Theyre so bad they scare you. Ive never written a review like this and I this is my opinion of what seems like the most unprofessional insurance agency Ive ever worked with. They dont know what emails their agency sent to you, they ask you to send back emails to them they sent to you, they dont seem to know when they insured your car, they ask you to renew a policy on a car that you told them you sold 6 months ago, they dont know what car youre driving, they ask to pull your insurance from out of state to their state invalidating your current insurance, they blame State Farm for your problems, tell you the problems fixed, and then the problem isnt fixed for 2 more months. Then they call to take credit for the solution even though you had to call State Farm directly and another agent to solve it. But, the most ironic part is, Mr. Heeter will call you to sell you more services, but, if you ask to speak with him hes unreachable -- they say he has no voicemail and they dont offer any other way to reach him. Theyre not a Good Neighbor, theyre your nightmare. Are you even insured if theyre your agent? I couldnt answer that after a half dozen phone calls.

Friendly and helpful receptionist - disappointed that they dont take claims in office. You have to call an 800 number. Reason I wanted a local agent was so I could speak to them in person about a claim and not have to do things through phone or internet.
