The cost is a bit more than most places, however I feel that the convenience of driving through and having my car serviced in just a few minutes is worth the extra money.. They do have COUPONS on line always to save you some 💰..

Tried to upsell saying our battery was leaking acid and saying wipers needed replacement plus air filter needed replacement. Took it the following day to a mechanic who confirmed none of that needed to be done. But they did miss the light that was out despite “checking” it. I guess not as much money in the lights then this other bogus stuff. Tried calling several times but nobody answers. Customer for years with 3 different cars. Not any more.

This is my second visit bringing my second vehicle here. The workers are very kind, quick, knowledgeable, and work very efficiently. They arent pushy salespeople who try to persuade you to get other services done, they just suggest what other services your car may need and give you a price and once you answer they dont try to keep persuading you. My coupon for a discount on my oil change wouldnt load on my phone so they went ahead and did it for me on their computer. Any discount off is helpful and they assisted with that. I will continue coming here and will recommend people here for quick and friendly service.

This place is the fastest but also the priciest! Your talking about 100+ for a full synthetic oil change! If you dont mind spending that dough I recommend this place staff are friendly and give prompt service! They also offer more services other than the lube and oil! In my opinion Valvoline is the best oil to use in your baby! I give them 3 stars only because of the prices but if money 💰is not a problem for you this is a 5 star shop hands down!

Had my skid plate come loose on the highway. Several mechanics turned me down for a fix on Saturday. They fixed me up here faster than I could explain the problem, checked my tire pressure, then told me it was all free of charge. Amazing service and super friendly and efficient.

I had my oil changed today and now I’m leaking oil from my valve cover. I didn’t have a leak before I took it in this morning and they said they didn’t cause the issue??? Don’t get your oil changed here!!!!

AMAZING service !! You will be in and out for an oil change in 15 mins or less!I am very fortunate to have met the team and the manager Luis ! He has trained every to be knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Everyone was in a good mood and made the process fun especially when they were able to tell me tips and tricks on my car. Instead of going to the dealership and waiting 3-4 hours to have a simple oil change or even a complex transmission fluid change, come to Valvoline ! They did both a transmission fluid change and an oil change for me in less than 30 mins! They checked my vehicle added air to my tires recommended other services and explained why my car performs the way it does !All and all this location is amazing! Make sure you treat these people with respect and they will go above and beyond for you !

It was good even tho I went from just getting an oil change to also getting new wind shield wipers plus an air filter .wow there really good.

Went to get an oil change for my prius. Was cheaper than what my friend got for her prius somewhere else. It was nice to be able to just chill in the car while they did everything

Great but they need the adapter for the grease gun so as to lube my propeller shaft on my driveline.

After not requiring a mask the day before in my personal vehicle they ganged up to insist I put a mask on when I brought my daughters car. Maybe the vehicle type determines how you are treated. Regardless they managed to find a couple things once they opened the hood to delay the oil change. 1.the oil plug was too tight. 2. They addmitted to overtightening the oil filter all further delaying the service.

Went to Rosedale site for last oil change. This time I chose White Lane since close to where I was. Excellent service and was offered the student discount which is close to $20 savings. They guys are pros. All contactless services and you get to stay in your car.

The employees at this location are honestly the BEST. Very professional, super quick service, and unbeatable prices. Ive been a few times now and every time I go, they brighten my day. They always find me discounts and are super informative (they explain everything in a way I can understand and make important recommendations- I didnt know, but today my break light was out and they were able to fix it for me in 5 minutes).

Good place for an oil change. Manager said they do about 110 cars on Saturday with three bays. They seem very efficient and organized. If you are a first time customer call them and they will email you a $15 coupon. Clean bathroom and they keep the place up.

In and out quick, employees nice and seem to work well together. Usually go to the dealership for oil changes, but they were booked up. No appt necessary here.

They got the work done but were very difficult to work with when bringing my own oil and filter to use for my own vehicle. They did however not hesitate to get me in even though it was late in the day already when I arrived

Got oil and transmission service done on May 26, and had oil leakage yesterday. I called custom service, and reported the issue. They said they would send a mechanics to check it out, given the safety of driving the car to the store. About 1 hour later, the manager of the store Luis drove to my home and helped to solve the problem in person. Finally it was found out caused by the radiator which was replaced recently. Very impressed by their attitude, efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommend to everyone.

Didnt have what I wanted. Took my 67 Dodge in for an oil change. Requested 10w-40 conventional oil which is what Ive used for 40 years in this car.They didnt have it but what they had was 10w-30 synthetic blend. Checked with my mechanic who said it was ok for now but not to make it a habit. Usually I use Fram PH8A filter or something of that size but what they had was something smaller and they assured me of correct fitment. Mechanic says okay. Dont think Ill be back. Theyre just not set up or experienced enough to handle the classics. Had difficulty getting my hood up.

Now why did I not think of this idea, this is great! The staff is very efficient, friendly, and quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop. You drive up, you are guided into a bay, a friendly technician walks up to your door and kindly asks you to remain seated. You shut off your engine hand them your keys then you just sit back and let the magic begin. They do an inspection on several of your vehicles components checking on several fluid levels all in a type of military style. Then they report to the same person who initially spoke to you, that person then gives you a detailed analysis of their findings. You get your oil changed as well with top grade oil, the technician shows you the oil dipstick so you can visually inspect for yourself the new oil level, you pay for the services requested, then another technician kindly guides you out you drive away... All in about 15 to 20 minutes.WoW, IKR... I was very impressed too!Thank you, God bless yall...Pastor Michael.
