I submitted a quote to progressive insurance and they notified me this was one of their affiliate companies. Because I do appreciate face-to-face interactions I decided to call to inquire about a non owners insurance in preparation for a new vehicle I was about to test drive and purchase. Upon calling the number a woman answered the phone with a very snarky and rude demeanor. She advised me her company does sell non-owners insurance however they would not sell non-owners insurance to me because I told her I would was going to do a test drive. It is widely known one can acquire non-owners insurance and you said insurance to drive vehicles they do not on hence the name “non-owners insurance”. Please avoid this company as they are not helpful, rude and aggressive. I will also notify progressive of how rude their affiliate company is.

If there is anybody I will recommend here ask for Jillian!!! Super professional and patient. I must have called about 20 times because I am in a confusing situation with Insurance. But she was great. Seriously. Ask for Jillian to get your Insurance Started.

My first time having to make a claim, from hitting a deer on the highway. They took care of it, like I was part of their family. Was not a bad experience at all. They had my money to me with in 3 days. Made the experience bearable, with hardly any stress! Been with one of the insurance companies that they work with for around 15 years. All that work here are very caring, compassionate and understanding. Will be staying with them for another 15, or more years! Thank you to all involved! Your all awesome!
