Empire Heating & Air Conditioning was very helpful and did a wonderful job. They cleaned out all the pine needles in the AC outside unit. The AC was checked along with the heating. They answered all of our questions and concerns. Would definitely hire them again.

Empire Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our old A/C system and installed a second zone in an area of the house that never had A/C. With the current 90 heatwave its nice and cool inside the house. Very professional installation with the job being on time and on budget. Would have recommended them to friends.

He was professional and could locate the problem by just hearing the furnace run. When he opened the panel it was the fan wheel. Repaired it in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

My AC unit wasnt fully functioning well so I gave Empire Heating & Air Conditioning company a try to check what was wrong.I dealt with Joe he was very thorough with his work and a super friendly guy. He explained why the unit wasnt fully functioning and explained what he was going to do to fix it. He quoted a fair price for the job.I cant hesitate to recommend them.

This company amazed me, from the professional that gave me some in home estimates to the installation. The team was awesome to work with. The installation of my mini split heating units was done with precision, professionalism and with respect to our house. Couldnt be more impressed with the work done. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning did replacement of my heater. I called them on Saturday evening and explained my problem. They came and found out that I needed to replace the heater, but due to time, they could not do the replacement that day so gave me temporary space heaters and were very professional. Come Monday they came very early for the replacement. They worked so fast and in a very professional manner.
