I would definitely recommend contacting the team and Maryland Cleaning & Abatement if you ever have any concerns. I had them do some work for me on a previous home and they were clean, efficient and clear with what they needed to do. I just demoed my basement in a different home and found some mold behind the old paneling. Bob came out and took a look at it, told me it was something I could handle myself and gave me some suggestions/guidance moving forward with the project. His honesty was incredibly refreshing. I hope I dont encounter anymore mold but if I do I will certainly be calling them again. Cannot recommend them enough.
