DON’T come here for AC.Tires - great.Alignment, bearings, breaks, other repairs - fine I suppose.AC? Nooooo. They’re not good at AC! Put in a $1,300 new compressor “kit” but didn’t fix it. Found out (myself) that it was just a burnt out cooling fan motor. So easy to see! Now my ancient car has a shiny new $1,300 compressor when an $80 cooling fan is all it needed. Live and learn.

This place is amazing! The guys here are attentive and are on top of letting you know whats going on with your vehicle. This is the second truck we have been taking to them, and if we werent moving across the country, we would continue to come here! Thanks, gentlemen, for being awesome!

Time is always an issue for me. I needed my truck tires replaced, and alignment done quickly. Lorenzo and Tim gave me a price that I thought was fair, and promised I would be out in time for my next meeting. They had me out quicker than expected, and I am definitely going back. Bang up job.

The tires were fine but I paid to have all 4 ball joints put in 2 years ago I assumed the did it well they didnt I had the right side brake on me and I couldnt have it towed to Bakersfield from tehachapi without it costing alot so had it done here come to find out they were the old ones I always buy tires from them but now not so sure I ever want to do business with them again

I went in on 2 16 19 for a oil change and I was told I needed front and rear struts and both CV boots are torn rec at axles. And the air filter they put on from the last time was in upside down. The clips to hold the filter done were broken. I took my car in for a second look at my mechanic in Ventura and my car did not need what they were telling me. I was not a happy camper at all. Mind you I have been taking my car to my mechanic for over 18 and I trust what they have to say. I will not be going back to Carroll’s for any repairs.

Even though Michelin tire customer service told me to go here for a warranty claim because this shop is a authorized Michelin dealer, the guys at the counter denied they are a authorized dealer when I asked them to inspect my tires for warranty and told to drive to a different tire shop down the street. Before I mentioned the warranty claim they were willing to sell me tires.I gladly went to big brand tires down the road since they didnt being deny being a authorized dealer and after Tim happily helped me with my warranty claim I purchased a new set of Michelin tires and a alignment for my suv.Thanks for nothing carrols tire

I have spent $3k in the past 3 years total of tires and found they ripped me off having bought new tires and 15k miles later were bald and had to buy new tires again from them. I am not ever dealing with their schemes again and thought they were an honest outfit. I had faith in them but found out from experts I was ripped off! For putting on 2-5k miles per year on my truck as a cautious driver makes no sense for tires to go bald as I had the tires aligned and paid for tires for years with them. Very frustrating they did not professionally inform me till it was too late!

Lorenzo is the guy to go to, hes helpful knowledgeable and truly makes you feel like a friend.

I have never been treated as badly anywhere else. They have lost my business forever. Between the attempt at hard selling my wife on brakes, alignment, high dollar tires, and over torquing lug nuts to a degree that i fought to get them off, I wont do business with a coumpany that doesnt care.

Bought two tires service was fast and good.

Had front and rear brakes done, but they were BOTH done incorrectly and the wrong pads were put on. They squeak terribly loudly, front and rear, been back THREE times and each time promised that they would be fixed correctly but still have not been fixed. They tell you what you want to hear, then blow you off just to get you out the door. Avoid like the plague unless you like hassles, getting ripped off, and have a lot of time to waste.
