Gail Carter and her crew did an awesome job removing the mold in our basement without any need for demolition. I had a mold problem in my rental house that was discovered just a few days before the renters were ready to sign a lease. I am pleased with Puricleanse. I was in a situation where I discovered some black substance under my kitchen sink after ripping out a water soaked wooded area. My garbage disposal had been leaking water. I didnt know if it was black mold or what. They provided a air quality test for a reasonable price. Im pleased they were able to provide the test the very next day. The results came from the test 2 to 3 days later. Thankfully it showed I didnt have black mold. The treatment worked and my house was quite a challenge. Sitting vacant while bank owned for three years before I bought it and renovated it. A pipe had burst while vacant causing water to rush into house for 24 hrs before bank turned off water. Lots of black mold behind drywall but Puricleanse did not give up until my house was clear which was extra important as my wife has a mold allergy.

We found mold in our house and tried to re-mediate it ourselves (big mistake), and later found out that we had made it worse. We had a total of five inspectors/companies come in to assess the damage. One guy even quoted us 20k to gut our entire basement! After that, I decided to look up companies that promoted no demo, I found puriclense and I couldnt be happy with the results. Ryan and Jim came in to assess the damage and were the only ones that thought to check where our sump pump was draining. Out of 5 inspectors/mold companies they were the only ones to find the actual source of the problem! I was sold. They came in and fogged, and by the end of the day I was able to come back without a problem. A friend of mine referred me to Puricleanse because I was smelling an odor in my family room. He had a mold problem in his house and they were able to eradicate the mold using a dry process, no demolition. I called them and they came to my house the same day and conducted a mold air quality test and sent the results to an independent lab. They provided me a copy of the results in three business days. I was a little skeptical at first on whether the test was going to an independent lab but when the test came back I could see where the test was sent, the amount paid, plus the results showed I did not have a mold problem.
