Been a costumer with them last 2 year had good service. But today them let me down. Had my truck there for two day didn’t even move from the parking spot. So much for having a online reservation they can’t follow there own rules. I wasn’t gonna leave them bad review but the way owner acted to Situation very Unprofessional!! Bad costumer service!!

The BEST in town. Every time I need a wash appointment, they are always ready to put me in their busy schedule. Ive taken my vehicles that look like theyve been through a storm (because my husband travels), and I get them back after a wash looking brand new. Im a loyal customer due to their customer service and awesome results. Prices are the best in town as well!! I recommend them to everyone!!

Great customer service from start to finish!! My car was spotless....

I called ahead on an overcast Sunday morning because I expected them to be closed. Turned out they were open and very happy to have me come by. 15 minutes later, I was at their location and they were cleaning my car. This location is awesome. They have a great business going and they went above and beyond in customer satisfaction and my car looked better than when I bought it a few months ago. This is a hand-wash operation which means your car is well-taken care of and you don’t have to worry about your mirrors or antennas breaking. These guys look at the smallest details and leave your car looking amazing! They are super-fast for a hand wash. You can expect maybe 15-25mins depending on what you ask for. It’s hard to believe that they are the full-package, but I think this might be the best car-wash I have ever been to. Prices are so competitive that I was able to leave them a healthy tip. Love this place :)

This place wasnt it for me. I had a very unpleasant experience. I went to this place to get my engine cleaned because i thought this place was experienced at engine cleaning or so it seemed. After the individual damaged my car they mentioned they were going to stop that service in specific because of what the individual did to my car. Before actually going to this place i spoke to the same individual on the phone and when we met in person, he seemed to know what he was talking about and doing. But at the end he damaged my engine, my car wasnt functioning properly. After a couple minutes my car didnt turn on anymore. The individual damaged multiple parts of my engine. It cost me close to 800 to fix the damages. I wasnt actually charged by him by the way. Nope!! I had to also get a towel truck to get to the mechanic shop.And i do want to say my car isnt the newest model, but it was still very functional at least before it got ruined. Everything worked perfectly fine before this happened. The only thing wrong with it was an oil leak. Thats actually why i took it here in the first place. To get the engine cleaned for the mechanic shop to find the leak (The mechanic shop suggested i get it cleaned before they could use the dye to determine where the leak was coming from). Keep in mind i did a lot of research before ending up here. The reviews are really what lead me here in the end, which i sadly regret very much because it cost me. Unfortunately, I had to barrow a loan in order to pay for my car.I also do want to say, i did inform the individual about everything that was going on with my car and what the mechanic shop had told me. I told him i was informing him basically for it to never happen again, to anyone else because its not ok. At first, I didnt ask him for anything in return because i didnt think it was going to be so much not including the oil leak estimate that i got. So yes, after finding out how much i had to pay for the engine parts to get replaced i did asked that person for help. In the beginning when i first told him about the damages, he mentioned he wanted to help. He seemed very concerned at first, and after telling him he didnt have too, he insisted. I realized then i did need help because in the end i had to barrow a loan. Later, when i finally agreed for him to help me, it seemed to mehe was giving me the run around. Everytime i would contact him, he would tell me to meet him at a certain place and time and at the end he wasnt available. I was just going up and down trying to meet with him to settle things. At first i was very understanding, but it got to the point where i just got impatient and tired of waiting. Later when he was eventually available for me, i had somewhere to be, that somewhere that i kept postponing just so we can meet. I actually couldnt make it that day, so i just gave up. After that nothing ever happened and i dont expect anything to happen either. After this point i dont want anything and just want to drop the subject. Im just on here to try to bring awareness to other people who decide to come here. For u guys to just be careful and be more alert than i was.By the way not bashing anyone in specific, i just dont want someone to go through this and feel the way i did, stressed, upset and stuck. Unfortunately the oil leak repair is on hold for now, these are hards times for a lot of people rn. Only reason why i cant get the leak fixed at this moment.But just know i am thankful and grateful. I see it as a learning experience for me.

The place can use a few upgrade but I understand its a up and coming business. I wasnt gonna give it a chance but a good friend told me about this car wash spot so I gave it a chance. To my surprise it went above and beyond. Customer service was great and the car wash looked F#$k!n great. I even paid alil extra and got my head lights cleaned. I promise they look brand new. Dont jude a book by its cover this car wash spot is amazing Ill be a customer from now on.
