Supposed to have kept my car for 2 days.they kept it for almost a week. It passed the smog test about 6 months ago.,but it took almost$1,300.00 of repairs this time. Things kept breaking out of the blue .like the alternator catching on fire. They said it needed to be replaced. Which they would do , but of course for a price of about 4 or 5 hundred dollars. I refuse to pay it and when I took it to my mechanic he tested it,and found nothing wrong with it. Now 2 weeks later it still works just fine. Someone needs to investigate this place.

They were very quick to get the Smog test done. Friendly professional staff. They have a constant contact enail with REMINDER that yoir smog is due. You can schedule online. The service report online tells you what services your car is due according to your mileage. .This is a great tool to have. 🚕🚘🏎

Repairs not on time. Front Receptionist seems to always be in a hurry to get customers out the door and seems bothered when you ask her questions about your transaction. On the other hand , Jordana is the only person that’s very professional when talking to her customers and keeping them well informed .

Found on groupon for smog. 1st day they were closed. 2nd time the smog machine was down. They close at 2 so so today I get there by 1 today and they say they cant do it. My God, its not like theyre up the street and my time isnt valuable. I do not recommend this place at all. I work in the morning and cant just leave whenever I want. They dont care about having customers or having good recommendations

If you want a quick simple get the best price without asking or having to show a coupon this is the place. 50 bucks out the door including the certificate I was lucky no one in front of me 10 minutes later all done. Staff was friendly and personable not a grumpy old man like it some of the places. Last would like to say I dont know the owners or friends with anyone that works there

Accurate smog took the place of advanced smog, which was a bad move. Advanced smog was friendlier, nor helpful, and compassionate about clients. Accurate smog on the other hand is the opposite. All they want is your money and do not take the time to actually help you solve the problem. Supposedly, if we ask before hand to do something that they should already do in the first place, they wont do it. Stay away from this shop as all they care about is making money.

My latest visit was Horrible, the New guy that helped me out didnt really help me out, was very rude and and said i didnt know what i was talking about and was not very friendly and not professional at all way to young. He said i didnt know anything. so i took my business some where else. treated me better then this sham place. I went to 1 Stop Smog on White Ln and Ashe.

I will return to Accurate smog again and I will tell my friends about the good service.

Good service, reasonably price

Too 2 weeks, two tests, and diagnostic tea to charge another test, parts and labor, run test, and then another $30 for a smog test. Appears like a misuse of smog laws. Way too highAnd and added costs.

Moved from Utah and needed to get a smog check before the DMV would register the car. I stopped in and the wait was about 20 minutes. They matched an online coupon for a neighboring smog shop too. I was happy with the service. You cant beat the location either, if you have business at the DMV.

I came in for Smog with a door coupon. I asked how much it was spoke with Jordan she gave me a quote of $50 but I came in with coupon for $10 off the Smog price. It didnt make sense for me to pay $50 with a coupon. She was very rude said they had changed owners & suggested I take my coupon to Blue Ribbon. I was very disapointed in service & wasting my time even though I have been coming here for several years & they have been taking the same door coupon for years. Disapointed is a understament.

No smiles lol (refering to the other post down there) only person smiling was me, after a while it turned into a frown cause they said network was down for smog site or what it was, surely it wasnt their fault but I went else where and they were on it instantly. But they are professional...
