George was quick, professional, and great at his job! We first thought it was going to be a complicated fix with having to order parts, but after checking under the dryer he figured out the “hidden” problem and fixed it so I could use my washer immediately! Diagnosis and repair were all done in less than an hour.

Terrible Customer Service. Did not show for scheduled appt. Called and rude woman claimed I canceled. I did not. Then 9 days later someone shows up with no appt scheduled. They never told me there was an appt ever, but the told GE they did. Worst business to deal with because they take no responsibility and instead blame the customer. I do not recommend usinh them at all.

This company is a scam. They repair nothing. You prepay and they come to your house and tell you that your oven is broken. No estimate for repair, no determination on what is wrong. Now. My exhaust is broken. Will I repeat my error? NO! Kitchenaid’s sales arm. Not a service company.

I was referred to them when I contacted Kitchenaid. I had to replace the icemaker. I am on my 3rd icemaker since I purchased the refrigerator in 2016. After the second icemaker, I was told that if I purchased the 3rd icemaker from Solar, they would replace it at no cost. I would just had to pay labor. When the the 3rd icemaker went out, they came out and told me that the augers motor had stopped working and it was not covered by the replacement agreement. They claimed it was not part of the icemaker replacement. They wanted to charge me $400 to replace it. I declined. I didnt understand why the augers motor was not covered. An icemaker that wont dispense ice is just an ice bucket. Will NEVER use them again.
