I drove from the East Coast to visit my family in California and my oil was at about 48% knowing I was at 100% before leaving I decided to call this establishment yesterday due to their ratings. I spoke to Mike who said they would check it out and I probably would be fine to make it home but as a courtesy they would make sure my vehicle was safe for the trip home. When I went in today Nick was so kind checked everything, added air to my tires, and even topped off my coolant asking for no payment. I still opted to get the oil change though. With all this said they were all around awesome. I was in and out with no issues. I highly recommend this business for more than just great service. I wish I had a place like them back home!!!!

I always have my car serviced here. Been coming here for close to 15 years. They keep all the details of your vehicle and services performed on their computer and each service past and current is recorded, you always have a record for reference. They do other automotive work including wheel rotation. The crew are always professional and do the job right.

Fast service, they cross threaded my oil pan using an impact and had to get a new one.

Had a great experience my oil drain plug was stripped a bit from the previous shop being a dealership and these guy got the plug off no problem.I was able to supply my own oil and filter also would highly recommend

The only place I have taken my vehicles to for regular services in over 4 years. The staff always does an excellent job, the employees know their stuff, and they always go above and beyond! The price seems a bit higher than some other places, but it is well worth it! Justin used to be the employee that always helped me (other members of the staff told me that he moved away). He was a great value to their team. This time when I went in, Jeff was the employee who helped me, and he deserves great reviews as well.

Excellent service.As a follow up to my review from four months ago, I found that the oil filter they used on my Mercedes Benz C-300 was made in China. So, I purchased one that is recommended for my car and re-installed the correct one. The service is quite good BUT beware that they are using inferrior oil filters in my opinion.

We found this place after having a bad encounter at a corporately owned establishment. What a difference!! Air conditioned waiting room was a plus and the military discount was an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

May not be as cheap as the fast lube places in bakersfield. But these guy do things right. In and out fast

My car uses Mobile 1 full synthetic oil, no problem here. In and out check the fluids, clean windows air in tires in 10 to 20 minutes

I used to take my car here all the time. I took it in one day and a guy came out with a very dirty air filter crammed with pine needles. He said it was from my car, and needed to be changed. Problem is, I have a K&N air filter. If you dont know what a K&N air filter is Google it and youll know why I have, and never will go back. Problem with a lot of lube places is employees earn commission off of air filters and any extras they sell you.

Fast service .. 3 people tackled the vehicle and was outta there in no time .. a plus for Military, LE, and Fire.. 10-15 %.. gotta love the picture wall.. Semper Fi.

My husband took his truck here three times for an oil and filter change. They charged him for a new filter each time. Finally he noticed it was the SAME original filter, a brand they didnt even sell. When he confronted them they just played dumb. Theyre dishonest ...and we will never go back there.

They open at 7:30 am, which is great to get in and out quickly and early in the day. The car always runs great after the regular oil change, and my car is as clean as when I gave it to them.
