I have been with this office since 2000. After the older guy retired and Jeff took over I have had the worst of time to get to even talk to him. Always has someone else take his calls or work, seems like hes never there, never returns calls and ignores emails. Well, all this the 10 times I needed to speak with him over the past 10 years. I always end up getting headquarters to help me. However, headquarters told me to get Jeff to help me with a particular issue. But yet agian, no response to email and not answering phone. Why even have a middle man when you can deal directly with headquarters!!!?? He dont do anything. I am not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from??

Personnel are very helpful. Excellent service! When we lost a car in Harvey Allstate customer service were awesome! They acted quickly and we had a rental and any money owed right away! I would very much like it if Allstate would insurance my home. Which at one time did with my first home but I changed with my new home and now they do not accept any new policies. I should’ve stayed with Allstate. They still take care of my cars! This will not change.

Words cannot express how much I appreciate Jeff, his office staff and Allstate! During a recent trip to Italy our car was broken into and we were robbed. I remember standing on the side of the road, in the beautiful town of Assisi absolutely heartbroken and terrified. I didnt have the presence of mind to call police (fortunately some people passing by did). But I did know who would help me - so I called Jeff! Not only did he answer but he assured me that although the insurance through the rental car agency might not help me, my homeowners policy had me completely covered. He was calm, reassuring and took charge of the entire claim. We were completely covered for our losses. My family and I were traumatized by the incident but l look back on the experience and know that I was definitely in Good Hands! Thank you Jeff and thank you Allstate. People may go somewhere else and save a couple $ here or there but trust me- - when you need them they are there!

I was in the leasing office waiting to be given key to new apt. ms A told me once i paid the up front amt.. she would fax verification of new renters insurance policy in 5 min.. i waited and waited.. but ms A seems to not have faxed needed verification of renters.. a half hr of waiting i called again to talk w A office was closed.. when i called rose from 800 number picked up.. and thz to rose she sent the needed verification fax.. i got my key thz to rose... rose is an asset to all state not amanda... not pleased at all
