They have such wonderful customer service and get things done. I am very happy with my agent and his very hard working staff. The 2 women in there go above and beyond for their clients. John is such a wonderful agent and so caring, he treats us as family, I wouldnt take my business anywhere else.

We’ve been this State Farm for about 30 years. Things were good until COVID & a new State Farm girl was brought into the office. Now when you call no one answers the phone, checks get lost and there’s no way to rectify a situation with the office. You can call the State Farm headquarters but it doesn’t help when the office help loses your check and like I said no one will answer their phones or call you back. You can’t leave a message because the phone system doesn’t allow you to. Very bad customer service after so many years of good service. We will probably look for another insurance company.

Lies I paid my insurance while off work in full and am being denied my 25% back as promised because of covid all staff is rude!!! I have the Governor and the State attorney work I g on my refund I also left there after 10 years or longer found my insurance $2500 a year cheaper and my house is worth $45000 more then he said.

NO ONE came close to my Six Month Policy Premium that I have for my car insurance... Averaged Savings Cost difference between the six Companies I compared with for my six month policy with State Farm was $200-300 less than the rest! John & his friendly & helpful Staff are There for You They go the extra mile! Most businesses sadly Do Not do that anymore its all about the MONEY! The Personal Side has faded from most but not at John Chmiels State Farm they REALLY do care, They always do the best that they can for you, They truly have your back! Were going Old School...
