I switched to Renees office about 6 months or so ago and the customer service is awesome! Renee and her Customer Service Rep, Candice, are the best. They always communicate the different policy options in a way thats easy to understand. So glad I was referred to this office by a friend.

So thankful for this Insurance agency! They are always willing to answer questions when I call/email and Renee herself has always communicated with me when things are going on. All the people working in that office genuinely try and get me the answers I need and they never hesitate to tell me exactly what is going on with my plan. Thankful for their helpfulness and dedication to their clients.

I was there around 10am Wednesday no one was there. I had 2 nice Gentlemen helping me. Relaxing music an no TV they almost put me to sleep. Im definitely going back.

This company lacks communication amongst each other. Its frustrating so I had to switch back to my old insurance company and pay the over price cost.
