This is going to be a good, bad review. See the photos but dont break to judgements just yet. I am an active pass user. The 3 stars are because the dirt and dust left on the vehicle. That being said, if you get a full service car wash, this wont happen as an attendant will play close attention to the final product. As far as the dirt goes, it happens because the car wash attendants are rushed, on their phones, very young and just plain dont care or overworked. There is no attention to detail on a car wash plan. On the plus side, I probably wont go to another car wash because they have a no scratch system. So non scratch that they wont touch the dirt at the bottom of the vehicles. Mr car wash could get it cleaner.... But your car would get scratches. Choose your poison...

This car wash damaged the front left rim on my Porsche. After filling out the appropriate paperwork, I was told the car wash does not feel they are responsible for damage reimbursement, even after acknowledging the car wash caused the damage. I would not recommend coming here if youre concerned with dents/scratches/chips on your rims (see attached picture)

Phillip is the best! Noticed that the people who were responsible for vacuuming the interior forgot to do the trunk space. Phillip, who shampoo’d my front seat noticed and took care of it and did a great job. He also did a extra wipe on the interior of the doors for the mistake. Shout out to Phillip, you’re awesome!

This place may have been around for a while but they did a good job and the price was 👍

This place is AMAZING!!! My car came out like it was brand new! The man working in my car worked on it for at least 40 minutes straight and he did an immaculate job. All for $25!! Thank you so much! I will be back for sure!

Best place to take your car to get cleaned, will never anywhere again

I love this place and theyre extremely affordable I love it whenever I can take my vehicle down and for 30 bucks because I have a truck they do it from top to bottom and from the inside out and my truck looks like he just rolled off the showroom floor again it does take a little bit of time whenever they do the full works job but is so well worth it because they do the door jams and everything in between I have also used where they shampoo the interior and I think it was a little over hundred dollars SO WORTH IT but we also camp a lot were always up in the mountains we have little ones my truck is 10 years old and he saw it from a distance not too far lo or even looked inside it still looks very extremely good shape and I hope to say its because of the way that its maintained through this facility and also of course the way that we maintain it but they do an EXCELLENT job

I really did like this place. Gives you different options of payments. Plus Im kind of a DIYselfer so I liked that I was able to vacuum out my own car. My car got pretty clean man! Lol

I had a very bad experience..My headliner came down in my car..I tried to reach the owner/manager..Left a message to call me about the matter , with my phone number..I was told he would return a call..( I had my car detailed..The headliner was soak and wet and fell down ..had to be replaced..) ..No return phone call was showing me a lack of professionalism..When there is NO communication it leaves one to wonder..NO more recommendations from me to have your car detailed at this place.!

I’ve been using Autospa Express since they first opened. They’ve washed all my pickups and cars. They’ve always done a great job and took extra special care of my vehicles!! I highly recommend!!

Best car wash in town!!! I love the detail they put into each car by hand washing and hand drying the cars. Only thing I wish was different was that they offered damp towels to dust the inside of the cars off by the vacums.

I highly recommend them if you are wanting a car detail. A soda had exploded all over the car, including the roof, and they were able to get all of it off. They bagged up all of my personal items and even cleaned my trunk. I am very picky and I can not say one spot that they missed. I paid $100 for shampooing the seats and carpet (including the trunk) and for detailing the entire inside of my vehicle. Thank you Auto Spa Express!!! I will definitely be back!

Ive never been here before today but after a trip to the beach my car badly needed washed. I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with the care and detail done on my vehicle. I will definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. Thanks for taking such good care of my car.

I love this local car wash! The chain wash around the corner did a horrible job and even chipped a couple if spots on the paint. These guys do a much better job.

Worst wash ever. I paid for the full service wash which states they would towel dry my car and instead it sat in the sun and air dried. I talked to the manager and he said they would go over it again on the outside and they did not. After being there for 50 minutes and having them go back and actually clean my windows.

Goes in dirty, comes out dirt. No effort in trying to leave a little xlean.

I no longer go here because they discontinued their FULL SERVICE CAR WASH. They only do the exterior of the car now and do not do the inside. Before that, I would not take my car anywhere else and was recommending them to everyone. Definitely the best care wash in town before they discontinued their full service wash. I wish they would bring it back and I would come back as a loyal customer again! I wouldnt even mind if the full service car wash went up in price. It was that good of a car wash!!!

Good place to get cars washed. They have really good prices and the more you go the more discounts you get. Love this place. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that sometimes youll have dirty streaks from the towels they use to hand dry your vehicle. I either take my own or buy a $1 towel there to give it a quick wipe.

I took my pick up Ive had for almost a month. I had it cleaned inside and out. When I got down the road I notice my radio knobs were gone. When I went back to see what happen, manager and employee looked where the truck was. Found the knobs and they were smashed. I asked if they could replace them. Manager said they cannot but they could give me a free wash. A free wash does not replace what theyre damaged.

Been going here for years and recently new hired employees have ran this place down they have bad attitudes no customer service what so ever this is my last time i am coming here and I used to tip them good. I had a couple other people who have also started going some where else cause of the same thing never noticed it until today when the employee barked orders like I was his homie off the streets.

They Hand wash which is a huge plus, but sometimes its good sometimes I have to take my truck back through, some guys work harder than others.

This place use to be great staff is rude and there suppose to be hand wash and dry my truck and car always still so wet and soapy this place really needs new management and they put way to much tire shine goes all over the car once you leave I’ll be going else where .

Been waiting WELL over an HOUR for a simple 20 dollar wash inside and out. I am beyond done with this place. They have at LEAST 6 employees lounging around while only one is actually working on the car

Ive always had a great experience with the $25 car wash. It takes some time but the car comes out way better than the automatic car washes like mister carwash.

Good place to wash your vehicles and what i like is that they have vacuums that have strong suction and they Have Pressure hoses to blow off dust from hard from dashboard and vents. Amazing..

I heard about this from a customer at my work and I recently bought a brand new car and I went to another place and it was bad. But when I came here it was fantastic the employees are very nice and do an absolutely wonderful job I will never go anywhere else. I love this place.

Set my car washed $25 vacuumed inside now did detail the tires the wheels they inside of was a beautiful job well worth it great value

Poor service. My first experience was a bad one. They are just rude and tacky and DUMB! Save the headache and go next door to Mister, you wont have these issues. Thats where Ill be next time.

AutoSpa is now my go to spot for when I need a carwash. It is set up to be half hand wash and half machine wash and I can tell you that my car came out much cleaner than the 100% automatic car washes. They also offer full inside detailing for a very reasonable price. However, quality work takes time especially at peak hours and I waited about 45 mins when I went at lunch time for the whole process so make sure you have enough time

Used to be a good place to go to and you knew leaving your vehicle you would be coming back to a nice clean one the last couple times I have been it has not been that dont know what happened hopefully they get back to doing good work , for now I think Im going to find another place .

Very poor job

Realistically the price to wash and vacuum is the same as if I did it at the DIY car wash with tire dressing.

Wish they shared tips cause they all make it work so well (asked if they split their tips they said no, which means the prep guys get little to nothing, and the finish guys rake it in and they rarely rotate stations) Minor things left undone. But for the price and hard working- ness of the staff, you cant beat it!!!

Just need to clean windshield & windows better. Otherwise very nice job

Scratched 2 windows on my truck told me there machines or bushes r soft and that i was lieing about it the own would call me then i asked for name of own he told me they can not give it out i will never go back again i understand things happen but to pretty much say i scratched my own truck really dude

After there renovation their new machines do not wash the car correctly they have laid off employees as they no longer provide service to vacumm your car and hand dry it or apply tire shine. Your rims do not get properly cleaned. Please check you car after exiting. I have been a loyal customer for a very lomg time but i am no longer satisfied with their new services now my business will go to the hand car wash on rosedale hwy as they provide ther service that this car wash did before. Than you for the services and hope your business goes back to how it was before

Car wash customers beware my husband and I have been taking our truck here for a while now and a few of my close friends as well but never again he went through and the right side air blower blew a clean hole straight through the back passenger window where shattered glass was inside the entire back seat no cracks were in the window at all and when we notified the manager he said that the right side passenger blower didnt work and was defective how convenient so the owner contacted us and had the same story we paid $304 out of pocket to have our window repaired and just wanted reimbursement for what we paid he absolutely declined to do anything all Im saying is even if youve been a long time customer like us it could still happen to your window hopefully without you kids in the back seat FYI find another place to go try Cruz Thru we are !!!!
