I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. I took my older 2005 f150 truck to get the $120 interior shampoo package. I got there about 11:50 and finally got it back around 1:10. I watched them back it out of the stall and immediately noticed that my gas door cover was gone. I asked the guy what happened. He said oh it was there when you came? after I said yes and gave him a look like uh so where is it. He said he would get the manager. A guy comes overlooks at the recipe to see what time I came in and goes to check the cameras. I sit down in the front seat to wait and see that its not even clean on the inside! There is still dirt and grim on dials, cup holders, doors, etc. They clearly only washed the front of the seats and not the sides. I checked the next morning when they were dry and visibly two different colors look like a stain now. When the guy came back, he reached into the trucks bed and claims the air from the drive-thru wash knocked it off and flipped it up and into the back of the truck. I ask what he was going to do then since it was their machine that broke it. He goes and gets his manager which was weird because I thought he was the manager. The manager fiddles with it for a minute and tells me the best he can do is super glue it back on if I want. UM NO! I told him no your company is responsible for the damage it did to my truck. I was told well you have an old truck its just normal wear and tear. I raised my voice which I never do and was promptly given an incident report and a number to the corporate office. I will never go back to any sparkle image car wash and expect my money back since I clearly have to have someone else shampoo, clean the interior and get the gas door fixed. I look very young and the manager had the nerve to ask me if there was actually my truck. I am 24. yes, its my truck.

I basically paid $109 for a regular carwash...Very disappointed...Paid for the mats/ carpet as well as upholstery deep cleaning ($109 total) and asked for a new car smell.They said they would clean the trunk as well.When I picked it up, upholstery was vacuumed at best (definitely not deep cleaned).Mats were slightly wet but had dirty spots on them (doubtful they deep cleaned - more like sprayed and cleaned with a rag at best).Car still smelled dirty (no new car freshener was applied).If I wanted a mediocre wash and vacuum, I could have gotten a $14 car wash and vacuumed it myself and saved nearly $100.One of the employees was graceful enough to suggest that I drive the car over to the vacuum area and vacuum the trunk myself if I was not satisfied!I had had relatively decent service at this car wash but not in the last few visits when I had to request they clean spots they missed but, this time, they definitely dropped the ball and refused to refund my money.Will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

The one on Rosedale. Very poor customer service, and theyre cheats too. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I dont drive my car often, but still go to do oil change once the day on the sticker is due. I went for oil change at this place and had no idea I paid for no service rendered. About a week after the fake oil change, my car dashboard kept reading oil low, and I went back often to complain, but they kept saying everything was okay. I got tired of the alert on my dashboard, so took the car to a mechanic, and they told me the car had no oil in it. They didnt find any leaks or anything like that, and according to the sticker for oil change, I still had more than 2 months before next oil change. I decided not to go back there for oil change, but today I just decided to give them another try. Got there and told my last experience to a guy who had a fake forced smile and tattoos all over except his face (Im not against tattoos, just describing him. I wish I got his name). Instead of apologizing and promising to make sure things go well this time, he threatened me and made a scene, telling me to leave the property. I knew I was right, but didnt want him to keep yelling, so I left. Would he have been the same way if I were a guy? Who knows. But if you decide to get oil change there, make sure you watch them do it. He knew they were wrong, yet he didnt apologize. According to him, he hadnt been working there long enough to know me. He gave the place a bad name. I will NEVER go back there! There are many other places to do oil change, and where you dont get ripped off.

I paid 165 for bumper to bumper detail and all they did was wipe the inside down with oil. Very unhappy with the detailing. I do not recommend at all

I took my car in for a detail. It wasnt that bad. After 3 days and 8 total hours of them working on it, it was still never clean. Im disappointed. Ive gone in before with a car in bad condition and it came out well. This one went through both the assistant and main manager and still came out poor. I wont be going back any more. I found an individual that does it better for cheaper.

Streaks! Ive had my car cleaned here 5 times and 4 of those times they left heavy streak marks on all the interior windows, which made nighttime driving impossible. Not sure if theyre using a bad cleaner or not changing their towels out enough and smearing other peoples grime on my windows - gross!Other observations Ive made- They dont vacuum the trunk of my car- My car is small and doesnt trigger the automatic rinse of their drive through. Usually an attendant power washes the soap off at the end - but on one occasion they didnt bother and instead chose to try drying the vehicle while still covered in foamy soap.Their service is fast and relatively inexpensive, but the washes are inconsistent at best.

Employees were very helpful and had good attitude. There were some spots missing and I let them know and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Great service and great attitude.i had a great experience

They do good at cleaning the outside of the car but when it comes to the inside they always miss something. Its either they dont vacuum the back seat, under the seats or the trunk. So we always have to go back around and have them do it. But its always something. Given them many chances

My husband came here with our car. We spent about $100 to have it washed, waxed, vacuumed, and cleaned inside and out. After they completed, we noticed it was still dirty on the interior. (Still had some pet hair, dust, etc. Floors werent fully vacuumed and when we lifted the mats there was dirt underneath.) And they used some sort of oil based shining agent on the side panels that feels like they rubbed it heavy with vegetable oil.Do not recommend at all.

Took two vehicles for detail. The first a 2020 mid sized suv. Dropped it off at 8am it wasnt finished until 3pm. The 2018 truck was dropped off at 10 and done at 2pm. The truck was ok, the sun had to be redone twice then the next day we found the instrument cluster lens was cloudy due to some cleaner they sprayed on it. The dash was all but ruined with spots all over some some oily material they used. We had it cleaned three times since and the dash is just now starting to look normal. Still has noticeable spots all over. The instrument lens we had to have polished to be able to see through the side of the panel. No offer of discount or refund. District manager said to bring it back and they will redo it, sorry not after three attempts.Used them for over 10 years. Canceled all four of our unlimited washes and will never go back.Horrible work and follow through.

Went in and got the 59.99 wash that includes some shampooing and cleaning on the interior. The car was left shiny, and clean. I was there for about 2 hours which I thought was a very long wait time. Other than that, good service.

Just paid 40$ to get a special was/wax car was dirty after we were called to pick up! The person waxing it Cory was rude and unpleasant to talk to the manager was clueless as how to manage a store! Just kept saying Im sorry. How about a do over but nothing but Im sorry! Never go here!!!

I have brought my truck 3 times and every time, they clean it, it’s always not worth what I pay, they do everything fast and when vacuuming they don’t move car seats or anything, they do everything in hurry, and I don’t know what they use to clean the inside as in cloth because there’s lent left on the dashboard and they don’t wipe anything, I believe the first time they redid it for me and it was some guy dont recall his name but did great job for me but then I took another time and still same thing, they didn’t do a great job and again, so maybe I should cancel my membership and go somewhere that will do the job right, how do they like it if someone clean their car like that too, you wouldn’t want to do something to someone else’s car that you wouldn’t want to be done to yours. Don’t you want quality work done and make sure customer leaves happy with there car wash, wouldn’t you feel happy and good that, you made that person happy about there car wash.

I excepted my deep clean for my car to take a long time. I came prepared to be there. Close to the 4 hr mark enough cars had moved to where I could see my vehicle. For the next 20 mins I watch 4-5 employees walk around my car. They were chatting and what not. Not a big deal, but the longer I watched the more I noticed that they were just opening and closing doors. Walking around the car. Throwing dirty towels on the hood of my car. Not one of the employees looked like they were doing anything to my car. I understand that my full service would take some time, that was the problem. The problem was that there were multiple employees wasting time around my car making it look like they were busy. I was able to speak to the manager and she said it would be another hour, and they were short employees. One hour later I get the car home and noticed the driver and passenger door hadnt been wiped down at all. The area where my gear shift is was still dirty and only one of my arm rests had been shampooed. Seems like the minute I questioned why there were employees BSing around my care instead of actually cleaning it, is when they stopped cleaning it all together. Then had the nerve to give it another hour before I could get it. With 4-5 employees ACTUALLY detailing my car it would have taken 20mins instead they BSed around and got called out.

Good car wash. They have an unlimited monthly wash option that works out really well. Especially if you have more than one car. Staff is friendly and they also sell snacks, car related items, and small gifts and knick knacks inside. There is also a full detail center as well as oil changes offered.

We had the oil changed and a wash was included. Not bad for $40. They could have done a little better job. Found a few spots that were still dirty. The office was clean and the staff were friendly. The waiting room inside had seating and a t.v. There is also a barber 💈 on property. There is a waiting area outside as well.

Good place if you are just looking for them to wash outside of your car. Inside not so much. I paid for them to condition my leather seats and clean all the vinyl in my 2016 yukon and whatever they were wiping down the car with they were spotty and when spraying in the car had mist all over the buttons. They even left a bottle of cleaner spilled over in my back seats. Only reason I went to this place is because the gentleman said they clean the undercarriage but that is not the case. I still have sand clods sitting in the frame. I am going to spray off the clods with a water hose then go back and have them fix or refund for the job that was performed. I do not expect much for a 20 dollar car wash but for 65 and advertising leather reconditioning please be a little more thorough and make the customer feel like money was well spent and not regretful after seeing job. Had you guys not have been closing already and maybe that explains some of it I would have taken back today.

Left a lot of dog hair between seats and a thick, gooey residue in cupholders. Spent a fortune on a full detail, not impressed with the results.

I arrived @ 2:30-2:40pm today 05/01/2021. My wife just gave birth to our son March 25th and I wanted to clean her interior for her. I arrived here @ sparkling and wasn’t sure how to proceed. I told the service attendant I’d like it waxed/interior detailed. He tried to up sale me on a $99 headlight restoration.... I’m a damn mechanic! 🙄 I’m just not a car detailer. I’m like “dude, wash/wax/interior shampoo with interior dressing would be fine”He up sold me for their $59 special “monthly wash” which, ya.. great price and an interior shampoo with dressing. Told me would take 2 hours. Here’s my dilemma: I was told the interior shampoo included shampoo’n the seats, the carpet and side boards (where plastic and carpet meet)... I’m no detailer as I said, but I’ve had my vehicle detailed before and I can say with 150% confidence; now that I’ve actually gotten a chance to go through the car when I arrived home, it was a piss poor job.Previous shampoo done with previous details done on my car, not my wife’s; the seats remained wet for at least 4-5hours. The carpets would have diagonally designs in them, and all the dirt and little sand like pebbles would be gone.. it would look show room condition.Not in this case! I feel like I just wasted $180.. $160 for interior detail $20 for a tip (HANDED PERSONALLY FROM ME TO THE PERSON WORKING ON THE CAR.. PRIOR TO THE START!!) also, I never saw a “shampooer” present, only a vacuum. I called and spoke with the manager, I was told to come back and they’ll “look” it over. If I could, I would post pictures of the piss poor job that was done.It was basically an illusion that it was interior detailed... and I feel had.UPDATE: I took my wife’s vehicle back this morning 05/02/2021 and they “cleaned” it again... but this time I was told “we never use a shampooer, we only spray down and wipe and extract with shop vacuum”Wish the service writer told me that 🙄😡 I would’ve walked away! I WANTED A SHAMPOO’D INTERIOR DETAIL! I’ll be calling the store manager and getting a refund for full service. Since services that were paid were not done.

Wheels still dirty, mirrors still dirty, truck still dirty, didn’t wipe dow interior. They should take pride in their job. $45 wash and could have got better anywhere else.

I paid $35 to have my truck washed inside and out to basically come home and spend an hour vacuuming cleaning the doors the panels and the floorboards

The lady inside is really nice. They do a decent job washing the car. No complaints. Im here once a week. Sometimes more but at least once a week. The cashier makes all the difference.

2nd time now getting the top package. Car was filthy, smear all over, looked like they used a dirty rag to dry it. And they never put the scent in. I just think for buying the 35 dollar package they would have done a better job. Pretty sure will never go back and we have gone everymonth for a year

On 09/11/2020 I took my mothers VW Passat to Sparkling Image Car Wash to have the oil and filter changed along with a full car detail and wash. The next day there was a puddle of oil under the parked car at our residence. Upon visual inspection it was clear the car was leaking engine oil at a large rate, this was verified by checking the oil dip stick. We contacted the Sparkling Image manager and he started that it was likely leaking prior. This is simply not true as the oil filter was installed incorrectly per the manufacture instructions and the mechanic that they sent to my parents house to inspect agreed the filter was not installed correctly. The manager continued to argue with my father and suggested we drive the car back to their shop to have the repairs done. My father argued that the car should NOT be driven as it is leaking oil and the oil level is low/empty which could result in engine damage. This issue is very upsetting to us and is not being resolved in an appropriate manner.

Paid extra for interior detailing and they tried to give it to me with crumbs still on the seats and dust all over the dash. After pointing it out it got done correctly, but Im less likely to go there for a serious wash now.

Car washing was great. The workers drying and wiping... streaks on the windows, splashed tire shine all down the cab and fenders. Now its collected dust. Didnt clean behind car seats!!! I think Ill find another place. Not the first time this has happened!

I have taken my care here several times and have always been happy. However, yesterday’s experience has changed my mind. I took my car to get washed yesterday and when I left I thought I saw streakson the windshield when driving towards the sun. Didn’t think much of it, thought “oh I’ll just wipe it, no big deal”. When I got home I checked and the streaks didn’t go away because they are SCRATCHES, not streaks. I called yesterday and was told a manager would call me back. I haven’t heard from anyone. Normally I don’t leave bad reviews because mistakes happen but when the windshield on my car has scratches, I should have gotten a call back before the end of the day yesterday. I’m hoping by posting here I’ll actually get someone to call me and fix the situation.

This place charged me $140 for wax and inter detail glass was dirty, visors werent cleaned, rear view mirror spotted and bird poop on the car after they supposedly waxing it. Brought it back the next morning to have it fixed 4 hour later car was still not touched. Get a call that it was ready got there still had bird poop in the spot I showed them. Guy comes over and two wipes later the poop is gone. So I was not vary happy. After car was there 8 hours in total. Super visor of there tried to tell me he saw them wax it. I told him so you wax over bird poop? He said no. So I said so you didnt wax it then? He said yes we did. I told him you must have waxed bird poop then. Talked to Mike the manager that all he could say was bring it back in. I told him I already did that and still was not taken care of. All he would do for me is redo it again. I told him why would I when you did do it the second time after I already point it all out. Will never let these stupid idiots touch my cars ever again.

I have not been here in about a year due to a bad experience the last time. I figured I would give them another try. I have a Toyota Tundra, I paid $29.98 plus $5.00 for cleaning the floor mats which they never explained the charge before hand. There was still bug splatter on windows , bumper, mirrors and hood. You could see smear swirls on body in various areas. I did not have time to argue or wait to have it re-washed. In my business as a contractor we have strict quality control or we would be out of business. The crew supervisor said that I qualified for a free wash on Sunday. I will not be returning because I dont believe them. I gave the the benefit of the doubt but they once again dropped the ball. Their employees are either blind or just dont give a crap. I would not recommend them for anybody for the price they charge. They truly sucks! I am not satisfied at all with their service.

Not cheap but you get a quality car wash

I heard about this car service from a friend. So I thought to myself why not take my muddy truck in to get a wash and detailed. I am very dissatisfied in my car service today. As I drove off I noticed my cup holders were not clean and air vents and my WINDOWS were even worse I saw all the smears and water marks. If I would have known better I’d take my money somewhere else...

Mike does a wonderful job making sure Im satisfied with my car before I leave. Very customer oriented. Used to be a little put off by the guys at the beginning bugging me for extra stuff I didnt want. They seem to have cooled down on that.

Unbelievably poor service! Why they find it necessary to leave my car running with the air conditioning on max while they have all 4 doors open is beyond me. Killed 90% of the battery charge in my Hybrid. They also do a poor job of drying the exterior. Just cancelled my $65.00 per month subscription. Save your money and do it yourself, No way will you spend $780 a year in cleaning supplies. (plus the $5.00 tip per wash)

Ive been here a month ago with our small car and they did an awesome job, the car was filthy and dirty inside with dust as it wasnt being driven. Today, we came in with our other vehicle and it was horrible... 40$ and when we got into it it was like my 3 year old wiped it out. We asked the guy whats includes, like do you wipe the doors down, the area between the a.c. knobs etc.. he said yes and he would fix it. Now Im not sure if there was miscommunication with the guy and his supervisor because we were handle and they dont have an intercom system so you have to look out all the time to see if its done. Well we did and our car was moved from under the overhang. The supervisor asked which car and we told him and he signaled to the guy, well we werent in a hurry we just wanted to make sure it was or was not done. I had to find the guy and ask him about things, well he fixed it all and now Im happy... but to make me have to ask about the cup holders areas, the knobs on radio, the door jams, the handles sucks and wastes time. So if you go make sure to ask what the packages cover completely and that they actually do the work... and DO NOT GO OVER UNTIL THEY ARE DONE EVEN IF THE VEBICLE IS MOVED BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE COMMUNICATION GOING ON..

This place sucks! I hate the fact that you give them your car a certain way, but they return it in a different way. Mats are just thrown into the vehicle with fixing them, car is not properly dryed, windows have spots on them, seats are moved and are not put back the way they were, steering wheel is moved and the workers pile up on one car just to dry it. And they still expect a tip? For what? For leaving my car a mess? For making ME clean what YOU were supposed to clean? No!! No tip!! Please dont go to this place. I wish I knew of a better car wash place!

Worst car wash ever. The inside was wiped about half ways they wiped all the rims but one half of the outside back window was not wiped and clean. Over all i would not take my truck back there if they gave me a year worth of free car washes. I would not tell a sole to wash there car there. I have had better car washes at Cruz thur express.

Never, never again. Almost 30.00, and honestly our car looked better on the inside before they rubbed and smeared all the dust around, at least it wasnt as noticeable. So I was there for 45 minutes, brought it home and had to re clean it because I couldnt stand to look at it. There was still dirt all over the floor..Do they not have a manager? I emptied all the cup holders, they were not even wiped out. The back of the passenger seat still had dirty shoe marks on it from my grandson, that I wiped right off. Dot pay to have your car car done here! Wish I had read the reviews first!!

The women in there were really rude one at the oil service and the other where you pay for your car wash. Sad to see young looking ladys so bitter will not be coming here again didnt feel welcomed and dont seem like they wanted to give me change for my $100 dollar bill. Made me feel like I was asking for to much.

Really very disappointed that customer service has declined so much over the last year. I drove in, the service person made eye contact, went to pull another car in, then went to serve a customer who drove in after me. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited. He did it two more times - no acknowledgement except looking at me. Didn’t let me know he’d be right there, just ignored me. I left after the third car. Although I’ve been a customer since it opened, I won’t be returning; it’s how the service has been going.

I think it is so wonderful the way you allow the homeless to use your property after hours to say up charge the items rest and organize there belongings ECT. I know on many occasions I have gone to ampm or Lowes in the late evening time and have seen a larger size woman probably around in her 50s sweeping and cleaning up after all the messy people sure hope she getscompensated by someone for the time she invests keeping everything as clean as she can I think I will bring her a gift card or something maybe some cash at least let her know her work isnt for nothing that it is noticed
