Tom and Roy are two of the most amazing and professional people I have ever met. They were on time for my appointment even though I was 5 minutes late but they took care of my rental in just a few hours and at such an amazing price. Tom also went to work cleaning the AC unit as well as I was starting to develop a mold issue. Seriously these guys are so nice, and very professional as well as tidy. They left my rental smelling super fresh. They did such an amazing job I had them come do my familys house the same day. My family was over the top impressed with the outcome.

We just had out dryer vents cleared out by Fair Duct. We requested a service on a Saturday online, got a call within 2 hours, and then had it serviced the next day! Tom was punctual and let us know when he would be arriving. While here he was courteous, respectful, thorough, and showed us how to use the dryer to help clear the lines!

Excellent company! I filled out the online quote form late one evening, and they called me the very next morning to schedule a time to come out and give us a free estimate for cleaning out the dryer vent. Abraham came out the next day on time and even called when he was on the way. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and respectful of us and our home. We decided to go ahead and use him to clean out our dryer vent, and he was able to do the job right then! We will absolutely be using them again. Would definitely recommend!

Prices seem reasonable up front, but when they arrive to do the work a different person arrives different from the one who gave the estimate. Cleaning the dryer vent, blew dist and lint all over the basement and did not clean up. Had to clean floors from all the mud and footprints. Also needed a new cover. Was going to charge 80 but then told me to get one off of Amazon and do it ourselves.

Called them on a Sunday, requesting a duct cleaning appointment. Person answering the phone acted all businesslike while taking the appointment, even asked me to hold while he checked availability. Gave me a 2 hr. window for the next day, Monday between 10am-12pm. I had to take off from work, but I figured, it was worth it.Wrong. They didnt even bother to show up. No call, no nothing. They simply blew me off, and...I hadnt asked for any prices, discounts, costs whatsoever. I was open-minded.Not a very serious or professional business. Cant be and if that was an answering service they are using, they are wasting their resources if the messages dont get forwarded.I Dont recommend them.

David the technician discovered black mold and provided multiple options to address the issue complete with pictures of previous jobs and a lifetime warranty. David installed a blue light and explained every step of the process along the way. My favorite part of our business dealing was that David was a long term thinker on the problem resolution, knowing that we could use him and Fair Duct Cleaning again, we spoke as long time business partners and not as short term immediate customers. He also has a good sense of humor and works with a great deal of urgency. I will recommend to my friends and family members for future air duct problems.

Great service - from making the appointment, to confirmation a day before arrival and on time as per the appointment. They came in with all the needed equipment. It took about 2 hours to clean the air ducts. They were careful with the details, showed is pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning along with explaining the process. I recently had Fair Duct Cleaning come to my home to perform a maintenance cleaning of our air ducts and dryer vents. The technician Rony did an absolutely amazing job! Not only was he super efficient with the cleaning but he also noticed an extremely dangerous fire hazard when he found that our exhaust dryer vent was disconnected and leaking into in our ceiling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it for a very reasonable price. I will absolutely use Fair Duct Cleaning again. They are fantastic!

Company blew the insulation and debris into the furnace unit and said it had mold. The HVAC unit and furnace unit was cleaned and mold test done - tested negative for mold last week. They wanted to charge another $300 to rip us off. My contractor made him go back up and clean the unit and mess he made.

Started with Joseph coming out to look at the system and making recommendations as well as giving us an estimate. Made sure that the service provided would not impact my wifes sensitivity to chemicals. David and Tony came out to perform the service. Both were professional and thorough. Told me where the system was p[particularly dirty and smelled of mold as well as telling me where other parts of the system were in very good condition.
