I had a great experience yesterday with Home 360. I had a complete stoppage in my main sewer line outside for a few days by then. It was funny because another company I had called recommended a man named David, who worked at Home 360, and had the equipment needed for my problem. Wow that was nice of that guy.I then called Home 360 and specifically asked for David to come out. He was here within 2 hours. He was a complete professional, he had the right equipment (a powerful drain cleaner), he quickly assessed the situation and went to work, and he even wore a mask and gloves in 92* heat. After a few tries, he successfully unclogged my sewer line. It took him under an hour.His name is David Johnson. I highly recommend this man for any of your Home 360 repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, offerred some advice about my issue, and was a complete professional! And guess what else? The price was the best of all, under $120! Thank you Trudy. Thank you David. Recently had home360 replace and finish the exterior fascia wood around the entire perimeter of my parents home. Had to replace gas water heater due to a gas leak. Ricky was prompt and very helpful. Most economical solution was to replace with an electric water heater and he guided me thru the process. My fiancé was being super helpful yesterday while I was cleaning he thought to do the dishes so I had on less thing on my list. Well shortly after both drains filled with water. Neither of us are plumbers so a call was made to home360. Within an hour or so Mr. Mack was at my door and within 20 minutes my sinks were both unclogged. Not only was he great with my sink but he also looked at my toilet. He never told me that he doesn’t work on mobile homes much. He still took time out of his night to see what he could do. Unfortunately, 1 of my 3 boys lodged a toy in it and he didn’t have that tool on hand. (once again, he came just for a sink) That is above and beyond great service. Within minutes of him leaving after my fiancé pulled up and talked to him about everything, I got a call from the company offering to send out another plumber to work on my toilet tomorrow! I wish I got her name as well. Super friendly and helpful company. I will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future! Thank you home360!

Have been using home 360 for years. june 9th i called for a general inspection of my ac system before getting deep into summer.The ac was cooling fine and appeared to be working properly. Tech arrived the next day, He inspected the unit and cleaned the outside coils for the quoted price of $95.00. Then the problem started. The tech said the freon was about half low and would take 6 lbs of r410a to recharged and that would be a extra charge of 705.00I know the price of that freon is not that high, but the management thinks it is, so i will take my business elsewhere . buyer beware

WE needed our dryer repaired. It is over 20 years old. Tim Albert, the serviceman, laid out all our options. We choose to repair it. Tim went an extra HUNDRED miles to take care of us. Very polite and professional. We so appreciated his service, knowledge and working with our schedule so kindly. Took a chance with him and we scored a home run (no pun intended)!. Highly highly recommend 360. They are a slight more expensive however they back their work and send quality servicemen and do not hesitate to help solve an issue. If by some chance we have a problem they are always kind, polite and help us resolve the issue! Enjoy doing business with Tim Albert and with 360 HOME.

I have been a customer of this company for many years and had good service. Now in the last two call outs one for electric work and today for AC repairs, I have been taken advantage of. I was charged $400 to drop an electrical outlet and coaxial cable and I complained. No itemized receipt and the electrician was rude. Today I had an AC man that I told to unstop the condenser drain line and look over the unit for any other issues since I was told $79/hr for a call out. The guy cut the line, put a $5 PVC ball valve in the line and unplugged it. Was here less than an hour and charged me $315, which I complained and he lowered it to $295. Then after he left I go up their and he did not cap the riser on the line. It’s still open. My advice don’t use them they have no quality control over their employees and while this guy was knowledgeable he was not fair. I’m calling the office tomorrow to complain and tell them no more work.

My wife and I have used Home 360 for many issues over the years and have always been satisfied with the work performed. In particular, Greg the electrician. Greg has installed light fixtures, light switches, and sockets for us over the past 10+ years in three different homes. He does excellent work and he is also fine gentleman. He recently came to our house on his own time to change a light bulb that was in a 14 ceiling. I did not have ladder tall enough, plus, Im afraid of heights. He did not charge us anything. Once again, great service from Home 360 and especially Greg!

We called Friday And had two workers at our house Monday morning. The gave us an estimate and did the work right then. We had our doorknobs and deadbolt replaced and some plumbing work done. Hi was quite happy with the work and the professionalism of the two gentleman. Thank you!

He put my elderly, stressed out aunt at ease by explaining, very patiently, exactly what he was doing. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Very pleased!

I have been doing business with Home 360 since 2006. They do a good job and stand behind their work. They are a little more expensive than some other companies but again, you need to factor in that they stand behind their work. If you have any issues whatsoever, they will send out a supervisor who will walk out the job with you and go over everything, then discuss the issue and fix the problem. Trudy, who works in the office, has always been helpful with scheduling jobs, providing historical proposals/invoices and any other administrative assistance that is needed.

I have used HOME360 for many projects and have always trusted what the Tech tells me. Home360 is honest and dependable. They warranty their work so I know I getting the best parts and labor available. I have them on my speed dial and highly recommend them.

Had a plumbing problem, so I called up Home360 to give me a quote. Their secretary was professional and courteous on the phone, the plumber came out the next day, and he arrived exactly when he said he would be there, we talked through the problem, and he gave me a quote.They werent the lowest bid I got, so I ended up going with another company. Even so, I found them to be very pleasant and only have good things to say about them. I will give them a chance to bid on any future projects I do.

Very professional, called for repairing an oven that was hit by lightning, they called me just before the appointment to cancel it. repairman told me im not going to come out just to take your money, i cant get parts for that oven anymore so you should just save your money and replace it.I also had an electrician from here come out and he went everywhere searching for the burning smell that my wife reported after our lightning strike and then reassured us that there was nothing wrong with the house wiring, then he wrote us a report recommending the insurance company replace all our power strips not just our surge protectors after the lightning strike, which they accepted.

Used them a few times, decent all around.Had a gentleman out to replace the glass in a mostly glass door. Was able to find the right size we needed to fix it that day, even if it wasnt exactly the same design as what we had. On time and very friendly.Had a break in the main water line so water to the entire house cut off. No other plumber would even come out until next week. Guy from Home 360 was on time, friendly, and got us fixed up. Whoever put in the plumbing when the house was built did a stupid job doing it so the guy had to deal with a difficult fix (could not even warranty part of the work because of how badly the plumbing was done originally) but he got it done.Highly recommend.

This company has been a lifeline for the repairs to my home, as well as my mothers home. They truly seem to care about satisfying me as a customer, from plumbing, roofing, electrical, and most recently air conditioning repairs. Thank you Luther, for going above and beyond!

They are a very good and reliable company. Will do what they say they will do, within the timeframe quoted and for the price given. If something is not right they will return as many times needed to get it to your standards. They are always professional, neatly dressed and friendly. Been using them since they were called Homecare. All of that being said their quotes tend to be more expensive than other companies, sometimes so much so until I had to pass on using them due to budget restraints. That is why I can only give them 4 stars vs 5. But sometimes, depending on the job, its worth paying extra to get that guarantee it will be done timely and right. So you have to ask yourself which is more important for that particular job, accuracy and timeliness or cost. I have no problem recommending them and also get them to do work on my mothers home. But I always tell people their quote might be higher than others so get at least two bids from other companies.

Ive been a long-term customer, but when I really needed them, they scr*wed me over. Pipe burst at 7:00. I called & they told me mid-morning. Called at noon, & they said they were working calls. I called at 4:00pm, & they told me it would be 4 days. I realize the plumbers in the area are busy due to burst pipes, BUT Home 360 simply lied to me and led me to believe they were coming. Ill never use them again. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.

They charged my 91 year old father $279 to drain water out of his air conditioner pan. Took the repair man 30 minutes, no freon, parts or anything, he didnt even blow out the line. Total rip off. After complaining they said they forgot to give him senior citizens discount of a whole $25, but when the repair man gave him the bill he said he applied the discount. So not only are they ripping people off they are liars too. If you have an air conditioner problem just call a reputable AC company, like Accutemp on Jefferson.

Service was timely. Just be aware of pricing. Minimum of $75 for visit and quote for repair. Left my mom in charge only to find out that they charged $155 to change a light switch. Thought that was a bit excessive.

I tried contacting them to fix my dishwasher and range. I had an appointment set up and they called me the day before the appointment to cancel. I was told it wasnt worth fixing my appliances and that I need to replace them without even looking at them. All I needed was new hoses for my dishwasher (I couldnt find the right size hoses anywhere).

If I can give less than one star I would. If you want to get ripped off contact this company. I was having issues with my air conditioner and contacted this company to try and repair. The service man that came inspected the air conditioner and said it was low of freon and possibly leak somewhere on my 2 years old air conditioner. So servicemen let us know what he thought the problem was and quoted a price and said he would refund a portion of the money or money. The service man added some freon and said he would come back in two weeks to check for leaks. A few days later my air conditioner still was not cooling and the serviceman said the compressor was out and at this point called another company for a second opinion, and found out that the lines were clogged and the freon was bad and the compressor was in good condition. Now Im out of almost $300 for a terrible job from home 360. Do yourself a favor and choose another company.

Ive utilized Home 360 on 3 different occasions for 3 different things and every single time theyve never failed to impress me.Roof Repair:My first use of them was to fix a leak in my roof that had been present since the house had been built 3 years before. I called them and they said theyd send someone out to provide me with a quote. They also let you know that if you choose not to use them they would have a $75 fee for quoting the project, BUT would roll that into the repair fix if they were used. The roofer came out within a day of calling AND arrived early. He was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. Not only did he repair the roof properly by removing a section of the plywood that had rotted underneath, replace the plywood, the felt underlayment, matched the shingles extremely close, and replaced shingles elsewhere on the roof that were compromised.Drywall Repair:Ive used them for two separate instances here. Once when i stepped through my attic in the main entrance to my home. The Home 360 tech squared up the hole, patched the hole to near perfection, and matched the paint so closely that the light has to hit just right to even see where the paint is ever so slightly discolored. This tech also offered to patch another hole elsewhere in my house at no additional cost. The other instance Ive used them is due to a plumbing issue mentioned below.Plumbing:A friend of mines house had been recently renovated when she noticed her baseboards warping. Home 360 came out, gave a VERY reasonable estimate, cut a section out of her drywall, found the leak, and repaired it within 3 days. Since her wall texture was heavier than standard, the drywall tech said he believed he could match it and he did to near perfection. She was thoroughly impressed with Home 360s prompt response time and cordial employees.Price and Quality:As a Civil Engineer familiar with residential construction and DIYer, I understand a great deal pertaining to material costs and the effort required for home repairs. Every time Ive gotten an estimate from Home 360 for one of the aforementioned repairs theyve either been spot on with what I anticipated or less. The quality of their repairs is very good and Id recommend to ANYONE that uses them to just openly communicate. If you want something done, just explain the best you can to the Home 360 techs. Trust me, they are there to help you and are genuinely interested in doing a great job.Caveat/Con:They are a service and, as such, cost more than doing something yourself. That said, they wont (and havent) always been the cheapest in every area. Id once gotten a quote from them for an A/C condenser replacement and they were WAY off from other reputable, local A/C companies. They wont always be the cheapest, but from the experiences I have had with them they will get a satisfactory job done!

Way too expensive. Had routine electrical work, including replacing a ceiling fan and changing out working plugs and switches to change color from tan to white- $800 for three hours.

Terrible service. We have our water heater replace 10 months ago. It was very overpriced at $1,935. Today it stopped working. I called them before 7:00 a.m. this morning. I am still waiting for a call back from their plumber after more than 14 hours and multiple calls to their main phone number. Dont use this company!

Very professional and friendly, but VERY overpriced. An estimate for 80 ft. of fence was $5,500. Im having the job done for $1,400. Home 360 gave me a quote of $1,600 for only 30 ft. of fence.
