Very bad customer service from a female clerk not just to us but to all customers and taking to co workers while scanning items and spoke under her breath/mumbled thingsSpoke to us with attitude and rude tone also threw our change on the counter and slammed the drawer because the total was 15.38 and we gave her 21 so we could get a 5 dollar bill and little coins instead of four singles which would’ve been easier on her and saved the singles for the register. And then proceeded to raise her voice and accuse us of things and then told us to never come back overall worst experience I’ve ever had at this station and I have previously owned a shell this is not how we should treat out customers.

This shell food mart does not honor the sales listed on pepsi products. 20 fl oz pepsi bottle products are listed for 2 for $3. It should come out to around $3.33 they charged me 4.89. I know its only a dollar and some change but theyre literally advertising this price everywhere. On top of that the female clerk with red hair says, I think the promotion ended. I just paid said thank you and walked away. The owner Michael Ming Chao should really change his practices.

Tried to go tonight before 11:30 to get gas and scratchers. They are closed? Never before has that happened.

Used their car wash today for the first time. My car came out pretty clean. The vaccums didnt have alot of suction power but still worked.

I came here recently and the review and five stars is because I was having trouble filling gas and the guy came out to help, stood there till I was done filling gas. Great experience

This place car wash scratches all your car ! They don’t keep up with their equipment as needed to insure no damage is done to your cars .

Every body inside is great.. however yr carwash attendant is slacking he lightly scrub wit very little soap on brush an only did one side of the car I paid for the lava an got a $6 wash service.. never had this problem maybe retrain him thats all.. other the. That I love this gas station :) (Indian youngster guy)

This is a nice facility and , and friendly staff , youll find a fairly wide selection of needs there,Its clean and the gas is fairlypriced. Its a good stop

If I can give then a - I would. The floor mat cleaning machine broke with my rubber floor mat in it. No one was there to help me get it back. Wasted 30 extra mins looking at it. Called someone named John saying he will bw back to help with it. :( I left my phone # with the cashiers that were just laughing and joking around.

Typical gas station. Pumps closest to the road are a bit tight, be aware with larger vehicles and/or long trailers.

I loved the service that I had when I went in, I was unable to get his name but the man who helped me was very polite and sweet. Especially because it was in the night I felt very comfortable being there.

Still waiting on hearing back k from a manager in regards to my car being damaged by the car wash. 4 weeks ago. I have gone in 3 times and left my number

Parking lot lay out is terrible. I have no complaints other then that and the inconsiderate customers who park in the way most of the time.

Clean a nice location always busy from 9 to 5 but it also has a car wash and free vacuum
