We have lived here a year now and we are really happy with the apartment. We love how big and spacious the apartment is. There is a lot of storage space and pretty much an outlet on every wall. Huge windows and a good sized balcony. Kitchen is larger than most other apartments we looked at. We love the quiet neighborhood and everyone that lives here seems very nice. It’s peaceful and the maintenance staff is super prompt and available 24/7. Overall we really love living here and highly recommend.

Love my home! Leasing office is very friendly. They respond in a timely matter with any issues. I love the valet trash pick up. I enjoy mostly the peace and quiet. Rarely hear my neighbors.

Very nice apartments but loud, ghetto and ignorant neighbors with out of control children, that live below us has made living at Park Place miserable. Also safety has become an issueWe

I moved in to Park Place apartments at the beginning of the month and my experience has been perfect thus far. From the very beginning, leasing agent Sheena was very professional, helpful and nice, and it seems that everyone in the office share these qualities as well. There were some small problems in my apartment upon moving in and all of them have been fixed to my satisfaction without having to hassle the office and maintenance team. They call before entering and leave notes upon completion. The apartment itself is very spacious and open! My one caveat is that I wish the washer and dryer were full sized, but before the price and quality you really cant beat it! The neighborhood has been quiet, the neighbors seem friendly, and it is kept clean and presentable.
