Ms. Rose and Fred are so helpful. I called to get an understanding and assistance for my father. Hes been dealing with a GAP claim thats been hanging around over 6 months. Both Ms. Rose and Fred was super nice. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for your assistance and for being so caring. At the end of our call, Mr. Fred also asked how my father was doing. I thought that was over and beyond the call of duty. Thank you

I have been with Joe for many years. Mr. Belt from same office, (which was located in Sears) was my original agent. After his unfortunate passing, Joe became my agent. So I have truly been with this office since I was sixteen, that is 40 years., I keep my insurance with him because he greets me by name and takes time to treat me with a small town friendly and caring attitude. It’s not just insurance, Joe cares about his clients. He is a rarity among today’s business models. Most prefer his model because he treats everyone as special.

I am completely disgusted in the unprofessional manner and poor customer service skills by the Allstate agent Rose. We have been with Allstate for over 25 years and even then we were spoken to in a demeaning and humiliating way concerning a simple question that she couldn’t seem to answer professionally. As a loyal customer I am extremely upset to have found out that other customers were added to my policy with no authorization of mine. I have been charged extra and they don’t want to assume responsibility I will be talking to my lawyer.

The only good thing here is the pricing. I was personally berated by Sapp over the phone for choosing the policy I wanted, and not a more expensive option. He then wouldnt work with me or my family members (who have been policy holders over 15 years) with our house policy when we were moving. Not professional, and loyal customers get shafted.

My mom who is 84 years old, paid her car insurance at Joe Sapp’s office and received her receipt. The next afternoon they called and said the check had been lost and we needed to write another check. Her bank explained that Allstate needed to put a Stop Payment on the first check so if it was found and run through we wouldn’t have to worry about being overdrawn. Allstate would not pay to have this done. My mom has been a customer with Joe Sapp for 60 years. Shame on you Joe Sapp This office cannot be trusted!

We have has automobile insurance with Allstate Ins since 2001. In 2001 when we 1st obtained coverage I signed a form declining Uninsured Motorist. We soon thereafter obtained the coverage and have been paying for it for YEARS. My son was involved in an accident earlier this year. It was not his fault but GEICO was giving us the run around so I called Allstate to see if they could help right the wrong. In the meantime, GEICO called and made things right so we never opened a claim for Allstate to assist us with. I just called and asked questions and it was all resolved that afternoon. Well, this week, several months after the accident, I received a letter from Allstate stating: After investigating your loss, we have determined that we are not able to pay part of your claim for the following reasons: Our review of your policy number ********** shows UM coverage, in its entirety was rejected 7/12/2001, therefore no UM coverage will be afforded for this loss. I phoned Joe Sapp and left a message on his answering machine to return my call ASAP, I left messages with the secretary for him to call me back. I did finally get in touch with Fred and explained what happened and asked him to pull our file and tell me how much we have paid in the past 13 years on UM only. He stated he could only go back 5 years on his system but that we had paid approx $5000. just in UM coverage. I told him I would settle for $4500. and we could cut our losses and chalk it up to a lesson learned. He laughed in my face!!!! He laughed in my face...this man that works for the agency that has taken our money for the past 13 years laughed in my face!!!!! I have cancelled my insurance coverage with Allstate. I have filed a claim with the Texas Dept of Ins and I am going to hire an attorney. Allstate took our money for UM coverage for many, many years but when it came time that they MAY have to pay a claim they investigate and pull a paper out of my file from 13 years ago to get out of it!!!!! They overlooked the 10+ years we PAID for the coverage. There was not even a claim they had to worry about paying, like I said it was all questions and settled in the same day. It is very nice to know that is how Allstate does business though before we actually needed it!!!! This is so wrong and everyone is going to know just how shady they are and what a gentleman Fred is. BEWARE!!!!!! USE ALLSTATE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

I was a 25 year client, had a very minor parking lot backing bump. They jacked up my insurance. No damage to my vehicle, small ding on other. Allstate is not to be trusted.
