Cheap insurance for teenagers trying to do their own thing.

Waited on the phone for 2 hours. Spoke to two different reps over two days. Was told by the supervisor they would take care of it. Emailed pictures and purchase order and Id. They says their fax was too busy to deliver my fax. Their rep too busy to check their email. All I wanted was to add a car I just bought. They said they needed the car to be there physically. I couldnt leave to dealership without insurance. Finally I had to bring the sales guy and the car to the insurance place. Waited for 1 hour to be helped bc they only had two computers. Came in at 1;30 left at 2;52pm . Its like they werent interested in our business and it was a pain to stay open past their close time of 2 pm.

The prices are fair. We had their coverage for a year before deciding to move on because of the fact that every time something needed to be changed or paperwork signed , you had to show up with the cars for pictures , which became a pain in the butt . I live in Dayton, Tx and the nearest location is Baytown. How can we travel with a newvehicle with expired tags for 30 mins ?? Cant drive it cause its not registered , because it needs to be insured first , but you cant get insurance because you have to drive it illegally unregistered which we refused , so they can take pictures .. Makes no sense!!

Cheap insurance COMEON with RESTRICTIONS!

Two hours to add a car and driver to my policy . afterwards i find out im being charged 20 to ad a driver and 20 to add the extra car to my policy. Following day I find out the driver was never added had to drive in person again to add driver and sign. Then she had the nerve to. Charge me another 20 dollars to make a change to the account when she made the mistake.
