Not much to say, they are an insurance company. Their rates are not the lowest, but their customer service is professional. You might get a better rate if you switch to them, but you wont get better rates for loyalty. Been with them for more than 2 years, and when I was offered a better rate at another insurance company they said they couldnt do any better on their end. But, said and I quote if you switch, call us in six months, and we can probably give you a better rate. Why not just give me a better rate now, and keep a good cliant happy.

Overall I like this insurance company. Would be five stars except their roadside service yesterday left myself and my service animal stranded in the heat for 6 hours

During my time here the staff has gotten to know me quite well and even personally. I even sit and chat with kendra at the front desk sometimes about my son. She is the nicest lady youll ever meet, the atmosphere in here is awesome!!

Its insurance. Something I wish I didnt have to deal with. The local office is fine but the nationwide 800# claim center we had to deal with last year was a bumbling joke. Got through it eventually but it required way too many extra phone calls and frustration.

I’ve been using Paul’s office for about 7 years. They always return calls and answer my questions right away. I’ve checked rates with competitors a few times and have never found anything cheaper. I’ve had to file a few claims since I’ve had my policies and everything is always smooth going. I’m 2018 I made an appointment with agent Kate and she even came to my house to set up homeowners insurance, life insurance, and a bank account (yes, they have an online bank!). Kate is simply the best agent, I would recommend her to everyone I know.

While other agents might grumble or get upset Paul and his staff are friendly and eager to help. In todays busy world knowing you can reach a real person who understands what you are going through is invaluable and hard to find, especially in an insurance company. I have been with Paul Clark State Farm for years! They are ALWAYS pleasant, professional and willing to help anyway they can. I personally work with Chad Heeter who gives me awesome customer service, never forgets to call me back and always goes out of his way to make sure I understand anything and if I dont NEVER makes me feel like I am wasting his time. If Chad is unavailable then anyone in the office is just as great. My Aunt recently died and I guess I must have mentioned it to Chad because next thing I knew I had a sympathy card in the mail, HAND signed by everyone in the office offering condolences. Who does that anymore? Who actually seems happy to assist you? Who actually seems like they value you as a customer? Paul Clark State Farm!!!

It turns out there were several holes in my coverage that would have really burned me, if Paul hadnt gone through the proper leg work and found. I have had Paul as my State Farm agent many years. He had provided me with excellent service for a damage to my house during a bad thunderstorm. He not only help me find a contractor to do repair work but also settle the claim promptly. I also had very good experience with him on my car damage claims. I highly recommend him.

Dont bother calling Paul Clarks branch of State Farm unless you like to be patronized and laughed at - yes, LAUGHED AT. I called with genuine questions regarding a policy because wouldnt you know it, Im not an insurance expert - and not just one, but TWO of his female employees talked to me in very condescending tones of voice, only to turn me away with wrong information. My questions were both clear and logical, and definitely not common knowledge for a non-insurance agent. I ended the phone call with a bitter taste in my mouth. Train your employees better.

They charged my mother for 6 months for a car she told them she didnt have she never gets to talk to Paul even when she asks and when she asked for a break down of what she pays all she gets is a single sheet of paper telling her congrats on your discounts that is not what she requested and now she is told her insurance is going to go up 15$ but you cant send a sheet of paper explaining anything or show even what she is paying for in the first place.... Time to get a new agent
