I’ve now had Dave detail and or/ceramic coat 3 of my vehicles and it’s outstanding every time. My wife is a perfectionist and picky as can be and she loved the finish product. I even had an issue where I caused damage to my own car almost immediately after he detailed and ceramic coated it and he took the time to meet me on an evening buffed it out and redid the ceramic coating right away at no charge- you honestly don’t find that kind of business anymore- I’ll be bringing my business back over and over again.

I was introduced to Dave with Fix Valley Detailing a few years ago after getting fresh oil all over my car. He did an amazing job removing it and I continue to bring my car back, as well as my husbands nasty construction work truck, every few months for interior and exterior detailing. I brought my car in with extensive scratches and an embarrassingly dirty interior. I was hoping for a deep clean and a polish to minimize the appearance of the scratches. Dave did an incredible job on my 3 year old BWM. I think it looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot. The interior is immaculate with not a spec of dust or crumb to be seen. The leather seating was treated and brought back to life. The best part may be how amazing it looks on the outside. Outstanding detailing service. We took our two year old Jeep Wrangler in. It had never been detailed. It had tons of dog hair in the back and a ton of bugs all over the front. I was very happy with the communication, planning, and execution of my detail. On top of returning my pickup with heavy chrome back to me in showroom condition inside and out, Dave took extra time to answer my questions on how to best maintain my vehicle. Dave did a great job on our vehicle which was a 24 year old Jeep! He made it look remarkably new, it is as clean as a 2020 on the lot today. WOW!! After reading the reviews I decided to give Fox Valley Detailing a go, I took in my 2015 RAM 1500 and had the outside detailed and Ceramic Coating applied. I am the second owner of the truck and for a 4 year old pick up I thought it looked darn good before taking it to Dave but I have to agree with the other reviewers this is hands down the best detailing service I’ve ever had done, my truck looks better than new... and I have to say what a great guy! Dave was responsive, super professional, not pushy, and you could tell he genuinely loves what he does and knows what he is doing. I would rate this service a ten if the scale went that high. Highly recommend Fox Valley Detailing, I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Dave is professional, knowledgeable, passionate and by far exceeded my expectations when it came down to detailing my car. I called a few places in the area from Aurora all the way up to Elgin. Dave was the only one who was able to articulate the how and why behind what he does without being so generic. Detailing is not a generic process where all cars are equal. Dave’s service depends on what your vehicle needs are and he will not try to sell or recommend you do something just to charge more. In addition, I also want to thank him for the advice he gave me on how to keep the car well maintained and gleaming. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

My new used car was in decent shape when I brought it home from the dealer, but I knew that it needed some TLC. After getting my car back from Dave at Fox Valley Detailing I am amazed at the results! The interior looks and smells like new, the engine compartment is immaculate, and I had no idea my paint could look as good as it does. Dave took the time to remove all off the contaminants from my paint before polishing and waxing the vehicle - and it shows. If it werent for the odometer reading and the few dents/dings courtesy of the previous owner, I would have no reason to believe I am driving a 5-year old car with 70K miles - the results are that good.I was so impressed with Daves quality of work and professionalism that I have already made an appointment for my other vehicle!

I can’t recommend Fox Valley Detailing enough. Each time I drop my car off for a cleaning it is covered with dog hair, the little straight white dog hairs that stick in every fiber of fabric. The kind no vacuum I’ve ever used can get out. But not FVD! Dave has some sort of magic touch! I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you so much Dave for making my 2006 model look brand new!

Most car washes claim to offer detailing services but I don’t believe they understand the true meaning behind auto detailing. If you want your car or truck to look better than it did the day it drove off the lot, bring it here and get an actual detail done.
