Had him come in April to fix refrigerator as it was icing up and freezing eggs, milk, and vegetables. He showed up late and was really rude but I let it go as I figured he was having a bad day because his reviews were good. He never called back with quote so I has to chase him down. He came in and fixed it and was rude but cost was reasonable. 3 months later it started doing the same thing. I called and he gave me a time window of a couple hours which I wrote down. About 20 mins past the couple hour time frame I called him and he was rude and said he had given me another later time frame and I got it wrong. I did not. He didn’t even have the character to simply say sorry but blames his lateness on me. Totally unprofessional.
