and he took up multiple spots in the parking lot and pulled out in front of me and I tapped the horn so he could see me then he proceeded to blow his loud truck horn and give me the middle finger. I have seen this company’s truck drive wrecklessly on the interstate trying to get to wrecks they are vultures that feed off of other peoples mistakes and don’t care if they cause damage to anyone or anything. They almost made me clip another car trying to avoid them from cutting me off. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Rude and disrespectful. I was I was hit and was not at fault and they want to charge me $75 to let me get my medicine or anything out of my totaled car.

After being stranded on the side of the road at 6 a.m. in the morning calling and speaking with Jennifer after hours the after hours service was extremely polite courteous and attentive. Me never being towed before by request. Jennifer was a delight made the process painless. It wasnt long before my car was returned home extremely cost-effective and got me out of a jam. It was nice to have a reputable home grown company like TNT services. Jessies professionalism was beyond my expectations he assited me in the tow and killing my hazards so it wouldnt die. If ever I need a tow again I will most definitely be contacting TNT and requesting Jessie THANK you guys for the help.

ALL I can say is WOW!!! So about 3 weeks ago an old man is broken down on the side of the road with his wife. I offer to help but was struggling do to the lack of tools. At 8:30 TNT pulls up and see’s me struggling and offer to help out. We were getting torn up my Miskitos but he never complained and never stop till the job was done. They old couple was so grateful they called us both Angels. Was reading all the good comments but i see this company has no heart. The car im buying i cant get no information on it thats from the many cities over when my name and information is alll in the car. Alll my business tools, contracts and receipts. But tools and all my hand tool that also have all my stickers on. J.Williams what ever you want repairs. Want even allow me to get NO tools or my clothes. When i was moving the car from one spot to another all because of the tags. This is very upsetting like i believe they really wanna keep my tools. My everything.... Everything has my name n informant on it . they want even accept the keys for my tools. Dope guys get their items yet clean records dont.. They just want my items knowing the car man want answer...ugh n i get get the info out the car wow! I take it they burning nikes too...smh

Was driving down the road in beaumont and here comes a tnt driver driving a long flatbed truck cutting me off. I got over in next lane only for him to jump right in front of me and then go reall slow. I then switched lanes again to get away from him and I could hear him revving up the truck making a fuss. I seen him stare me down as he turned onto another road. He was so unprofessional. It was as if there was a kid with a temper tantrum behind the wheel of a tnt truck. I couldnt imagine how he ever got the job.

Had some probs on a recent NOLA turn - these folks are the only ones who did exactly what/when they said, would use them anytime. Freightliner Beaumont and some unnamed tire folks - never again.
