Great service, Great prices! Called around to a few HVAC companies when my AC began to make strange noises. Most did not have the availability I needed or did not answer/respond to my call. I talked to Josh with Indoor Climate Experts over the phone and he was able to diagnose the problem based on my explanation. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Josh and his crew were able to quickly come out and repair the AC. I was very happy with the level of detail they showed in every aspect of the job. From showing up promptly at the scheduled appointment time, explaining what was wrong and amount of time and cost to repair, to covering their shoes as they came through the house to look at the furnace. Everything was done professionally. I was interested in the cost of an HVAC upgrade/replacement and he was able to provide that information to me during the appointment. Josh made some recommendations to make my HVAC system more efficient, showing me multiple options for different HVAC systems. I hope to upgrade in the next year and I will be calling Indoor Climate Experts when that time comes.

Josh came out on Memorial Day and quickly found the problem with our A/C. He fixed it, tested the entire system to make sure it was running properly and even repaired a leak in my furnace that he found. They are professional, honest and reasonably priced. You cant ask for more than that!

2021: We just moved and called Josh and Rob to come install a new AC unit on our new house. We had such a positive experience the first time there was no question who we would call this time. Indoor Climate Experts HVAC is a great local company that does quality work at a fair price. The technicians are always respectful, knowledgeable and do a great job cleaning up when they are done.

I found water come out of our indoor ac unit and of course it was the hottest week of the summer. Josh and Neil gave me some advice on how I maybe be able to solve the issue. Unfortunately my condensate pan was cracked and they needed to replace the A-Coil / Condensate Pan, this meant we needed a new Condenser as well. Access to our roof was not easy, I thought a Crane would be needed but they managed to find a way and save a lot of money. They got the equipment and got everything replace asap. I previously worked over the phone with HVAC techs, not only are Josh and Neil extremely intelligent, they know their craft but you can also tell they take pride in their work. They left everything super clean, including the wiring and duct. Everything was zip tied and organized. You can tell they had it all laid out before they started working. Simply the only company Ill call when I have heating or ac issues!

We hired Josh recently to install a new UV filter on our furnace. You see, we have 2 dogs, and every floor (save for the kitchen and bathrooms) is carpet. The wife has allergies that never really go away, even in winter. Ever since we installed the filter, she especially has a marked increase in her breathing quality. Happy wife, happy life.Bonus that Josh was easy to talk to and schedule with. No surprises on the final bill and everything looks beautiful. Ill be keeping them for any future furnace/ac needs.
