***update*** I received a call from Ziebart about my review. After talking with Ryan, I agreed to take my car back in and have them clean it again to try and make it right. Holy cow!! What a difference. It looks and smells great. I was very pleased. It definitely met my expectations this time. And I am very impressed with how Ryan handled the situation. Thank you for making it right.Not happy with the results. I can still see spots that were not wipes down. There is white residue on the side of my center console. I specifically took it in because of a smell that I cant get rid of, and I can still smell it. It basically looks like they vacuumed it and wiped it with armorall for $200. Something I could have done at home for $15. Super disappointed. Will not be going back.

Took some time to get car done but worth it. They have sitting area so was prepared for the wait. Took newspaper, book, water and snacks.

Had car detailed. They didnt do the back hatch area though I specifically asked them to. And the front window was half done and streaked. Horrible. Job. We spent half the next day dealing with it

I went here originally just to get my windows tinted and they did an incredible job, had to get windshield replaced and they quickly got me into a next day appointment to retint the windshield. I decided to get my car ceramic coated they really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I will be recommending any and everyone I know to Ziebart in Batavia.

I had my car detailed by Ziebart with their Platinum option which costs $420.00 plus tax. After bringing it home we noticed the tires and wheels had not been touched. Following a closer inspection we found the interior was not clean as well. Dont go there if you expect your car to be cleaned properly.

Very happy I chose Ziebart for my undercoating. I had recently purchased my used car and didnt see some of the scratches it had and went for their paint protection plan. They were kind and buffed out my hood scratch before applying the protection. Appreciate that they were able to fit me in the same day I called. Very polite and courteous staff. Thank you so much!

Was told my vehicle would be inspected before the rust protection and undercoating is done to make sure everything is good...well not a week later I find out my frame actually has holes rusted right through and leaf spring broken and has been at a repair shop since..so they inspect it and ignore that the frame was rotted through so they can still charge me like $800?.....general manager called me within 24 hours of this and is issuing half back as a refund.

Absolutely thrilled with how quickly my undercoating and paint protection turned out. I also included interior and they polished up the interior like brand new! Which clearly is hard to do when tiny humans tend to leave their mark. Definitely recommend anyone with a new vehicle or detailing needed!

Mom and Dad bought me a gift card for a detail. Wasnt to thrilled for it but that all changed. I was greeted by Tim, great guy and he got me to where I needed to. I also met Ryan they were both great. They made my car look brand new.

Worked with Tim for the service on my vehicle. Tim was very thorough to cover all detail and was knowledgeable about the product. Had a few questions after dropping vehicle off and he was prompt in answering or returning of the call. Had work done on vehicle a couple of times the past week. From spray in bedliner , under coat , paint shield , interior protection window tint and running boards. All work looks great. Great friendly people to work with. Will be back myself and will definitely recommend.

I went in to have my new stereo installed....i arrived at 1030am and i was out by 1130am with a newly installed stereo....i was impressed by how fast they got it done

Totally not excited about them a ton. The did do a nice on the outside of the car. My inside of car was not good after return.. I just got this and they broke a clip where my seat belt was held and didnt say anything. The only way I knew they broke it was because I looked the car over before buying it at the dealer and I was not broken. I sliced my hand on it the other day and thats how I found out it was broken. I give a 3 because they did do an nice on some of the car but not the whole deal.

I had a car tinted here once. Thats what the two stars are for. They did good on that one. Im not giving more stars based on the fact that I called for a qoute 3 weeks ago and they said they would have a salesman call me back. Well.... its been 3 weeks and no call. Haha its okay though. When they do thier jobs, they are good at it.

I made a appointment to have a car starter installed. Made the appointment on a holiday because I work 6 days a week. Drove 1 hour & 20 minutes to get there, they took my keys, went over what would be done. I was waiting for my ride because they said would take the better part of the day. Mind you my ride who lives 1/2 hour away and he was just about there. They cancelled my appointment because their “technician” wouldn’t be in today!! “When can we reschedule”, like I live 10 minutes away and don’t have a job!!! So inconsiderate!! Not a way to do business!!

Staff here is highly professional. Tim worked with me, giving all the options available. Next thing I know my 2015 Camaro convertible with 140k miles is looking showroom new. Would recommend these folks anygime

Excellent company. 4 vehicles to date have received the undercoat, 2 with diamond gloss and 2 with ceramic coating. They recently did a color correction on a used truck I have. I did not expect it to turn out as GREAT as it did. Every vehicle I own will have Ziebart work done to it.

Best experience I have had yet with my new vehicle. I opted into getting the Ceramic Z-Gloss on my Tahoe since I plan on keeping it long term. The finish is so amazing now theres colors I never knew existed!

Chantel, Tim, and the general manager were all extremely helpful. They made sure I could have my car looking amazing without emptying the bank account. They were professional and personable, especially the GM. I’ll be bringing my car back every year. It’s certainly worth it, and the people there are great! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am very happy with what I see so far as it wasnt bright enough outside to see stuff. Thank you Ziebart for fixing your mistake and totally will recommend you, just remember to do it right the first time around.Was not happy this last time going to here. They never replaced my film that is peeling, made me pay all this money for stuff that was suppose to be renewed every year as long as I owned vehicle. I am not happy at all. The detailing inside was ok but outside wasnt so good. There were scratches done to my tailgate that wasnt there before. They never even called me to see how I like there work. I will not ever go here again.

We had Ziebart undercoating, fenders and doors. Had application of Z-GLOSS paint coating. Tim Crawford gave excellent service. Highly recommend.

Not happy with what they charge me 60 buck askimg to put tint on my car they say something even my own car.

Most affordable place around for a remote starter. I was in and out within 4 hours and will never be stuck getting into my cold equinox again! Ask for Jessica, she gave me $100 off!

As I am stationed in Batavia, NY for work, I called that store regarding possible touch-up work following my adding splash guards to the vehicle. I took my truck to Tim Crawford (Batavia, NY store). He thoroughly showed and explained how the service process was performed on me Ram. Turns out, I did not need any additional work. Thanks for proving honesty equals integrity.

Best place around for a detail! I brought my truck in after years of neglect and 3 kids trashing it. I was embarrassed of the condition it was in prior to dropping it off. The Ziebart is great. We were disappointed with the dealership Patrick GMC though. We wanted the bed liner as well as promised and they said it was not promised. After knowing that they did not help us get it done. We would have paid if needed.

Here getting my jeep re~undercoated and detailed , I recommend Ziebart to everyone . They do excellent work in my opinion.

I needed some stripes removed from my hood, and I ended up getting a paint restoration and ceramic coating to go with it. I expected the car to look better but WOW! It looked better than new! They did a great job on my wheels too. I got 5 compliments in the first day alone. I cant say enough good things about how great of a job they did on my vehicle.Everyone was really nice, Ryan and Eric were fantastic, the lady behind the counter was really nice, and her boyfriend (who did my car) was amazing. Their store warranty is even better than that offered by corporate so you get a little something extra at this location. Not to mention, they got me in there FAST!I felt really good about choosing the Batavia Ziebart, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
