It’s taken quite a bit of time to get this review done, BUT Geno is the best guy around. I can not recommend him enough. We had this mechanic that did really poor quality work and it was t working out, so I told my hubby to find someone else. Anyone else could be better than who we were using. And he comes home and was like “I found our guy” fast forward a few months I got to meet Geno. Never once has a MECHANIC looked me in the eyes even while talking to my hubby about what was wrong with our vehicles. Geno makes sure that I understand what’s going on, he lets me express my opinion about what’s going on and he OPENLY communicates with us! Like I said, I can’t recommend him enough! If you’re on the line on whether to come to his shop, DO IT! You won’t regret it!!!

I have had these guys do tons of work on my 09 Ranger, they have done paintless dent removal when other shops quoted to replace entire body panels and the end result of the PDR was near factory finish(Wish I had before and after pics), they replumbed my brake lines after another shop did horrible repairs to my brakes to the point where it would have been dangerous to drive.I have also had them paint my tonneau cover and do some minor rust repair/prevention. They have always done stellar work and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work even if later on I wasnt or something failed I could always bring it back and they would fix it, they have never delivered anything less than the best.I will continue to bring my vehicles here and I highly recommend them to everyone I know

Great, professional, and friendly service and repair. The front office staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of at the shop and the rental car company. I hope to not need their service anytime soon. But if I do I will be more than happy to return.

Wonderful experience getting my scraped up F-150 back to looking good. Best price out of three estimates. Great communication and easy to work with. Job was completed on time, no cost overruns, and the quality of the body work looked awesome to these sharp eyes. Plus they really did a nice job completely cleaning the entire interior of the vehicle. Looks almost fully detailed. Was not expecting that since the job was only a scraped rear fender and wheel flare. Considering how dirty the interior was when I brought it in I might even feel a little guilty!! 😁 👍

My Challenger needed some work after getting hit while parked. Laurie and the staff were quick to respond to emails and extremely friendly. Price was good, and most importantly the car looks just like new. Highly recommend.

Although I didnt end up getting my vehicle fixed here (it just made more sense to get it fixed close to home), I would like to rave on this place. I walked in one day after damaging my tail light and bumper needing advice on cost and how to go about getting it fixed. The women in the front was super helpful. She assessed the damages. She even helped me with how to go about contacting my insurance to ask questions on whether it was worth going through my insurance to get it fixed or not. This place seems like such a trust worthy, helpful, place. The body shop near my home where I ended up getting my vehicle fixed at also said they do great work and are really great people. That says a lot when the competition is also praising this place. Keep up the good customer service. I definitely wont hesitate to send people over to this business. It pays to have great customer service which seems to be lacking a lot in businesses lately. Good job, Geneva Body Shop!

The front desk team was friendly and welcoming. During the repair they also called a couple of times to make sure I clearly understood the work being done and any updates.

This shop did a great job installing a 6 superlift suspension kit on my 2013 Ram. Great communication and follow up! Reasonable pricing! I will use them again soon to paint and install trim and bumper.

We use Geneva Body Shop for all of our cars. Pasquale the owner and everyone there make us feel very welcome each time we come. Most of what they help us with are smaller jobs that keep our older cars looking new (scratches, dents, trim). They also just did a great job with 12 volt wiring for our new car. The work done by Geneva Body Shop is top notch and they are very reasonable. Were glad we found them!

Great communication and the timeline of service was accurate

My husband had work done here about a year ago and was so impressed that this is the place we call from now on. I just had a service done recently and I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything went. I went in to replace my radiator and I needed my windshield replaced, last minute, and the guy made it happen right then and there for an amazing price.

Ive dealt with many many shops over the years working on several of my exotic cars. Pasquale, Joe and Team have been the best when it comes to customer service. Very responsive, go well above and beyond and have superior quality. They took phenomenal care of my Ferrari! Will definitely do business here again.

Lori and the Geneva Body Shop came highly recommended, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Lori and Brian kept us in the know, and we never doubted for a moment that we wouldnt be taken care of. They were always up front about cost, and not once did I feel taken advantage of. They made the damaged portions of our Honda Pilot look brand new. Because one side of the light housing was destroyed, a new one was required, and with the other side being faded, they actually took the time to buff out some of the fade on the old lens, so we didnt have one clear lens and one old, faded lens. They did top notch work and even though I havent needed body work for quite some time, I could not have been happier with the results. If I could give 10 stars, I would. A friend recommended Geneva Body Shop to me. I scraped the rear quarter panel of our Infiniti backing the car out of our garage. We made an appointment online. I called on the day of the appointment to tell them we would be late. Their reply was no problem. It didnt take long at all and they made it look like new. The production manager Brian Grosch provided excellent service and we were very happy with their work. He brought the car around and we were astonished. It looked like it had never happened!!! Maybe they do a fantastic job with luxuries and imports, however, i had a terriable experience. It seemed as though everything with my vehicle was an after thought and i had to return several times to get the job completed satisfactorily. Its been about one year since the job was completed and the paint is already starting to show signs of discoloration.

I took my work van in to this place for an estimate to fix the side door. The owner took care of me personally and wrote the estimate. The door needed to be replaced and I was worried that I would be without the van for several days because that is what all of the other shops told me. They suggested that they get the door, paint it and and that I return with the van when that part of the job was done and they would install it in a couple of hours. That is what they did and it saved me a ton of $$$$. I would definitely recommend this body shop.
