They really help me out a lot and probably the best insurance place I’ve ever been in, they’re very nice and helpful. And they explain everything thoroughly and help you out every step of the way. Highly recommend it.

Price is way too high for insurance and They wants me to pay 10 days before my month is over or i will pay late fees. I got better coverage elsewhere and cheaper too from $290- now i pay $200 a month

Now that rates are going up. My husband and I went shopping at different insurance agency. We found a-z insurance and I love there customer service plus I like how they work with you, they are very hopeful and go beyond to make there customers happy. My favorite agent is Loren Espinoza she always makes everyone feel very welcome and finds the best deals.

Nancy ALWAYS takes care of me and remembers who I am. She just doesnt treat me like a customer.

Ive had insurance throw this company(A-Z Auto Insurance) going on five year. They ALWAYS find me the best prices on insurance. When I do have to make a payment in person, they ALWAYS make me feel welcomed.

I had to leave a star just to place my review. The manager there Ms. Erika Ramirez is rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I have been using this location for the past 12 years and was always satisfied with the service there. Ms. Nancy is awesome, she should be the manager there because she knows what customer service is and how to treat her customers. For the past 12 years Ive been recommending customers to AZ because of how the agents carry themselves in a professional manner. However, how the office manager handle herself today and thinks its okay to be unprofessional is unacceptable.

They can never give a straight up answer on how much your policy will be from month to month. Wanted to stick with them seems like Insurance kept going up instead of getting a break it just kept going up and up no accidents no tickets no nothing and still paying pretty good amount.

Solid place for insurance coverage when your looking to save a buck. Not the primo of places but will get the job done. Been here with these folks on and off for a couple of years. No real complaints.

So my insurance was up for renewal and i had auto pay set up these guys did not notify me at all or my lean holder that my insurance was gonna be cancelled on 2 -4-18 at 12 01 am so what happened was they stole my truck at 450 am that sunday and these guys were closed also no notification was made and they were like we cant help u ur insurance is cancelled . Bs companys like this are scams hope u guys take this as an example and dont get insured here.
