Unreal, there was all kinds of dirt left after they vacuumed the car. Then when I brought it to their attention they said I needed to spend over $200 to get a detail. Their idea of cleaning is horrible!!! Never going back!!

Of all the times not to take pictures!! My little Prius has gone through two dogs, a baby who just turned 7 years old and numerous roadtrips to Minnesota. No one thought it could be cleaned. Tower not only cleaned it but brought it up to a level above when I bought it at Carmax. Thank you Team Tower for all your hard work!!

I scheduled the Deluxe Detailing Package on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata and could not be happier with the results. Tower Car Wash exceeded my expectations by addressing all details of the exterior and interior of my car. The improvement on the paint finish, removing minor scratches and waxing, looks absolutely amazing which includes my wheels and tires. The interior looks like new, after cleaning, protecting and carpet shampooing. If considering cleaning and protecting any part of your car, I would highly recommend the Deluxe Detailing Package, as both you and your car will feel better after this service. They did not vacuum very good at all they didn’t even vacuum my seats or my floor fully I understand you guys get busy but if I’m going to pay 25 for something to be done right I expect that the crew outside that drys does very good but whoever they have vacuuming the cars it’s ridiculous I won’t be coming back spend that much for them to not even clean the inside correct I give it 2 starts because the guys drying did very well.

This place is really going down hill. Car is never really clean anymore. They never wipe under bottom of bumpers. Owner just doesnt seem to care any more. The detail shop guys are ok but the regular wash guys have little attention to detail. If you want a full service car wash where the inside of your windows are worse after getting them cleaned then this is the place for you. I am going to avoid going here any more. Sad since I really want to support the local guy but just cant part with my good money for sub par work any more.

But hearing what I believed to be the owner loudly talking about possibly closing the business in 6 months because of Democrats stealing the election, if he cared about the business he shouldn’t be bringing up polarizing topics at his place of business.

This is a review on the drive thru wash. The detail side is great. The drive thru has gotten worse and worse. No it seems they are closed for lunch all the time. I tried at 1:15 and they were closed for lunch. I have deen there at 11:45 and they were closed for lunch. Four times I have gone elsewhere to get a car wash due to being closed for lunch. It is a convenient location for me, however I always have to ask them to clean the center again with the full service wash.

For 34 dollars(top wash and floor mats) they gave a great 10 dollar car wash. Wasn’t even busy and truck was rushed through and multiple spots missed. 25 min after wash the tires don’t look like they have been shined at all. Zero value, stuck to standard drive thru car washed and save your $$

The car is never clean after being towel dried. I brought two cars in the same day and twice had to point out that there were dried bugs stuck to the car. The attention to detail is lacking. Please take pride in your work.

Outside was clean and shiny. Inside still has some dust and crumbs. Also, the glass is all smeared. I paid for the ultimate which includes cleaning the interior glass. However, as soon as I turned into the sun, I was almost blinded! The smearing captured the sunlight and made it almost impossible to see through. Im so angry. Now I have to clean my windows again after paying someone else to do it. Ridiculous.

Ive been going to this car wash for years now, and I must say,the quality has gone down, inverse to prices. The staff has always been friendly, however,if I pay $19 for a car wash,I expect that when I get home I shouldnt have to apply the tire shine I paid for,or touch up my wheels which is included in the package I paid for. Today I was reminded why I stopped going to this car wash. I too had to clean my vehicle AFTER it was cleaned. Crumbs and partial wrappers were left behind and the console was left sticky (happens with coffee on-the-go sometimes). Then, went to Jewel for groceries right after the wash. Lifted the back of the SUV to find the cleaners had not vacuumed the rear section nor wiped out the well at the door! I had gotten the Ultimate of $28. Not sure ultimate of what but I wont be going back.

Ive had my car washed and cleaned (inside and out) twice and think they do a great job. I also wanted to make a great commendation for their manager, Jay, who went above and beyond with his efforts to fix/minimize a long scratch that I asked suggestions on how to take care of.Jay didnt even ask for any additional fee (though I did provide a tip) - he spend about 15 minutes buffing and polishing and made a great difference.Ill definitely be back!

Outside of my car is shiny, and that’s it! I paid for the ultimate and there is still bugs on the front of my car and dirt on the rear. The inside was half done. They barely wiped off any surfaces and it still has dust and such all Over the inside. I will not be coming here again. The work was done half a**ed and was not worth the 25$. Now I will be going somewhere else or buying the products to do the inside and outside myself.

Its a good place for a car wash but theyre average in how they pay attention to detail. Planning to do the extensive interior / exterior detail job in the spring so that will let me know if thats what it takes for them to get all the garbage out from between the seats, do a good job on the inside of the windows, and dry the the underside of the doors where they close on the car.

I feel that their service has significantly declined since I first started going there (which has been probably 7 years). They used to always clean your mats for free, but after a while started charging an extra $5. I always do the full service wash, which costs $15. I went yesterday and they have raised the price to $19?? I won’t be back unless I’m completely desperate.Very disappointing.

Car washes you pretty much get anywhere, if you want your Vehicle washed you go to Tower. if you have to have every water spot wiped clean bring a towel.

Always provides great service

Paid $25 for the wash and left with the mats not vacuumed , the door jambs were filthy, there was something sprayed on the car and when they wiped it left swirls on the doors. I asked like the sign said to have my 3rd row vacuumed and it wasn’t. Have tried this wash a few times now but will not be going back. People ask why I didn’t go right back~but after waiting 30 minutes to get into the wash I didn’t have time left during my lunch hour and it’s closed by the time I leave work.

I took my escalade in to get a full detail. They were able to get me in right away. I was very happy with the service and they did a fantastic job. I am very happy with how it turned out. I will be returning for future washes and details.

I brought in my Chevy Cruze as a complete mess and they cleaned it up like it was brand new! Ive already told 5 friends to go there within a half hour of picking up. Very pleased with their work!

You get out of the car and you can watch them as they prepare the car to go through the car wash. You can watch your car through the Windows all the way through the car wash. They dry off your car and clean the Windows. It is all great.

Took my new truck here today and im not happy at all. My truck got scratched really bad on my driver door my ash tray cover got broke off and the truck is still dirty my 3 year old nephew could have done better. Talked to manager and only got refunded for the detail clean he refused to admit that they scratched it. I get in and out every day and that scratch was never there before. Not to mention while i was sitting there for the 1 hour and 45 min wait. The manager was bad mouthing everyone that worked there. Will NEVER go back and would not recommend to my worst enemy. BEWARE I WARNED YOU....

This was my 2nd try for Tower Car Wash. This time with my 2021 Kia that would take just a few wipes to clean the interior of the doors, by the cup holders, and the face of the glove box. $25 +$6tip later, Im next door at Jewel using ArmorAll wipes to finish the job. Ill find somewhere else next time.

I have used this car wash since they opened, always paying for the ultimate car wash. Recently I found the quality and detail of the wash and dry becoming increasingly sloppy and incomplete. My tires were not detailed (supposed to be included in the ultimate wash) and I left with the trunk dripping and the interior touch screen covered with the fingerprints I arrived with.The last time I had the car washed both side mirrors were pushed in and not cleaned. A bit of a challenge to drive with no view in the side mirrors...I wrote and mailed a letter to the business reporting the incomplete services and never received a response.Frustrated by the poor wash and dry too many times and disappointed at the lack of response by management, I am moving on to find a new car wash.

Guys wiped down windows and they are now smeared and hazy. Windows worse than before wash. Cashier was condescending when I presented a coupon and I did not realize that I could not use the coupon for the service I chose. Wash missed some spots.

Its very reasonable for the area. They usually hit the mark in getting all of your areas of your car clean. I was dissatisfied that they didnt clean my whether tech floor mats.

CAREFUL! They are liars. I took a coupon texted to me on my phone as instructed on their receipt for $5 off and they refused it as an old program. The mgr said it was a discontinued program. Until I showed him the discontinued program was printed on the new receipt he had just handed me. What a bunch of crap! And I had purchased a full detail wax deal from them the month before. If this guy worked for me I would have fired him right then and there.

I experienced very poor service during my visit at Tower Car Wash. This was my first time visiting any car wash that wasn’t self service, which I didn’t know it wasn’t until I arrived. To begin, when I reached the handoff point where the attendee takes my car and initiates the service ticket. He asked me what I was getting and gave me a ticket. I noticed the price didn’t match one I wanted, So I had him update it to what I know now as the deluxe package(the most expensive one), however he didn’t give me at ticket for that one, which I later needed for checkout. From there, I asked him if I needed to move my things to the trunk so it would be easier for them to clean. He says, “yes or you may leave it and we’ll clean around them.” Because my car really needed a good clean I decided to move everything to the trunk. I had quite a few things in my car including a case of water. He stood by and watched me hustling to move all my things to the trunk without offering help. I noticed this and asked him he could help me move the water. (Side note it’s one of the first days of nice weather and the line is extremely long.)Fast forward once that’s all done, I went into the lobby to wait until my car was finished. While in lobby I didn’t engage with anyone. I leisurely looked around and checked out the merchandise for a bit. Once I finished looking at everything I decided to sit and finish up the Netflix movie I was watching earlier at the car dealership (St. Charles Dodge Chrysler) where I had my car serviced that morning (they always deliver fantastic service and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area). While inside I noticed I left my wallet in my car so I saw it being pulled around and when out to retrieve it. During this time I really didn’t know exactly how the process work but I thought I ask after I grabbed my wallet. While walking out to my car a gentleman (another customer) said something to me and pointed in the direction of the door which I exited the lobby through. I took my earbuds out and turned to look in the direction he pointed in. Headed toward me in a breathless strut was the guy from what I know now is the checkout. He started off by speaking past me to ask the guy near me (the one who told me to look around) was I with him, which he replied, ”no.” Then he turn to me and said in a very callus tone, “ you need to pay.” In which, I replied in a very snappy voice,” well my wallet is in my car and I need to get it.” His body language was very tense and I could tell he was very worked up. I can’t recall the things he said afterward because I was in a very defensive mode after be humiliated in front of everyone. For those who may say well he was just asking you to pay what’s the big deal. No, he chased me down and basically barked at me in front of others customers and employees demanding me to pay as if I were stealing, instead politely reminding me I hadn’t paid yet and I could do it inside where he would assist me in doing so. I’m a store manager at a clothing retail chain and shrink is an important factor of business but is best combated with excellent customer service. Lastly, on top of be humiliated and minimal service at the check in point, my car and it was still dirty on the inside, which I pointed out to the man from the checkout who chased me down. He did have someone go back and vacuum again, however I was already displeased at that point and any minimal effort to atone was moot to me. In conclusion, I will not be visiting Tower Car Wash again because of my entire experience was highly dissatisfactory.
