These guys are awesome! They helped me in an emergency. While visiting Bakersfield (from Ridgecrest), the serpentine belt on my Nissan disintegrated at about 3:45 on Friday. And it was 110F outside. I picked up the part at AutoZone and limped the car into their shop at about 4:15. Although it was unscheduled, they did a top quality job for a sensible price and got me back on the road a few minutes after 5. I recommend this SMALL BUSINESS!!!

They did not treat me as well, Auto zone sent me to River Auto to ask for Nester, So I went to see them. I bought a oil pressure gauge and the guy from Auto Zone said that Nester could put it in in minutes. Nester said it was more to it than that and the guy at Auto Zone didnt know what he was talking about. Nester told me at first $60.00. 45 min. later the mechanic came in and charged me $70.00. Than he told me there was to much oil in my car and thats why it did that. (He tried to sell me on a oil change by showing me the dip stick)But til now I did not trust. I questioned the $70.00 with mechanic, Nester insisted that he said $70.00. I reluctantly paid. 4 days later I found the piece that he was supposed to put in under my seat?? Why did he not put it in?What did he do?According to the invoice he replaced it! But I found it under my seat?I took it back to ORielys. I have the return receipt to prove it.

While their phone etiquette needs addressed, the quality of work they do along with their prices and in person service make them stand above the competition! Everyone there seems knowledgeable and their prices are well worth their work. I take both my cars and recommend them to all my friends and have confidence in their services.

Today a guy in front of me blew a tire. I didnt have time to swerve so I hit it. I made it to this shop and needed a new radiator. They were closing in a hr and didnt have time but would do it first thing in the morning. I asked if I could leave my car and I would call a uber (I had 3 kids and 2 dogs) The father let me take his truck for the night because I was 2 hrs from home and needed a hotel for the night. I dont know any shop that would have done that for me. There are still good people out in the world and he is one of them! I wish I could give him 10 stars because he deserves it❤ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM

Honestly they are soo worth going to no matter where you are from, I lived in bak9and recently moved to LA and i rather send my vehicle to them even if it mean I have to have my vehicle towed so many miles because their worth is perfection and for the price and quality of job they do is so worth it. I have had regular tunes ups to blown head gasket jobs down through them. I would recommend talking to Nester Jr he is more willing to talk to you and answer your questions. Thank you nester Jr
