Filed my taxes on FEBRUARY THE 5TH good service overall. She was helpful and explained absolutely everything. But around March the 1st I realized the date for my refund was not showing up on the website which it seemed weird, because I kept checking. Called back and they said my signature for the state didn’t went through. At first I was not mad, but what it made me furious was the fact that they had a rude attitude and kept saying that they called me multiple times and left me messages. Which is a lie, because I keep my phone all times with me and check it all the time. And to make it worse, when I got to the office to fix the mistake (which I had to tell them I was filling somewhere else for them to treat me with a priority after WEEKS OF LOSING TIME) they said the federal process had already went through, processed and it was ready. And not to worry about the refund of the state because it was only $2. Well, it happens that barely yesterday MARCH 22 got back the refund of the state FIRST and I still can’t see the date for the federal return. I know it’s not their fault I haven’t got the return yet. But it’s definitely that is delayed by more than 3 weeks thanks to their incompetence on failing to message me and letting me know I had to go into the office to get the signature fixed. Never doing my taxes again with these ladies, on top of the rude and entitle attitude. It was your mistake, acknowledged it and treat your customers better.
