Great job but for $750, it really wasnt worth it. Missed spots on the body and interior could have done better in the back seats and to top it off and I asked for my seats and carpets to get shampoo and it never happened.For my 2016 dodge ram 4 door

I had my car done few times and I was satisfied with the wash although they are a bit more pricey than other places but I WILL NOT go back because of the lady in charge! She took my business for granted and told me to go back some other day that they were too busy, walked away with an arrogant attitude as I was still trying to talk to her. I would have been ok going back if the tone was to be different.

Wrapped my car before that had some scratches all over. Much cheaper than paint yet looked outstanding. Very good job here, I will recommend to friends and family.The advise I received was only to have the car hand washed from then on due to the vinyl wrap ability to wrinkle if a high pressure hose were to shoot water at the wrap.A small price to pay since I found good quality car washes that perform hand washed car washes, which are cheaper than a cruise thru.

I took my car to Js this week. I tell you my ceiling inside my car was so dirty and coke stains that had been there a while and thought they would never come out!Well the Amazing woman and man that detailed my roof did an Amazing job!! Its looks Brand New!! Thank you Again!!If your looking to get your car cleaned I would definitely recommend taking it to JS Detailing!!

Js mobile has been washing my car since 2003 and they do an amazing job until this day. Their staff is friendly and kind and they are a wonderful family owned business. My car is always very clean from the inside and out when I get it back from them and they are very convenient. It is definitely worth paying for their services. Your car will definitely look different to you than when anyone else has washed it.

The worst possible thing you can do is accuse a client of making a false complaint. I work for a company whom has reoccurring weekly business for the car wash industry. We have 6 company vehicles along with several employee vehicles that we like to have a mobile car wash company service. Js Mobile Car Wash charges us $20 per car and $25 per truck. Im very familiar with pricing and although Js is on average $2 to 5 higher in price than the average Mobile Car Wash Company, it would be worth it if the service was superior. Unfortunately, every employee at my office has the same complaint about this company. They just are not as detailed or careful as other company services we have used at cheaper rates. This is the first negative review I have ever written, and I wouldnt be doing so if I hadnt just received an offending phone call. First, I was asked if we wanted them to come out tomorrow and I said no that we would call them when there services were needed. A phone call is not the usual for them, it was requested by us. Then, I was asked if we were looking for another mobile car wash company in which I stated that we were looking around. Next, I was told that we had complained about our trucks but that they had not done any of our trucks which was untrue. After that, Juan said, We only did one truck which was a brand new Silverado and you guys complained about the bed not being sprayed down but the truck was new and the guys said they sprayed it down. Form of advice, when a professional company complains about a service they are paying for from your company, you should take it up with your employees and never accuse a customer of lying. Employees are looking to save themselves, owners should be looking to save their business, not lose it by making false accusations from a position where they have not physically witnessed the activity or tried to find a solution to the standing issue. Its unfortunate that it takes these sort of measures to pass along a message that was initially went about in a way that recovery could have been made.

I never have time to wash my car so my friend referred me to js mobile car wash I decided to give them a shot & they were amazing! so friendly and did an awesome job not only on the outside but the inside too! I am definitely going back to them!!!

We called last minute to wash our 45 prevost as we were going through town and they were very accomidaiting. They did a fantastic job. We traveled through Wyoming, Colorado, and Arizona in the rain and it was filthy, but the brought it back to its glory.

Not entirely happy with my vist aout 2 weeks ago. Was referred here by one of my buddies and he swore up and down how good they were. So I decided to try it out, was quoted $450 for an interior, exterior, engine, and undercarriage detail and would have it for about a day. 2 and a half days later i finally received it back. The exterior had light scratches and they were able to buff those out. Although after bringing it home i noticed a couple new deep scratches that I didnt remember being there. They also left buffing compound all over the vehicle. The carpet was supposed to be shampooed but didnt look much different and I noticed soap still left in the carpet in some areas. One of the rear seats had a new crack in the plastic and it was also missing a cap that covers a bolt for the armrest. The rear window has a wire attached to it for the defrost and it was broke off and the undercarriage was untouched. Cant say i will be going back.
