From the office staff to the service technician, Hittman Services has amazing customer service! We had a part back ordered and Hittman came out 3 different times until GE sent the correct parts and the job was completed to our satisfaction. My husband and I definitely recommend and will use them in the future. Always on time and always professional! They didn’t leave until they knew the job was done right.

Great service. Our undercounter refrigerator went out. Jeramy was very professional and diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered and he had to come back. Both times he showed up during the window of time we were given. And calls were made to us when he was on his way. We were very impressed with his knowledge of appliances.

I had the misfortune of using Handy services to install my dishwasher. I was sent an irresponsible and inexperienced technician who ruined a $900 Samsung diswasher along with my cabinetry. I was unaware of the extent of the issue until Jeremy came from Hittman services. In addition to being pnrofessional and on time, he was quickly able to identify the myriad issues that had occured with the installation and documented them for me. Next time, theyre my first call!

Kevin was out repairman. We were told to expect them between 12 and 2. At a 11:30 am Kevin called to tell us he had finished the other call early and could be at our home by 11:45. He had our address ...googled our location and arrived right on time. Extremely professional , courteous and thorough. We have two Bosch Dishwashers that we purchased when we built our house 11 years ag0. One of the units would not start. Since it was a mole he was not familiar with he contacted another team member and they FaceTimed to determine the problem. He ordered the part and phill be back to morrow to install.

Hittman did an incredible job for us. They went above and beyond, have affordable prices for repair and installation, and have superb customer service. They worked with me to get a washer dryer unit installed in my rental property, and it was such a smooth process.

Jeremy worked on our dishwasher.After repairing the initial problem and getting it started,he found other needed repairs that would’ve been very costly. We decided not to continue.He willingly gave us a refund on the work he had done which had nothing to do with the additional work needed. It was to me a show of great integrity and customer care the likes of which is very rare these days. I have found Jeremy on market place on Facebook! It was the Memorial Day weekend and my refrigerator freezer side had totally went out😢! So I messaged him about my situation and he gave me a quick response and a date to come out!!! I almost totally forgot, but he gave me a courtesy call to have me prepared! He quickly diagnosed my problem , told me what I needed, answered my puzzled mind, and quickly ordered my parts!!! Repair for him was a breeze!!!
