I had been rear ended back in February 2021 and after several weeks and numerous incompetent insurance agents and repair shops, I finally got Crash Champions to work with me and get everything scheduled and taken care of so quickly! They dealt directly with my insurance company, repaired the vehicle back to its original beauty, kept me updated and finished early! Best experience I had during the whole process!

I took my car into Crash Champion after I was in a car accident. They kept me informed the repairs were done before the expected date and they did a great job.

I received my vehicle after repairs were completed and my vehicle was still having issues related to the accident. I was then told that I needed to take the vehicle to a different repair facility for them to now look at it and repair. The other repair shop is booked a week out,will cost an additional $75 diagnostic fee, and I am required to sit in their shop on my own time while they review the vehicle. In addition, I received a $190 charge on my credit card today for the rental vehicle that I was informed was 100% covered by the insurance. Enterprise has now informed me that neither Crash nor Progressive extended the rental after I received a call from Dylan on Friday notifying me that my vehicle would not be ready until Monday. This has been the worst experience with a repair shop and an insurance company that I have ever dealt with, and from an accident that was 100% at fault of the other driver. Extremely disappointed from the whole experience!

My driver side Rear- door was dented after an accident. My insurance company sent me here for repairs. From the moment I walked in everyone was professional and courteous. They took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I received text and calls regarding the progress of my car and when I could expect it to be ready. Not only was it ready on TIME but they washed my car and vacuumed the interior-Super awesome for that!! I would definitely go back, but truly hope not to be in anymore accidents.

I had body work done at this Batavia location which required them to repair my wheel. A day after getting my car back, I looked down and noticed a missing lug nut on the wheel that was repaired. When I tried to hand tighten the remaining lug nuts, they were all loose. It made me sick to my stomach because this is the car that I use to carry my 2 small children. They resolved the issue when I called and brought my vehicle back, but this is such a major safety issue due to negligence. I do not even want to think about what could have happened if I did not catch this error that should be a part of basic quality control.

Not only did it take them too long to finish our car and they added damage... after we complained to the manager Joe, we were told the car was priority. Then when we finally were able to pick up the car there was a flat tire, still a ton of grass in the wheel wells and under the car... And even after all of that, when we were driving it home from the body shop, the muffler fell off! They never tighten it! When we got home we found more and more problems, the trunk isn’t lined up, the trim on the back rear door is loose, they didn’t repaint the door as they claimed, and the list goes on. And our car was called priority? So this means that this is what they do with a “priority” car. About the only good thing I can say is they did a good job on the paint and I think that most people (who only look at the paint closely), would think they do a good job. But I can assure you, they don’t. Worst experience with a body shop ever! I don’t suggest anyone should trust going here.

I had to bring my car back twice after initial hail repairs because the hail damage team did not properly install wheel well liners and door seals (photo attached). Also had my interior dome lights, sunroof controls and microphone go out after the team here finished their repairs, ended up having to make a warranty claim.Convenient location with Geico claims and Enterprise car rental on site but extreme lack of attention to detail. Make sure you check their work before driving off the lot.

Could not be happier with this place. I highly recommend it overall, special shout out to my main man Juan Carlos Lopez.Long story short, I had a lease to turn in with some minor but noticeable damage on a door/elsewhere. Some other body shops just quoted me elaborate fixes, high prices, and basically acted like I was bothering them even asking about an easier simple fix. Juan was respectful from the get go, walked me through the quote for a proper fix and offered a simpler fix too, and had the job done super fast. All for a very very reasonable price.I will make sure I go here and see Juan specifically for any future body work. That guy knows how to treat people and man this place works magic on cars. My car looked unbelievably good.

Brought my car in for a minor front end damage. They were very upfront in providing an estimate time for repairs. They called exactly the time they said the car would be fixed. I love the text notifications I recieved to let me know when the car was worked on and its progress. The lifetime warranty that comes with the repairs and is really nice to have. Very impressed by the shop itself, the employees, and the final outcome of my car. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I had body and suspension work done on my car two different times at Crash Champions. I went back the second time because my first experience was great. My second time leaves a lot to be desired. Apparently, who ever is doing their suspension work needs to go back to school. Im at a dealership now and see the work Crash Champions did was complete garbage. The suspension was not aligned and balanced properly and my brand new tires have extreme wear. My air suspension did not feel like it was working properly after I got the car back, either. Im now paying the dealership to correctly align and balance everything. And, now my tires are going to have to be replaced sooner than later. Avoid this place if you need alignment work done on your car. It was a complete waste of money and should be removed from Geicos preferred list of auto body facilities.

Crash Champions was highly recommended to me by many people at work, after being involved in a hit-and-run last week. When my insurance suggested them as one of their preferred vendors, I selected them without hesitation. They were professional and communicated every step of the way. They made a frustrating experience a bit more tolerable. I will definitely keep them in mind should I ever need more work done on my car in the future.

I went with Crash Champions because they were in my insurance companies network. I was pleasantly surprises by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff especially Dylan and the receptionist. They went above and beyond to set up my rental after my insurance company dropped the ball. I hope I never need them again but if I do they have a customer for life. Wow, I was impressed! I was in a minor fender bender accident...after getting the claim approved by Progressive. I dropped off my car 8 AM in the morning...to my surprise, the Crash Champions called me back the same day at 3:30 PM telling me my car is ready to be picked up!! At first, I was in disbelief. I have NEVER seen such a quick turnaround for a car repair. The gentleman there explained to me there is new technology with paint and that is why they were able repair my car so fast. He also mentioned there is a lifetime warranty on my bumper repair.To only have to be in a smelly car rental for ONE day was a relief. THANK YOU for fixing my car so fast.

My car was taken here after an accident that was not my fault.The female receptionist I spoke to over the phone about dropping keys off said I would have 1 week to get my personal items if I found out the car was totaled. It took 2 weeks for insurance to figure liability and send a person to value the vehicle before I found out it was totaled. I called Crash Champions again and the receptionist was incredibly rude and told me I needed to come ASAP since they didnt want the car taking up space - I JUST found out the car was totaled, but I went that same day to get my items. A couple of days later, my husband called and left a message wondering if we could also take the rubber floor mats, but nobody called him back. We learned after going to Crash Champions 5 days after I picked up other items that the car was gone the day after my husband called - it hadnt even been a week since we knew the car was totaled, so I guess they were in a huge hurry with my 1 car taking up space. When I picked up my items there was a lot of space for vehicles, so this did not make sense. There is obviously no regard for time sensitivity on the customer end when I was supposed to come ASAP to get my items. When asking why nobody called us back, the receptionist had no explanation, and she did not know anything about the process of taking cars to junk yards/where my vehicle ended up. I would not recommend this place unless they hire someone with better customer service skills and knowledge about the car totaling process. Im not sure if we could have even taken the floor mats and never got a straight answer from anyone, so its not a big deal; overall, it should have been handled better. (The in-person receptionist was a young woman with dark hair and drawn on eyebrows.)

I went through my car insurance for this shop and I was surprise to see the results they not only got my car ready the same day also cleaned my car inside out and gave me flowers.Now thats 5 plus stars right there!!! Had a very good experience with Crash Champions. They did great work repairing a dent in my rear passenger door. Never will be able to tell anything happened to the car, looks good as new. Kept me informed and asked if i wanted dings fixed. I paid for that. Gave me a quote and if I didnt want something fixed there was no pressure. 7 year old car looked brand new. Interior was super clean and it is a joy to drive.

They did an amazing job on putting that stripes on my truck at the last minute Im so pleased and happy with them Im going to use them to paint my truck. My car was involved in an accident and needed body work and repairs and I was not looking forward to the entire process...until I talked to Maggie and Alyssa at Crash Champions. They made everything so easy, my rental car was already waiting for me when I dropped off my car for repairs. They had already began the process before I walked in the door. Everyone we saw was so nice and helpful and I even received texts updating me on when my car would be ready. When it was done (which was a couple days sooner than first anticipated) the body work was so perfect that I dont think it even looked that good when I first drove it off the lot. They detailed it and even cleaned the interior. We would recommend them anytime to family, friends, and strangers. Such a great company and great service.

We had repairs made though Crash Champions in Batavia for hail damage to our brand new SUV. We went through insurance and the process was painless. The car looks like new again! My only complaint was that we were originally told the repairs would take 2 to 3 days and it actually took almost 2 weeks. Staff told us that they would keep us updated with the progress but we never heard back. They did provide us with a free courtesy car for the inconvenience during that time. Either way, I am overly please with the workmanship and outcome. 2 weeks is a short wait to have my car looking new again!

Crash Champions in Batavia, IL has been working on my 2015 Honda Civic SI for almost 2 week now. They came highly recommended from Gieco after an accident. The dealership I purchased the car at had different recommendations but they were booked for months out. Crash Champions promised repairs would begin immediately and shouldn’t take more than a week. They were not able to make the week deadline but that wasn’t all that big of a deal to me because I’d rather the car be fixed correctly then repairs be rushed. They kept me informed the entire way through the repair process and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I called for an update this morning with the expectation the car would be completed basis their secondary estimated completion date. They informed me that my car was fixed and ready for pick up. When I arrived at the shop to pick it up they explained the repairs again, showed me pictures of everything, and explained the warranty on the work that had been completed. Finally I jumped into my freshly repaired vehicle and took off from their garage...... I hadn’t even driven an entire car length out of their garage door before noticing the steering just wasn’t right. The steering wheel was difficult to turn and wasn’t very responsive. I took the car straight back to them and it seemed as I walked in they already knew I would be coming back. I let them know I just wasn’t right and they already seemed to know exactly what the problem was(something to do with electric power steering) I went on a test drive with a mechanic and explained how the steering should feel and also came to a fairly quick decision there was a problem with the election power steering. At this point I believe I had been asked by the mechanic and the guy at the front desk if the car was even equipped with electrical power steering... why they would be asking the customer is beyond me and I now have more questions than answers. Is there anything else I should have mentioned the car was equipped with or did I take my car to the wrong place to get repaired?

I have NEVER experienced better communication, service, follow-up, and a commitment to serving the customer than I did with Crash Champions. From the moment I arrived, all the way through the repair updates texted to my mobile, and follow-up calls with live updates, I could not have been more impressed with this team. I will absolutely recommend to every person I know. GEICO established this as a local preferred service provider which makes perfect sense.
