I switched to State Farm 16 years ago, and have had no regrets in doing so. Larry Wilkeys staff is probably the most professional staff of folks Ive ever encountered. They always provide extremely friendly service and are eager to help. Even if offered cheaper rates elsewhere I wouldnt consider changing, you just cant find service quite as good as Ms. Traci Singleton and their team! I would definitely recommend Larry Wilkeys State Farm for your insurance needs!

I love Statefarm! I got into a terrible accident and Ashley really helped me through it! All the agents are fantastic and the claims department helps you out as well. I have heard horror stories of other insurances and read reviews and it makes me so happy i chose this insurance! I just called to get renters insurance added and the process was easy to do and to understand. Wish i could give more than 5 stars.

Weve been a customer of St. Farm for many years and Larry Wilkey has been our agent, almost exclusively. Ashley T. has been providing most excellent customer service. She is always happy to help - answering e-mails in a timely manner, or always the friendly voice on the phone. providing answers to all our questions. Shes also the friendly voice on the weve called. Larry and his staff are always tops our our book!

Just have to say that this is by far the nicest State Farm office in the area. Ive had State Farm for over 30 years and have never been disappointed with the service. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley Taylor several times when I am in need of help with my policies. She is always helpful and caring. She always knows exactly what I need to do to fix my policies or to straighten out something that has gone wrong. She is definitely a big plus for Larry Wilkey. If it wasnt for her, I most likely would have changed insurance companies. I know I can always depend on her to have the answers, when I have questions about my statement or my coverage. She is well versed in these areas.

I have been a customer with this office since I was a teenager being added to my parents policy. I cannot say this is the cheapest rate out there - but if customer service is a priority and a warm voice on the line when you have an issue - then this is the place for you. My home and vehicle is serviced thru this office. Worth every penny just in the assurance they they will work with you when anything unexpected pops up. I have never been haggled or threatened to lose coverage. Never have I called and got a machine. This office is the NET you need when life throws you a doozy. It has been over 11 years since I was with Larry Wilkeys office but I will NEVER forget his name or his office for the service I received during the flooding in 2001. My brand new car was flooded during that flood and I was horrified. I didnt know what to do. I hate that I cant remember the young ladys name that helped me but she was soooooo helpful, soooooo patient, and soooooo wonderful and made my whole experience stress free and I will always love her for that. I met Larry once as well and he was extremely nice and very professional. Because of their service, I was a State Farm customer for many years after that. I just want to say THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH LARRY WILKEY and I think the young ladys name was Jenny?? Im sure thats not right but she was the BEST. I am not with State Farm now because I cant afford it, but I would go back to them in a heart beat. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Very displeased with the service ive been given.. after being with them since 2011 I was told I only had to pay my normal $200 for my bill and they end up drafting out $500... this is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional...
