At every stage of the process of replacing my homes two furnaces and two air-conditioner systems -- from assessing the current HVAC needs, to appraising a variety of replacement ACs and furnaces, to providing and estimation, to installation and follow-up -- the Ahrens & Condill team was professional, courteous and dependable. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time we used them for our 20 year old air conditioner. Thankfully they repaired it instead of replacing it. Quick response and wore his mask even though it was scorching out!

We loved everything about working with Ahrens and Condill from the initial consultation through the installation. We appreciated all the help in determining the best products for our home. The installers came on time, asked questions when needed, offered advice, installed as if this was their own home, and cleaned up after the work was completed in a timely manner.The office staff has always been very responsive and pleasurable to workwith through the process as well. They updated us continually from theinitial call we made to schedule an estimate including follow through after the installation.

They promptly rescued our family after my Weil McClain boiler block failed. Tim helped with the warranty stuff and Shawn and Tom arrived right on time today; and they worked diligently to replace the block -- we had heat again right after lunch! Both guys were kind and courteous to my wife and I. I am very thankful Ahrens & Condill was there when I needed them!

Several months ago, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Ahrens & Condill. The pricing was the best we received. They even informed us of a rebate that was available. Their work was outstanding! The men were friendly and very knowledgeable. They had everything installed and working in a couple of hours. They even cleaned up afterward. They then explained everything we needed to know, filter size, etc. We were very impressed. We highly recommend Ahrens & Condill for fair pricing, good workmanship and courteous service.

We needed our air conditioner replaced. One call to Ahrens and they set up a sales call. I thought Id get a salesperson, but no, the President of the company shows up at my house. Tim was phenomenal, talking me through the entire process, explaining my choices. After setting up the service call, two of his guys show up at the house on time, and with everything they need to get the job done. Very professional, and left no trace that theyd been there (other than the equipment that they installed). We will definitely call Ahrens & Condill again for any heating/cooling needs.

Tim came out after our furnace broke down in this cold snap.Tim was very knowledgeable and so was his crew. Top grade workmanship. Cleaned up after, also doubled checked their work and everyone had a great attitude.

Never fun having your furnace go out in the middle of winter at a rental property. After calling another company who quoted an excessive amount to repair a 22 year old unit I contacted Ahrens & Condill. They immediately came out and offered a temporary solution that provided my tenants with immediate heat and replaced the unit within 3 days. Much better than paying a costly bill to repair an old unit that Id end up having to replace in a few years. Installation was a breeze and they sell and install high quality equipment. The Ahrens and Condill guys are great. Our air conditioner broke down on a friday night during 90 degree weather and they not only responded to our call on a busy July weekend but had it up and running within an hour. They also service both our furnace and A/C on a regular basis as needed. Tim, the owner has his team very engaged in customer service. I would recommend to anyone in the NW suburbs.

Ahrens and Condill installed a system in my new home a few months ago. This is just the most recent of many transactions with them (Ive used them many times in the past.
